Rihanna Reveals She's Pregnant With Baby No. 3 With A$AP Rocky as She Arrives at the 2025 Met Gala
The 'Diamonds' singer, 37, showed off her growing baby bump in photos obtained by People before arriving at the star-studded event, which was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday, May 5. She later walked the red carpet several hours after the event started in a black tailored look and a large hat with her baby bump on full display.
Rihanna is now expecting her third child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky (real name: Rakim Mayers). The couple currently share two sons, 2-year-old RZA Athelaston Mayers, born in May 2022, and 1-year-old Riot Rose Mayers, born in August 2023. A$Ap walked the red carpet earlier on in the night solo.
The dress code for the 2025 Met Gala is "Tailored for You," which is a "nod to the exhibition's focus on suiting and menswear — from specific silhouettes to various fabrics and accessories — that is purposefully designed to both provide guidance and invite creative interpretation."
Cochairs for this year's highly anticipated event include A$AP Rocky, 36, Oscar-nominated actor Colman Domingo, Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton and hitmaker Pharrell Williams, plus Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
Before stealing the show at this year's event with her big news, Rihanna previously spoke about how much she is enjoying motherhood.
"It makes me feel really cool to be a boy mom," she told E! News at Fenty Beauty's Soft'Lit Naturally Luminous Longwear Foundation launch in April 2024. "Like I get to be as casual and busted as I want to, but it also forces me to embrace the epic things about being a woman, and a female and all my femininity. I embrace it so much more now, like I wear pink."
She added, "I go between wearing jerseys and like, 'I'm wearing a dress today! I'm the only one in this house who can do that right now.'"
The Barbadian bombshell said she's really embraced her role at home and it's empowered her in other ways.
"It just kind of highlights about being a woman," she shared. "Because I'm the one that can experience all of that in the house — giving birth to them, carrying them, being a partner with Rocky and running the household and the family. It's new territory, but it's empowering."
A source told In Touch that RiRi is continuing to expand her empire after launching Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty, a lingerie line, noting that she is well on her way to doubling her billion-dollar fortune.
"Rihanna takes a very serious, thoughtful approach to each of her investments, she doesn't just slap her name on her brands, she's heavily involved in every step from the design to the marketing and the products," the insider dished.
"There's a reason everything she touches seems to turn to gold. She does thorough research and due diligence and puts in the hours," spilled the source, revealing Rihanna is serious about investing her time and energy into her products.
"She has an incredible sense of judgment, and her ventures, like her perfume line, are performing incredibly well. She's careful to time her launches right to ensure things are successful, she starts slow and steady before diving into a new project. Her existing brands are thriving, and she's now moving into new territories."

I really enjoyed testing the Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II with my PS5 — but it has a few noteworthy flaws
One of my favorite things to do after making my dough for the day is to unwind by playing games on my PS5, so I know the importance of how much audio can make or break a game. That's why you need one of the best gaming headsets to truly immerse yourself. I just spent a few days testing the Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II, and it blew me away with its wide soundstage and comfortable fit. The headset is competitively priced, retailing for just under $50, and it comes with a clear unidirectional mic, too. However, the design may not be everyone's cup of tea, and the USB-A wired connection is limiting, to name a few flaws. For the complete breakdown, read my full Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II review. Specs Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II Price $49 / £59 Colors Black, Hatsune Miku Edition Platforms PS5, PS4, PC Connectivity USB-A wired Frequency response 20-20KHz Drivers 40mm Neodymium magnet Paired devices max 1 Multipoint connectivity No Microphone Unidirectional Weight 10.47oz The Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II is extremely comfortable, boasts a wide soundstage that makes games more immersive and its unidirectional mic makes you sound loud and clear. One of the most important qualities a gaming headset must possess is that it's extremely comfortable, so you can keep playing for hours and hours. The Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II is just that. Firstly, it's very light, weighing just 10.47oz, so the headset has a