EXCLUSIVE Artem Chigvintsev buys $915k house in Napa Valley after ex Nikki Bella is awarded marital property in divorce settlement
Artem Chigvintsev has purchased a new house in Napa Valley, California, after ex Nikki Bella was awarded their marital property in the divorce settlement.
The Dancing with the Stars alum and the two-time WWE Divas Champion settled their divorce on April 30 and the settlement terms both parties agreed on have since been revealed.
Nikki, 41, was awarded the former couple's marital home in Yountville, California, which she purchased in 2020 for $1,500,000, and he moved into shortly after.
In the judgment of divorce, Artem, 42, listed his address as a rental in Napa where he had been living from October 2024 until the time of filing the child custody document last month. He was paying $4,995 per month for rent, per real estate records.
He moved out of the marital home he shared with Nikki after his arrest, which took place in August, when he was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence. Charges were dropped a month later due to lack of sufficient evidence, according to the Napa County District Attorney's Office.

The pro dancer has since purchased a new home in Napa Valley as of May 13.
According to the deed exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, Artem is now the owner of a three-bedroom, three-bathroom property on a secluded street.
The 2,395 square-foot house is located on nearly five acres of land that is shielded by a ton of trees and gives way to views of the nearby mountains.
The home is less than 11 miles away, or a 20-minute drive, from his former marital home, which is now solely owned by Nikki and also has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Artem purchased the home two weeks ago for $915,000, but per real estate records, he took out a $640,500 loan, which he's expected to pay off by June 2026.
He has two other properties, which are in Los Angeles County.
In the divorce settlement, obtained by DailyMail.com, Artem was awarded his condo in Van Nuys, California, which he purchased in December 2022 for $323,000, and townhouse in Pacoima, California, which he purchased in February 2021 for $400,000.
Nikki was awarded their marital home - with the exes keeping their own furniture and furnishings - but Nikki had to return her leased 2023 Mercedes to Artem by February 2025 because it was in his business' name.
She also had to pay Artem an equalization payment in the sum of $200,000 to satisfy any claims related to the division of assets, debts, and reimbursements as a complete buyout of any and all spousal support obligations - which they both have waived.
The first $100,000 of that was due by April 30, the date the judgment was executed. And $50,000 is due by June 1, followed by the other $50,000 due by December 31.
In addition, she was ordered to pay Artem $3,500 per month for child support for their son Matteo. The parents share joint legal and physical custody of the four year old.
Nikki spoke candidly on the latest episode of The Nikki & Brie Show podcast about their divorce settlement and her reaction to the $200,000 'steal.'
'Our settlement is what everyone saw. Yes, I had to give him $200,000. Spousal support, alimony,' she said, as twin sister Brie Bella chimed in, 'That's what happens when you're the breadwinner.'
But according to Nikki, the $200,000 payout didn't leave her bitter - in fact, she shocked listeners by admitting she 'got a steal' in the deal.
The Total Bellas star also revealed a jaw-dropping comment from the judge who oversaw their private mediation.
'Our judge said at the end of it, "This is the first time in all the years I've done this where a woman had to pay a man,"' Nikki recalled. '"You should be so damn proud that you built such an empire that someone wants a piece of it."'
The couple got married in August 2022 in Paris. Their two-year marriage came to an end in September 2024 when the Total Bella stars filed for divorce
She added, 'It was nice to hear that… even though it hurts because I broke my neck for that money. That money, all that is my hard-earned money.'
Last fall, a judge in the case ruled that the exes would share custody of their only child, more than a month after Nikki filed for divorce.
She had initially petitioned the court for sole custody of their son and also asked for the court to appoint a supervisor for Matteo's visits with the Russia native and asked that her former spouse be ordered to attend anger management courses - all requests that have since been denied by the court.
Chigvintsev told the court at the time that he doesn't have anger-related issues. However, both parents were ordered by the court to enroll in parenting classes to help them remain cordial as they raise their child following their split.
