After receiving the news of her massive win, the Glaswegian pulled the plug on her supermarket job and spent £750 going shopping.
But she said she is still processing the news.
Olivia, who was previously on Universal credit to help with childcare, said she still thinks this is a "vivid dream" and will one day be woken up.
She told Metro: "I just didn't believe it, I still don't believe it. I keep thinking this is a really vivid dream and at some point somebody is going to pinch me.
"It's hard to put into words how much this means to me."
Before striking gold, the supermarket worker earned £800 a month working at a kiosk.
But now she has her sights set on a career in content creation.
She's already amassed 200,000 views by sharing videos on TikTok about how her life has changed since her lucky win.
In addition to taking her husband out shopping and leaving her job, Olivia has also started getting more help around the house.
She's employed cleaners and gardeners - and even has somebody who picks up her laundry.
Despite feeling "anxious" about all the money, she said "everyone is happy for us" and hasn't been bothered by people asking for cash.
For lotto hopefuls she's advised just giving the game a shot.
She said: "It is just a game of chance. You can win."
According to one woman, lottery winners have a plethora of requests and ambitions after claiming their funds.
Amanda Herrera runs a specialist concierge service which helps National Lottery millionaires and high net worth individuals splash their cash.
Amanda's service - called The Fixer - has handled over 5,000 bespoke requests from more than 600 new National Lottery millionaires.
From booking luxury cruises to Antarctica to arranging meet-and-greets with hard-to-access celebrities, no request is too extravagant for the concierge professional.
During the last five years, The Fixer has spent more than £4M chartering private jets for winners, and more than 500 dream holidays have been booked for family and friends as winners want to share their joy and celebrate with those closest to them.
All big winners of the National Lottery receive specialist advice and support from experts from the operators, Allwyn.
'The Fixer' then steps in to 'add the magic touch' and help winners navigate their new lives - and big dreams - with flair.
One of Amanda's most frequent requests from many winners is flying pet pooches with their owners to some of the most exclusive locations around the world – all because winners haven't wanted their dogs to miss out on the celebrations.
Amanda said: 'It can be a daunting experience - it sounds crazy to say - but imagine going from having a small amount of money in the bank to suddenly having millions - just like that.
'It is one incredible journey that these winners are embarking on, and I feel so honoured to be able to play such an important role in crafting and creating bespoke and unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experiences for these incredibly lucky individuals.
'A new designer watch or handbag, a VIP trip to the Grand Prix in Monaco or a VIP world cricket tour, a meet and greet with a superstar or a private showing of Cirque de Soleil on your chosen desert island – these are all real experiences enjoyed by winners which we have helped to create.'

Cain makes big promise to Kyle in emotional Emmerdale scenes
Kyle Winchester (Huey Quinn) will always be someone who can make Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) feel better in Emmerdale. Cain has been struggling in the wake of learning his son Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) was killed last year. Instead of spending time simply grieving for Nate and trying to move forward though, he's faced a tirade of abuse from Tracy Shankley (Amy Walsh). Practically from the very start, Tracy has convinced herself that Cain killed Nate. As a result, she has faced off with him a number of times, with Tracy trying her best to push the theory onto other members of the village. Because she's certain that Cain is a murderer, she's banned him from Nate's funeral. A couple of days ago, Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) tried to help the situation, but she made it worse and ended up getting the entire Dingle family banned from the event. Yesterday, Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) helped Cain view the upcoming funeral from a different perspective. He eventually warmed to the idea that the Dingles could organise their own memorial for Nate, and remember him in their own special way. After discussing this with Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb), Cain was touched when she suggested they could also dedicate a corner of a field to Nate as well. That way, after the memorial, people can go and visit the land at any time and reflect on his life. In this evening's episode, Kyle arrived at the garage to see his dad. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Cain was stressed and had a lot on his mind. More Trending Kyle presented Cain with an envelope full of pictures of Nate. He said that they could pin them up at the memorial and also play his favourite song, which turned out to be one by Steps. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Cain was touched at the effort Kyle had gone to. He admitted to his son that he made a lot of mistakes with Nate, but reassured Kyle and said he won't make the same ones with him and Isaac (Bobby Dunsmuir). Cain then hugged Kyle. He has lost a lot in recent months, and his relationship with Nate will be something Cain feels regret over potentially for the rest of his life, but he knows he has the power to do things differently with Kyle and Isaac. I'm on universal credit but barely get by – I asked strangers on the internet to help but got slammed for ‘begging'
Plus, how you can earn money on the Creator Fund PARENTING PLEA I'm on universal credit but barely get by – I asked strangers on the internet to help but got slammed for 'begging' Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A MUM on Universal Credits has asked strangers online for help 'safety-proofing' her whole flat for her and her daughter. Rhiannon put up a video asking users to watch her entire video as it would help net her cash through TikTok's Creator Fund. Generally speaking, according to HootSuite, TikTok Creator Fund influencers going viral with a million views a month may be able to add a mere $40 (£30) to their bank account. However, Rhiannon was not put off and made her plea in a video on her @rhiannonlouisexo account. She shared: 'Please stay for this whole minute video, as I'm trying to make money through the Creator Fund to basically safety-proof my whole flat. 'Because I have a three-year-old, and she's a climber and she's very accident-prone, and I'm gonna show you the things that I need to buy for my flat.' The first item on her wish list was a baby gate, because although she already has one on her daughter's room, she needs one for the kitchen. Rhiannon explained that at the moment they have to take it off and put it back on, which is tricky given the doors are different sizes. The second item she wants is a door lock for her bedroom, and she added that there are lots of items in there she doesn't want her daughter getting hold of. Next up were knob covers, and Rhiannon said: 'These are sort of just as a safety precaution, because I'm like an overthinker, like majorly.' The next safety item she wants is window locks. I'm a mum-of-2 on UC & fed up with people calling me a scrounger - yes I've got a £1.5k pram, I can have nice things too She explained that someone had told her the council 'should be able to do it', but she wasn't sure and was going to check. She said she needs around five to do the windows in her house. Rhiannon concluded her video: 'If you stayed all the way through this video, thank you so much.' Her video has racked up 17,000 views, but not everyone was too supportive in the comments. One said: 'In other words, please someone buy it for me. You are hilarious.' Another added: 'got enough money for makeup by the looks of it, which aint cheap, begging for money.' However, one commented: 'well done you for doing your best. it's not easy.' Rhiannon responded: 'I'm not asking for anyone's money. I'm asking for people to watch the video in order to make money. Bore off.' CASHING IN ON TIKTOK 3 Certain TikTokers are able to access the app's Creator Fund and earn some money Credit: Getty Although the revenue may seem lucrative, there are several requirements TikTok users need to be able to provide to successfully apply, such as being a legal resident of the US, UK, Germany, Italy, France or Spain. You also need to be at least 18 years of age, boast 10k authentic - not purchased - followers, and the videos have received at least 100k authentic views in the 30 days prior to applying, Backstage reported. According to Chris Kubbernus, CEO of Kubbco, a creative social media agency, hitting the required 10k-strong fanbase will most likely take 50–100 pieces of content, unless you already have a significant audience from another platform. Several factors come into play when determining what kind of money creators receive, such as the number of views, view authenticity, other ways of engagement, including likes, comments and shares, as well as the creator's location.
