PATRICE EVRA has revealed that Luis Suarez could still take up his offer to fight him after announcing his MMA debut.
Evra, 43, revealed last week that he would be making his mixed martial arts debut at PFL Europe Paris at the Accor Arena on 23 May.

The Manchester United icon later took to social media to call out former Liverpool striker Luis Suarez to take him on in the ring.
Evra and Suarez have a history dating back to their respective days in the Premier League, when the forward was found guilty of racially abusing the defender during a clash at Anfield in 2011.
And Suarez, who is still playing professionally with Lionel Messi at Inter Miami, hasn't ruled out settling the score with a fight, according to Evra himself.
Speaking on The Ariel Helwani Show, Evra revealed: "I was quite surprised.

"I don't know if it's true, because I'm always careful, but apparently his manager contacted the PFL. Maybe to come and watch my first fight.
"I would be surprised, because to be honest he is still playing football and this is completely different - he could get injured.
"But maybe it will happen, maybe not. Like I say, it's something I've asked. If it doesn't happen it's not a big deal."
Evra, who retired in 2019 after making over 700 career appearances, went into more detail on why he would want to fight Suarez.

He explained: "When the PFL asked me who I would like, I said Luis Suárez because I had a beef with him on the back in the day when I was captain of United and he played for Liverpool.
"He had some racist abuse. I don't call him a racist, it's just that they used some racist words, and I want to do this fight."

Adding: "I think the world wants to see that fight. So I am like, 'Please accept the offer'.
"I don't know if he would be the first, or the second, or the third fight. But I think the world deserves to see that fight".
Suarez was accused of using "insulting words" towards Evra including reference to the colour of the French international's skin in 2011.
The striker, now 38, was accused of using an offensive term seven times in around two minutes, while Evra had told him he would "punch him" after asking him to repeat what he had said.
Meanwhile, Suarez claimed he had used the word once and in a friendly way as is normal in Uruguayan culture, as opposed to the antagonistic way described by Evra.
The FA eventually slapped Suarez with an eight-game ban after a two-month investigation and six-day hearing into the incident.
After the ban was announced, Liverpool stars were spotted wearing training shirts with Suarez's name and picture on them during the warm-up in a display of support.
Liverpool decided not to appeal the verdict made against Suarez on January 2012, although they maintained the innocence of the forward.
When the pair met on the pitch again in 2012, Suarez refused to shake Evra's hand before a game at Old Trafford, with prompted an angry reaction from the French international.
At the end of the game as the players walked off the pitch, Evra went in front of Suarez to celebrate in his face.

Arteta has his eyes on defensive reinforcements as his 2023 signing Jakub Kiwior continues to be linked with a move away from the club. It was reported over the weekend that 'several clubs' were keen to sign Kiwior, who made 30 appearances for the Gunners last season. While the Poland international has struggled for starts since his £17.6m move from Spezia, Arteta would prefer to keep him as he is viewed as an important back-up player. Sofyan Amrabat was subject to reported interest from Liverpool after his impressive performance in the 2022 World Cup, but the midfielder had a brief message for the Premier League side Sofyan Amrabat was decisively clear in his intention to reject Liverpool before signing for Manchester United. The midfielder, 28, was a player in demand after his impressive performances for Morocco in the 2022 World Cup as the African nation made it all the way to the semi-finals. Playing for Fiorentina at the time, among Amrabat's reported suitors were the Premier League side, then led by Jurgen Klopp, as well as the Red Devils, who were heading into their second season under Erik ten Hag. The tough-tackling midfielder looked to have been an ideal fit for the Reds, given they eventually parted ways with Jordan Henderson and Fabinho, who left Anfield for the Saudi Pro League in the summer of 2023. Having been with the Italian side since 2020, the Serie A outfit were ready to cash in on their star player, given his lofty value, with the club willing to sell Amrabat should a team meet their £25.8million (€30m) asking price. While United's number one target was to buy a new No. 9 - which they eventually did in Rasmus Hojlund - Ten Hag was said to have been targeting additional reinforcements in midfield following the £60m signing of Mason Mount, with Amrabat among his targets. The Dutchman was certainly familiar with Amrabat's game given he'd come through the academy of FC Utrecht while the current Bayer Leverkusen boss managed the Eredivisie side. The familiarity between the pair not only worked in United's favour but damaged Liverpool's transfer plans simultaneously. According to Corriere della Sera, via GFNI, Amrabat told Klopp he wouldn't be signing for him because he favoured the idea of reuniting with Ten Hag at the Theatre of Dreams. After joining on loan for the 2023/24 season, he made 30 appearances in all competitions for United. Despite failing to impress for much of his stint, he improved at the end of the season and was praised for his performance in United's FA Cup final win over Manchester City. United opted not to sign him permanently, as he then joined Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce on loan last season before securing a permanent transfer to the Turkish giants this summer. Following his departure from the Premier League, he opened up about his exit and claimed Ten Hag wanted to keep him, but a deal could not be agreed upon for his return. Ahead of United's Europa League clash against Fenerbahce last year, he told The Mail:"I have a special relationship with Ten Hag since I was a 20-year-old at Utrecht. He wanted to keep me this summer so I wish him the best but not for Thursday. I hope they lose." Wave-riding canines take on surf to be named top dog
Labs, terriers and spaniels were among dozens of dogs riding the surf at Pacifica State Beach, about 14 miles south of the city, in the annual World Dog Surfing Championships. They competed against similar-sized dogs for a chance to appear in the finals, while additional heats featured multiple dogs – wearing life vests and often goggles – surfing tandem or riding with people. Once out on the waves, their owners helped them hop on their colourful surf boards as the crowd cheered from the beach. Judges assessed how long the dogs remained on their boards, how long they held their balance, and whether they performed any tricks, like turning around while riding. He said he found 'pure joy' during the pandemic when he brought home a surfboard from his job at Costco and taught Iza to balance in the swimming pool. The two soon started swimming in the sea and learning to ride waves as passers-by watched in awe. Now, their competitions are all about defying expectations. 'I have a disability – I only have one hand – so a non-sporting human combined with a non-sporting dog breed, we are kind of phenomenal, defying the odds of what people think we're capable of doing,' Mr Fasoli said after the competition. Charlie, who has his own Instagram page, entered the extra-large single surfer heat. He also rode tandem with two other dogs in what their humans called 'The Dream Team'. Owner Maria Nieboer said: 'He loves the crowd.' Charlie and Ms Nieboer's husband Jeff prepare for waves together. When Mr Nieboer spots a good one, he turns the board around and tells Charlie to 'get ready'. He pushes the board forward, and Charlie scrunches down and rides the wave as long as he can. Charlie can even steer the board by leaning, and surfs towards an awaiting Ms Nieboer on the shore. Charlie's 'Dream Team' compatriot, fellow yellow lab Rosie, was in four heats. The four-year-old's owner, Steve Drottar, said she is 'stoked' after they go surfing, which they do four to five times a week back home in Santa Cruz. 'It's like, hey, we actually did something today, right? We did something together as a team,' Mr Drottar said. 'The fact that you can do something as a team with your dog creates a different bond than you have when you just take your dog for a walk.' He can tell Rosie feels a sense of accomplishment afterwards because she is extra happy, wags her tail extra hard and snuggles even more than usual, he said. 'It's like we go home on the couch and it feels like she's saying 'Thank-you'.'