The Nikki & Brie Show co-host and Chigvintsev both had restraining orders against each other, which were dropped in November 2024.
Nikki was granted a restraining order last year against Chigvintsev after accusing him of physical abuse. She said in legal docs that he had 'tackled [her] multiple times and pinned [her] to the ground while our child was present' during an argument over breakfast.
She also claimed that Chigvintsev had become 'increasingly angry, snapping at me and yelling' after not being asked to return to Dancing With The Stars for season 33.
Chigvintsev responded to the court that Garcia 'grew increasingly angry' with him on multiple occasions and had played the role of 'aggressor.'
The So You Think You Can Dance alum previously broke his silence over his shock DV arrest as he reacted to prosecutors declining to file charges against him over the incident.
'I am incredibly relieved and grateful that the domestic violence charges against me have been dropped,' he said in a statement. 'This has been an extremely difficult time for me. I am thankful that the truth has prevailed. My focus has always been and will always be, our son Matteo.'
According to his social media, the choreographer has been teaching master classes at local dance studios in Napa Valley.
There is no word yet on whether he'll be returning to Dancing With the Stars this fall after he was not asked to return last season, which was a decision reportedly made before his DV arrest.
DWTS pro Alan Bersten told DailyMail.com in a recent interview that he also is uncertain of Artem's future, and which pros will be back.
'Honestly, I haven't spoken to him in a while. I hope he's doing okay again. I don't know,' Bersten, who's dating his costar Emma Slater, spilled.
'Again, don't know if anyone else is back, so I hope the best for everyone...I haven't been in touch with him.

Holly Valance's tumultuous love life revealed following split from Nick Candy: Neighbours star's ex was jailed for drug trafficking after he saw she moved on with actor in magazine
Holly Valance is single again following her split from her billionaire property tycoon husband, Nick Candy, after 13 years of marriage. The former Neighbours actress, 42, who has reinvented herself as a conservative firebrand, married the Reform Party treasurer, 52, in 2012, and they are parents to daughters Luka, 11, and Nova, seven. Before Holly met Nick in 2010 and the couple tied the knot in a lavish $6 million fairytale wedding, she enjoyed two long relationships - including a six-year romance with Peter Ververis, a car customiser in Melbour ne. The couple's split in 2006 resulted in scandal, as two months later Ververis was arrested during a raid on his Cheltenham home. In 2009, Ververis pleaded guilty to trafficking methylamphetamine after the raid on the property he shared with his brother. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Police had found him smoking a pipe filled with the drug 'ice' and in possession of nearly 418 grams of methylamphetamine. They also found $11,000 cash, a money counter, sealed bags, and electronic scales during the 2006 raid. Ververis claimed at the time that being dumped by the actress led to him using drugs to cope with his pain, and he went on to sell methylamphetamine to support his addiction. He had reportedly planned to marry Holly before she ended their relationship. 'I was cut up. It was a messy break-up. I read it in a magazine. I saw a photo of her and her new boyfriend in a magazine,' he said in court documents. That new man is thought to be dashing Aussie actor Alex O'Loughlin. Holly dated the Hawaii Five-0 star for several years until the pair broke up in 2009. She eventually moved on with Nick, and they wed in 2012 in a lavish Los Angeles ceremony with guests including Elton John, Simon Cowell, as well as Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. Holly also dated Hawaii Five-0 star Alex O'Loughlin (pictured) for several years until the pair broke up in 2009 The couple's shock split was reported over the weekend. Friends say the pair's priority has always been their daughters and will continue to be so during this very 'difficult period'. A source told MailOnline: 'They have been living separate lives for a long time, he's travelling a lot. 'Nick has businesses in Dubai and London, The Reform Party.' The estranged couple were last pictured together in March, with Holly dressed in $21,000 (£10,000) of designer clothing as they enjoyed a swanky lunch together in London. A family friend told The Sun - who first reported the couple's split: 'The joint parenting of their two amazing daughters remains their top priority. 'They've had to juggle a demanding lifestyle. Between family, public life, and Nick's intense work commitments, it's been a tough balance.' Together they have enjoyed a lavish lifestyle and previously lived in a two-storey Hyde Park penthouse worth $367 million (£175 million), making it Britain's most expensive flat. Nick and Holly have since downsized to a $21 million (£10 million) countryside mansion in the Cotswolds, which they have been renovating. In 2020, Nick gifted Holly a $55 million (£26 million) superyacht, despite the mother-of-two famously suffering from seasickness. Holly launched her acting career in 1999 after winning the role of Felicity Scully in Neighbours, which she played until 2002. The Melbourne-born actress later moved to America and starred in several popular US movies and TV shows, including Taken, Entourage and Prison Break. She semi-retired from the industry in 2015, although she made a brief cameo on Neighbours in 2022.