feeling of weightlessness to it. Aiding the weightlessness is the headset's metallic headband as well as the cushioned elastic one, which eliminates any pressure you may feel on the top of your head otherwise. The headband also adjusts itself as soon as you put it on your head, so no need to manually adjust anything. The H1 Gen II's cushioned leatherette earcups are mighty comfortable, and they create a good seal around my ears. I wore the headset for four straight hours and didn't feel any discomfort in the slightest. If you prefer memory foam earcups, though, which are more breathable and negate sweat buildup, I'd recommend the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 ($59) instead. If it's powerful audio you're after, regardless of the game you're playing, the Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II should be right up your alley. Featuring 40mm Neodymium magnetic drivers, the headset has a 20Hz-20KHz frequency response, ensuring you hear every subtle and loud noise clearly. Similar drivers are found in the pricier SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3 Wireless ($109) and the 5-star SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5 ($129), so rest assured you're getting best-in-class audio. The H1 Gen II also features 7.1 virtual surround sound, which, essentially, emulates the feeling of a 7.1 setup through EQ, and your ears are basically tricked into imagining a wider soundstage — and it works well, making games more immersive. I tested the H1 Gen II by playing a few games on my PlayStation 5 Slim and our shared office Windows 11 laptop. I am currently obsessed with Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (aren't we all?), so I had to test the headset while playing the game on my PS5. In Expedition 33, parrying is extremely important as it can deal extreme damage while shielding your party, and alongside seeing when an enemy is going to attack, there are subtle audio cues to help you parry. With the H1 Gen II on my head, I relied solely on audio cues and — I'm very proud to say — I didn't miss a single parry. Expedition 33 also features the best soundtrack of any game ever (in my very humble opinion), and an orchestral ballad soundtrack powers through many boss fights. The H1 Gen II balances the powerful OST extremely well with sounds of weapons and your party exclaiming every now and then. Songs never feel overpowering, and instruments don't sound muddled either. Maelle's saber slicing through Nevrons and Lune's Elemental Genesis raining down fire and thunder gelled extremely well with the music. There are a few scary moments and areas in Expedition 33, which are, again, soundtracked by equally eerie music, and you get ambushed by enemies, too. Through it all, the H1 Gen II exaggerates the horror of it all by emitting sounds and noises from various directions when virtual surround sound is enabled. Truly a thrilling experience. When I'm not sinking hours into RPGs, I like to take a leisurely drive around the block in my Koenigsegg… in Need for Speed: Heat; unfortunately, I don't actually own the car. And doing so while wearing the H1 Gen II was a fantastic experience, like I was actually behind the wheel. Every time my car switched gears, regardless of how loud the backing soundtrack was, I could hear the gears shift every time. The sound of the tires burning on the tarmac as I made donuts was also pleasing, and the sound of the Koenigsegg's engine roaring sent me into orbit. The third and final game I played with the headset was Lies of P on Windows. I've played this game through to the end, and I'm well aware that it features subtle and soft sounds that can help determine where enemies are positioned. The H1 Gen II excels here. I could clearly hear raindrops and water leaking from old buildings, which added to the game's dystopian atmosphere, and each step my character took was pronounced. When peaking around corners, I could hear the heavy footsteps of the mechanical policemen, which helped me gauge their location better and strategize how to approach a heavily guarded area. In combat, the titular character's grunts were loud and clear, and I loved hearing the sound of my sword sharpening against the Grinder, identical to revving a car as it got louder and louder. Anyone who plays games online knows the importance of having a loud and clear mic, and the Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II has a great one. It can't be detached or retracted like mics can on the likes of the Cherry XTRFY H3 ($99) or the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5, but it can be moved out of the way with the flexible gooseneck arm. The H1 Gen II's mic is unidirectional, which is generally better for gaming as it only picks up sounds from the source — the player's mouth, in this case. To test it, I recorded myself speaking into the mic without anything playing in the background. In the clip above, I sound clear with every word enunciated well. I then put an episode of 'Schitt's Creek' on