Once I did something with Laxmikant Berde—I don't remember what it was—so I asked him, can you get me these slippers from Kolhapur? He said yes. So he got them for me. This is the most beautiful slippers I have ever had.
Most beautiful and handmade. I love them. Thank you Laxmikant. You are not there anymore, but love you."

For the unversed, the brand showcased a pair of sandals strikingly similar to Kolhapuri chappals at its Men's Spring/Summer 2026 fashion show in Milan on June 22. The sandals, labelled as 'Toe Ring Sandals', were presented without any acknowledgement of their Indian roots.
On the working front, Kareena Kapoor was last seen in the 'Singham Again' starring Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff in key roles.
On the other hand, Neena Gupta has recently been seen in 'Metro In Dino' released on July 4.

Offset makes bold statement amid Cardi B and Stefon Diggs split rumors; ‘You can't get rid of…'
Amid speculations that Cardi B and Stefon Diggs were splitting up, the former's ex-husband Offset appeared on Instagram Live with a statement that raised eyebrows. Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset a second time in July 2024 after almost seven years of marriage,.(Mark Von Holden / Invision / Associated Press) 'You can't get rid of me,' the Atlanta rapper said on Sunday night, looking quite happy. "I'm like cancer. You can't get rid of the cancer.' The short livestream coincided with Cardi B and Diggs break-up rumors. Offset said, 'I'm harder than all you p######,' without mentioning any names. Offset's remarks were well-timed on social media, as Cardi B's Instagram account saw removal of all images of Diggs, including photos taken on their yacht and during vacation in Paris. As of Monday, July 7, Diggs' page still included a picture of Cardi B, but the other content they uploaded had disappeared. After months of rumors, the pair went public just one month earlier in June, sharing adorable photographs and hanging out together. Their relationship seems to start in late 2024, based on flirtatious social media exchanges and greeting each other at events. Cardi B's abrupt Instagram cleanup came as she was stepping up her promotion for her next album, which made some people question whether the split rumors were a marketing ploy. Also Read: Trump blasted over 'four-word' bizarre response on Fed cuts as Texas flood death toll rises; 'His ears don't hear truth' When Offset reacted to Cardi B & Stefon Diggs romance Following the initial link between Diggs and Cardi, Offset remarked 'good roll out on PR' under one of Cardi's posts. Later in April, he declared, 'I'm happy for her!!' after Cardi was spotted dancing with Diggs at Coachella. But he eventually deleted his social media accounts when a widely shared post claimed that Cardi was doing Diggs-style hairstyles for their baby Wave. Cardi and Diggs continue to follow one another on Instagram in spite of the posts removal, so it's unclear what their current relationship is. After almost seven years of marriage, Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset a second time in July 2024.

Sports meets fashion: Time to take cues from Wimbledon, golf, F1 and pickleball
Fashion has always drawn cues from art, music, poetry, and sports. With the US Open (Golf) wrapping up last month and Wimbledon and Formula 1 underway, the overlap between athletics and aesthetics is dominating global conversations once again. From preppy courtside looks to flashy F1-themed manicures, fashion's biggest trends are emerging from the field. St. John's new line of golf wear, F1-themed nails with track lines, chrome finishes, and team logos, and Neena Gupta promoting her new web series in a pickleball-style outfit.(Photos: Instagram) Serving preppy style This year, Wimbledon spectators are embracing the preppy aesthetic. Think gingham and checkered patterns, pleated skirts, and tailored blazers. 'Global events like F1 and Wimbledon turned into runways of their own,' says stylist Namita Alexander, adding, 'It's not just about performance, but presence. Celebrities are blending athleisure with high fashion, embracing sporty silhouettes, technical fabrics, and iconic teamwear to craft looks that both are bold and wearable.' On court chic Despite Wimbledon's strict all-white dress code, players have been making subtle fashion statements. American player Coco Gauff wore a lace tank top adorned with 3D butterfly embellishments. Italian player Lorenzo Musetti donned a textured leather jacket for his pre-match walk-on. Experts believe that these trends will blow up soon. 'Sports and fashion go hand-in-hand, and this year is particularly inspiring,' says designer Payal Jain, who grew up watching tennis, adding, 'If I'm working on a sport-oriented collection, I revisit icons like Steffi Graf, Maria Sharapova, and Andre Agassi, and draw from their language for I'm creating.' Golf goes glam Once heavily male-coded, golf wear is getting a feminine spin. With women now accounting for over 25% of golfers and contributing to 60% of the sport's post-pandemic growth, as per the US National Golf Foundation, fashion brands are taking note. St. John's new collection includes textured knit polos, Serena-style skirts, tweed bags, and open-knit jackets, blending performance with polish. Nailing the top gear The high-speed world of Formula 1 has hit the beauty world with F1-themed nails gaining traction. Track lines, flame motifs, and chrome finishes are dominating nail salons and Instagram alike, with #f1nails clocking nearly 500k views. 'Trends like F1 nails and tennis bracelets are just examples of how deep the influence of fashion and sports runs. Even sports uniforms have become more stylish,' says designer Pratyush Kumar, adding, 'From motor racing to fencing, we study functional details and merge them with craft.' Pickleball meets pop Once a quiet paddle sport, pickleball has become a social media sensation. With pop icons like Taylor Swift and the Kardashians joining the craze, its style code — comfort-first and playful — is trending. And Indian brands are not far behind. Labels like FirstEdge Sports, Terra Luna, and NOYO are embracing the wave, launching relaxed silhouettes like V-neck T-shirts, pleated skirts, sweat vests, and classic sneakers recently. Catching up on the trend, actor Neena Gupta also sported a pickleball-inspired outfit featuring a pleated skirt, sweater vest, shirt, socks, and sneakers while promoting her upcoming series recently.

Optical illusion: Think you've got ‘Eagle Eyes'? Prove it by spotting the hidden ‘0'!
Do these numbers remind you of Ishan Awasthi from Taare Zameen Par ? But remember the joy you felt after solving just one math problem correctly? Let's experience that same joy one more time—with this picture. But there's one major difference between your math exam and this puzzle: nobody wants to see a '0' in their maths copy, but here, your only task is to find that zero. At first glance, this image seems filled entirely with the number 6, right? But hidden somewhere—maybe right in front of your eyes—is a single '0' that you're likely overlooking. The catch? The uniform spacing of the numbers makes it harder to spot the odd one out quickly. So, start your timer and let's find out whether you can join the Eagle Eye team or not! How to approach it: There are a total of 35 characters in each row. Step 1: Since the image looks overwhelming at first, divide it vertically into 5 equal sections—that's 7 characters per section. Step 2: Now scan each row in a zigzag pattern(go left to right on one row, then right to left on the next.) Step 3: Use your cursor or finger to guide your eyes along each line to avoid skipping anything. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Book Your Daily Profit By 11 AM With This Superclass By Mr. Bala TradeWise Learn More Undo Pro tip: Start scanning from the last section—it will make spotting the odd one easier.