Vin Diesel shocks as he announces VERY surprising return for final Fast & Furious film
Vin Diesel made quite the shocking announcement about the final Fast & Furious film over the weekend. The 57-year-old actor took the stage at Fuel Fest in Pomona, California on Saturday night, where he offered an update on Fast X Part 2. He was wearing a shirt that read, 'Fast X Part 2 Los Angeles Production 2025' while revealing his three demands to Universal Pictures for the final film. 'The studio said to me, "Vin, can we please have the finale of Fast and Furious [in] April 2027?"' Diesel said, confirming the release date. He continued, 'I said, "Under three conditions." First, is to bring the franchise back to L.A.! The second thing was to return to the car culture, to the street racing!' Diesel concluded, 'The third thing was reuniting Dom and Brian O'Conner,' referring to the late Paul Walker 's beloved character. Diesel was joined on stage by his co-star Tyrese Gibson, who shared a video of the fans screaming when he mentioned Dom and Brian O'Conner. The video shows Diesel adding, 'That is what you're gonna get in the finale! Love you!' he concluded, as the video showed Diesel giving Paul's mother Cheryl a hug. Gibson added, 'I've got love for every other city and every other country, but this Fast & Furious s**t started right here in L.A.' The first film - 2001's The Fast and the Furious - was indeed set in Los Angeles, following Walker's Brian O'Conner as an undercover LAPD cop sent to infiltrate Dominic Toretto (Diesel) and his crew. Walker was still filming 2015's Furious 7 when he died tragically in a car accident in November 2013. Production was halted for several months as the filmmakers tried to figure out how to deal with the Brian O'Connor character. When filming resumed, they decided to 'retire' the character, having him drive off into the sunset, leaving his criminal crew behind to spend more time with his family, set to the iconic Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth song See You Again for a poignant farewell. They used the late actor's brothers Cody and Caleb as stand-ins and digitally inserted the late actor's face on top of the brothers for the new shots. Brian O'Conner has never been seen in any of the subsequent Fast & Furious films, though he has been mentioned and he's still alive and well in the film universe. That will seemingly change in Fast X Part 2, with Diesel promising fans that they will in fact see Brian O'Conner again. It seems likely that they could either use unseen footage of Walker from the previous films or bring back Cody and Caleb Walker as stand-ins with Walker's face digitally added like they did on Furious 7. The Fast & Furious film franchise has grossed a whopping $7.2 billion at the global box office since its launch in 2001.