in the background to see if the headset isolated my voice as the only source. While you can hear the characters speaking in the background, it's my voice that takes center stage, and it's loud and clear, which is what matters most. Rest assured that your online lobby will still be able to hear you cuss at them even while there is other commotion around you in your physical space. The Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II is one of the cheapest gaming headsets I've had the pleasure of reviewing. The black model retails for $49 / £59 at Amazon, while the Hatsune Miku Edition costs more and is available in the U.S. only for $99 at Best Buy. The reason the base model is so cheap is because it's a wired-only headset, and you usually need to spend upwards of $70 on wireless cans. The Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II sports a divisive design and frustrating in-line controls, and there's no companion software for customization. I have used and reviewed many gaming headsets in my time, but I can't say I've ever seen a headset like the Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II, which I can best describe as divisive. If, like me, you love a minimalist colorway, I'd recommend grabbing the all black model. But if, unlike me, you're a (mega) fan of anime, then get the Hatsune Miku Edition. I'll be honest, I didn't know who this character was until I laid eyes on our review unit. I spent a few minutes looking into this, and it turns out it's a Vocaloid software voicebank represented by a 16-year-old girl with long, turquoise twintails. Unlike the black version of the H1 Gen II, the Hatsune Miku Edition is pink and turquoise, so a lot more colorful. Her silhouette is imprinted on the left earcup, and it lights up in a shade of teal, which I'm personally not a fan of because I don't consume this kind of content. I would still go for the black model because I prefer darker colors (and non-Anime themes), but to each their own, I suppose. Many gaming headsets are accompanied by companion software that lets you adjust the headset's equalizer, update its firmware, remap buttons, adjust mic settings and more. The Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II is not one of them. When you visit the headset's help page, Asus says: 'We don't currently provide a software utility or drivers for this model.' This may change in the future, and if it does, I will update the review accordingly. Meanwhile, the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 utilizes the brand's Sonar Audio Software for customization, which may meet some users' needs more. Unfortunately, the Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II is a wired headset, which means you can't use it over a wireless connection. The non-removable cable is 2 metres long, and since it's a USB-A connection, I had to plug it into the back of my PS5 Slim. This proved annoying as the distance between my TV and couch is over 2.5 metres, so I had to sit on a chair to test the headset. I'd recommend this headset only if your couch and console are positioned close together, or if your console or PC sits on an office or gaming desk. The thing is, you won't find many wireless gaming headsets that cost as cheap as the H1 Gen II, but there are some sub-$100 options available. If you want a wireless gaming headset that doesn't break the bank, I'd recommend spending a little more on the Turtle Beach Stealth 500 ($79) or the Cherry XTRFY H3 ($99). This may not be an issue for everyone, but I found the Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II's controls frustrating. There are no buttons on the earcups. Instead, an in-line remote (which resembles an IV drip flow regulator, honestly) is used to change the headset's volume, turn RGB lighting on and off, mute and unmute the mic, and enable 7.1 virtual surround sound. The buttons aren't what I have an issue with — it's the placement of the remote. It's located at the halfway point, so around a metre down, and I found myself struggling to reach it every time I wanted to adjust something as simple as the volume. I would have much preferred having the buttons on the earcups within easy reach. There's no denying the fact that the Asus TUF Gaming H1 Gen II is a good gaming headset. Its wide soundstage and 7.1 virtual surround sound make even the dullest of games sound exciting. The unidirectional mic works like a charm and isolates voices well, and the headset, being extremely comfortable, is beneficial for long gaming sessions. But this isn't to say the headset is perfect. Personally, I'm not a fan of the anime-themed design, and I'd rather go for the all-black colorway. There's also no companion software for customization, and the lack of a longer cable limits the headset's use. I don't like the in-line controls either, which are rather frustrating. All in all, I believe a few tweaks to the H1 Gen II could have taken it from being a good headset to being absolutely fantastic. I'll stick with SteelSeries for now.

