WWE SummerSlam 2025 Full details, Who is the Host, How to watch Early, Timings for all Regions
The 2025 WWE SummerSlam is officially making history as the first-ever two-night SummerSlam, taking place on Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3, live from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
This 38th installment of WWE's flagship summer extravaganza resembles the two-night format first employed by WrestleMania, with double the action, drama, and high-wattage faces. A huge highlight this year is the hosting gig of global music superstar Cardi B, bringing a big dose of pizzazz and excitement to the WWE Universe.
The host and celebrity involvement
As the official host of SummerSlam 2025 and since her big date with the WWE, Cardi B is sure to keep the event sizzling.
Being from New Jersey herself, she is expected to interact with the audience and perhaps participate in storyline angles during the weekend. Outside of her hosting duties, Cardi B has also been openly engaging in some friendly Twitter trash talk with some WWE superstars, leading many to speculate she'll make an appearance of some kind on screen.
In addition to all the celebrity participation, country-rap star Jelly Roll will make his wrestling debut.
Along with Randy Orton, he will battle Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul in a sports entertainment meets pro wrestling showdown.
How to watch and timings in all regions
Streaming live in the United States on Peacock, both nights of WWE SummerSlam will begin at 6:00 PM ET / 3:00 PM PT. WWE airs a special Kickoff Show one day ahead of the event, which generally starts an hour before, on WWE's official channels, YouTube, and the WWE Network.
Both nights start at 1:00 AM BST for UK and Ireland viewers on Netflix.
This is WWE's first full Premium Live Event under their new global streaming partnership with Netflix since the deal was announced earlier this year.
In other international markets–including Canada, Australia, and most countries across Europe and Southeast Asia–the event will stream on Netflix or regional streaming platforms, as dictated by local streaming licensing agreements. Timing will coincide with that of the U.S.
broadcast, edited for local time zones.