EXCLUSIVE Revealed: Meghan's £6.50-a-jar 'crafted' raspberry jam is made on an industrial estate 2,000 miles from Montecito
Her pricey jams are said to be ' inspired by the recipe Meghan Markle crafted in her home kitchen '. To emphasise the homely yet aspirational message, a heartwarming Instagram video shows a fruity mixture bubbling in a pot at home in California as four-year-old daughter Lilibet praises it as 'beautiful'. But until now mystery has surrounded exactly where the £6.50-a-jar raspberry spread sold by the Duchess of Sussex under her As Ever brand are actually made. Today the Mail can reveal that the sweet treat is manufactured by the same US giant which sells her £9 packs of herbal tea. It also makes her sold-out orange blossom honey - priced at £20 ($28) a jar. Additionally the factory makes a 'strawberry and wild rose' preserve as part of a tie-up with Bridgerton - the hit series set in Regency England made by Netflix, with whom the Sussexes also have a deal. The firm - which has the decidedly un-Royal name The Republic of Tea - is headquartered in Larkspur, California, 350 miles away from Meghan's Montecito mansion. However its factory is 2,000 miles away in Illinois. Sources said that in order to formulate the commercially available product, they 'started with the version Meghan makes at home and worked to develop a version of it that could be produced at scale.' With half-a-million visits to her As Ever website after the last 'product drop' on June 20, a tie-up with a commercial manufacturer was inevitable to satisfy customer demand. Neither the Sussexes nor Netflix has yet confirmed exactly where the spread - currently marked on Meghan's website as 'coming soon' - is made, or where the raspberries are sourced. But a source close to the Duchess said that in order to formulate the commercially available product, they 'started with the version Meghan makes at home and worked to develop a version of it that could be produced at scale.' Nevertheless after months of marketing the preserve as an artisanal 'crafted' product, the truth will only increase scrutiny of the brand's sustainability credentials. Her website describes her 'signature' raspberry jam as 'inspired by the recipe Meghan crafted in her home kitchen' – and also says it was deliberately ' crafted with a fluid texture '. But a video shared by the Duchess shows that her spread is made in a factory, with fingers quickly pointed at The Republic of Tea, which also makes a fruit preserve. Last week Mail Online revealed that it appears Meghan's hibiscus, lemon ginger and peppermint teas are made by the firm thanks to tell-tale metadata on the As Ever website. Meghan's £9 ($12) tins of hibiscus tea contain 12 bags, equivalent to 73p per cup - three times as much as Republic of Tea's own product. The Duchess has gone to great lengths to portray the preserve as an artisanal product. There was an enchanting video posted to her Instagram Stories showing a bubbling pot of the jam and featuring four-year-old Lilibet Its 'Natural Hibiscus Tea Bags' retail at £8.45 ($11.50) for a tin of 36, working out at 24p (32 cents) per cup, albeit in differently-shaped bags. Republic of Tea also makes jars of Bridgerton strawberry and wild rose tea fruit preserve, priced at £9 ($12) for a 306g jar - working out at around the same price per gram as Meghan's offering. Its ingredients are listed as: 'Strawberries, cane sugar, wild rose syrup (custom rose tea blend, rosewater, cane sugar), lemon juice, fruit pectin.' Meanwhile Meghan's As Ever raspberry spread - it is not, technically, a jam because of its high fruit content - is made from: 'Raspberries, organic pure cane sugar, organic lemon juice concentrate and fruit pectin'. Meghan revealed for the first time in February that 'jam is my jam' – and recorded a video explaining why those who know her best are aware of her secret love of making jam. When she first released 50 fruit spreads and sent them to her nearest and dearest friends she was careful to point out that each one was home made at her kitchen table using her own recipe. On her Netflix show With Love, Meghan described harvesting berries in her kitchen, making small-batch jars, saying: 'I did save one of 50 for my mom.' Meghan's As Ever products including her jam launched in April and rapidly sold out Last night a source close to Meghan confirmed to the Daily Mail that Republic of Tea makes her As Ever raspberry spread but said the supplier was changing. The firm also makes her sold-out orange blossom honey - priced at £20 ($28) a jar - although it is not known whether it also manufacturers her newly-released apricot preserve. In a statement, US streaming giant Netflix said: 'Netflix and As Ever take pride in working with best-in-class vendors that meet our high standards for exceptional products. 'It's been exciting to see how much fans have embraced the As Ever product line, with the first two launches selling out so quickly. 'We're looking forward to continued success as we expand and release more As Ever products throughout the year and beyond.'