Heated outdoor furniture exists — and extends patio season to all year long
I've always loved sitting on my patio to work, eat breakfast, or have a drink with a friend, bouncing among several arrangements I've sprinkled about to create my own outdoor oasis, from a rocking chair to a wooden sofa, or metal loungers with cushions. Since I don't have a patio heater, when nights got cold, I had to bundle up in layers or start a fire in my fire pit or chiminea. So, it's not surprising that Outmore Living's heated furniture caught my eye. Outmore Living's heated furniture collection is incredibly unique. As far as I can tell in my research as a freelance writer specializing in home and outdoor products, they're the only brand offering furniture that incorporates heating pads inside outdoor furniture cushions that are powered by batteries, allowing users to place the sofas, chairs, or ottomans wherever they want on their patio or yard. Kevin Long and Alex Duncan co-founded the Austin-based company in 2022, two years after Long had the idea of heated outdoor furniture during Thanksgiving in 2020. The Austin-based company has come a long way from building a prototype in Duncan's living room to the sleek and comfortable outdoor furniture that makes it more desirable to spend more time outside in chilly weather. With weather-resistant properties and five different heating levels, Outmore Living's heated furniture is giving people more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors for far less work than it takes to start a fire and less CO2 emissions than propane heaters emit. When I posted the furniture on my social media, quite a few friends reached out with interest. Those who lived in cooler places, like Alaska, commented how such furniture would make a huge difference in their lives. Among the best places to buy outdoor furniture, Outmore Living is one to watch. Design Outmore Living offers four battery-powered heated furniture pieces — a chair, a loveseat, a 3-seat sofa, and an ottoman. The furniture is stylish and contemporary. Each piece has an FSC-certified teak frame with curved arms, a high back, and square cushions that come in seven different colors. I tested the aloe color. The brand also offers side or coffee tables. The cushions have five layers, consisting of weather- and stain-resistant Sunbrella fabric, a waterproof liner, a carbon fiber heating pad, Dacron fiber (polyester), and high-resiliency memory foam. Outmore Living calls their heating design HeatTech. The back and bottom cushions are connected by locking connectors, which are linked to the power bar mount, located on the underside of the teak frame. Each seat has a port, which the power bar magnetically connects to. It also has a built-in USB-A and USB-C plug to charge your devices.. While the power bar is visible, it is not garishly so. You're able to set your furniture collection anywhere, no power outlet required. As Outmore Living improves its design and technology, it is also committed to sustainability. Rather than needing to replace the furniture in its entirety, the teak frame is built for the long haul. As the company plans to enhance its offerings, you may find yourself considering upgraded HeatTech, replaceable cushions, and other accessories. Outmore Living has also partnered with showrooms and retailers in several states to allow customers to see the furniture in person. It even lists the coffee shops and hotels where its products are utilized if you're nearby. Delivery Outmore Living's heated furniture is made to order and typically ships for free with a white glove delivery service within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, Outmore Living happened to be changing their shipping carrier right when I was scheduled to do this review, and because of that, my experience with delivery and set up was different than what most people will experience. Prior to my furniture being delivered, the three batteries were shipped for free in the mail to my house. I did have an issue with one of the batteries not working. It just wouldn't turn on, but the company sent out another the next day with a return label so I could send back the battery for inspection. Having tested a lot of products in the last four years, I know better than most that sometimes batteries just don't work, so I wasn't upset by this at all. It can happen to any company, and Outmore Living was very prompt in its response to rectify the situation. As for the furniture delivery, I was sent notifications by email to set up a delivery date and time. The shipping carrier also gave me a call, granting me the opportunity to choose an earlier date than what I was provided in the email. On the delivery day, two men arrived with the Solerno loveseat and lounge chair. They placed the pre-assembled furniture on my back porch, connected the cushions, and took away all the packaging. The entire delivery lasted less than 20 minutes. Comfort The cushions on the Solerno lounge chair and loveseat are very comfortable. Made of memory foam and covered in Sunbrella fabric, the cushions are a delight to sit on. The fabric is smooth and comfortable on my skin, while the cushions have a medium firm feel, which means they're supportive without being hard or uncomfortable. I sink slightly in, but not too much to make me think the memory foam will break down quickly. I like how wide the lounge chair is, making it a good option for people of various sizes. The 2-seat sofa and the lounge chair are deep with tall backs for ultimate support. Even though they're deep, I can still place my feet on the ground when my backside is set against the back cushion (I'm 5'5" for reference). Sometimes, I'll lie on the loveseat with my head leaning against one arm of the sofa and my feet hanging over the opposite side. Heating Although you can use Outmore Living's furniture year-round, its heating feature is what makes it unique. Its HeatTech system combines a battery heating pad within the cushions to create heated outdoor furniture. A power bar connects to the underside of the teak frame with magnets. There are five heating levels (85°F to 120°F), adjusted via arrows on the power bar. The cushion grows warm within 15-60 seconds (though I usually felt the cushion grow warm within 15-20 seconds). The heated pad does not stretch to every corner of the cushion, though it's quite large and centered along the back and bottom cushion. The highest heating level is toasty. I'd suggest it for deep winter and the fourth highest heating level for cool days in the fall or spring. Because I tested the furniture in May, I usually used the first, second, or third heating level in the early mornings or evenings when it was breezy but not cold. I know I'll find daily use of this sofa come fall and winter. While the power bars are marketed to last up to 10 hours, I experienced a range. At the highest heat setting, the power bar lasted two hours and five minutes. Another time, just 50 minutes, which transparently is not the longest time, but it's enough to enjoy a coffee in the morning or maybe a whisky in the evening. This was after the battery had been charged days earlier and sat in my house fully charged until I was ready to test the heat again. There's little difference between the fourth and fifth heating levels, so to get some longer use out of the power bar, I'd suggest using the fourth heating level if it's particularly cold. At the lowest heat setting, the battery lasted seven hours and 15 minutes one time and two hours and 45 minutes another time. I suspect you'll get the best use out of the battery if you charge the power bar and use it right away. Leave it sitting for a day or two, and it's likely that the charge goes down even if it reads as fully charged. To verify this theory, I charged a power bar and used it the next day, only for it to last six hours and 15 minutes on the lowest heating level. Charging all three batteries takes about 6 hours and 45 minutes. Outmore includes a cord that can charge them simultaneously, or you can use your own USB-A or USB-C cables. I did have a bit of an issue with the heating capabilities. Upon first testing, one cushion initially stopped heating after 30 minutes but worked again after moving the cushions around and reconnecting. Later, the sofa's power bars paused with no warning — lights froze and heat stopped. Swapping the bars helped one side, but the other didn't resume heating. The chair's power bar also shut off unexpectedly but worked again after restarting. I don't know why I experienced these glitches at some points during testing and not during others. As far as I can tell, you don't need to be sitting on the furniture for the power bar to work. While the glitches are not great, the likelihood of my sitting on this furniture for more than three hours at a time is slim, and I'm confident the battery power can last for at least three hours at the third and fourth heat levels. Outmore Living responded quickly to my issues, and I expect continued improvements with future models. Durability After three weeks of testing the Solerno 2-seat sofa and chair on my uncovered porch during a particularly rainy Texas May, I've gotten a good sense of their durability. I covered them with a tarp to protect them when not in use, though some moisture and dirt still got through. Thankfully, the cushions dried quickly and were easy to clean, as was the teak frame. The FSC-certified teak feels sturdy and, with proper care, could last decades. The medium-firm memory foam cushions also appear well-made, though like all foam, their longevity will depend on usage and care. I plan to store the cushions when not in use to extend their life. The Sunbrella fabric might be resistant to water, stains, and UV rays, but that doesn't mean that water won't be absorbed by the cushions, which could affect the memory foam in the long run. While the HeatTech is impressive, its long-term durability is unclear. The power bars and HeatTech pads have relatively short warranties (one and two years), so I'm storing the power bars indoors when not in use for extra protection. Returns and warranty Outmore Living allows returns within 45 days. However, there is a 20% return fee and the cost of shipping. For instance, the Solerno Heated 2-Seat sofa set return fee would be $1,750 (which is 20% of its $8,750 price tag). While steep, the return fee is understandable for made-to-order furniture. Different parts of the furniture have different warranties. The power bars only have a one-year warranty, while the HeatTech heating pads are covered under a 2-year warranty. The teak frames are covered under a 3-year warranty, while the cushion covers and foam inserts have a 5-year warranty. The teak frame and cover warranties are average, if not better, than most warranties for outdoor furniture. However, I would prefer a longer warranty for the power bars and heating pads, only because technology such as these can be finicky, and I think it would be nice to have them covered for much longer than one to two years. For reference, if a power bar dies after a year, a replacement is $400. Cons to consider While the HeatTech technology is impressive, customers should be prepared that the battery life is not always consistent, and glitches can occur. In my testing, the longest a power bar lasted was a little over 7 hours on the lowest heat setting and as short as 50 minutes on the highest heat setting. It doesn't help that the power bars take over 6 hours to charge. Add on the fact that the power bar warranty is only one year, and it's a little unclear how durable the power bars are. I appreciate that Outmore Living offers free white glove delivery, but unfortunately, if you want to return the product, it's going to cost a pretty high fee. In fact, Outmore Living charges 20% of the cost of the product plus a shipping fee. This makes sense in some ways, considering that their furniture is all made upon ordering, but that aside, you should probably be completely sure of your purchase before investing in this product. What are your alternatives? If you're looking for other brands that sell outdoor heated furniture, you'll be disappointed to discover that there is likely only one other company with a similar offering. Galanter & Jones' Kosmos Collection is very modern in style with a molded cast stone construction, but lacks the plush cushions that Outmore Living has. It has to be plugged into an outlet for its heating element, with a cord that ultimately limits where you can place the Kosmos Chair or Lounge. However, it is slightly more affordable than Outmore Living's heated furniture collection. Of course, you can always enjoy high-quality outdoor furniture without heating elements like those offered by Polywood, which offers sustainable HDPE furniture that mimics the look of wood. The 6-piece deep-seated Acadia Lounge Sofa Set is equally as comfortable as Outmore Living's, and you have a lot more choices in terms of the designs and cushion colors. Though Polywood's collections are considered luxury buys, they're still more affordable than the Solerno Set, which comes with three pieces rather than the six that are included in the Acadia Lounge Sofa Set. You can see our full review of our experience with Polywood. Burrow also offers some great outdoor furniture options, like the modular Burrow Relay 4-piece Outdoor Sofa Set. The set is moderately priced, easy to put together, and has comfortable cushions. If only the cushion covers could be thrown in the wash. The frame of the set we tested is made of galvanized steel, but they do offer a teak design, too. The bottom line There is no doubt that Outmore Living has created a stylish outdoor furniture collection that is water-resistant, comfortable, and built to last. Their ingenious design — using batteries to heat cushions — is a gamechanger for those living in cold areas or buyers who simply want to enjoy the outdoors year-round without needing a propane heater or roaring fire. The battery life of the power bars is not consistent, but I'll take them over a corded design that limits where I can place my outdoor furniture. A high price tag is surely going to make customers pause, but if they take a leap of faith, they'll likely discover that they'll be using Outmore Living's heated outdoor furniture quite often (even despite some occasional glitches).

Everything Hulk Hogan Said About Donald Trump
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Hulk Hogan, the iconic WWE Hall of Famer who died on Thursday at the age of 71, had been a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump prior to his death. The professional wrestler suffered cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Florida. The Clearwater Police Department said emergency crews responded to a 911 call at Hogan's residence, and he was taken to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Born Terry Gene Bollea, Hogan made his televised wrestling debut in 1979 and skyrocketed to fame after signing with the World Wrestling Federation, now known as World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Hogan's manager, Linda Bose, confirmed his death in a statement to Newsweek. "Unfortunately we must confirm that Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan passed away this morning," she said. "We are heartbroken. He was such a great human being and friend." He also leaves behind his two children, Brooke Hogan and Nick Hogan, from his 26-year marriage to ex-wife Linda Hogan, which ended in 2009. Hogan and Trump had known each other for decades—Trump hosted several WrestleManias in the 1980s—but it wasn't until last year that the Hogan Knows Best star shared his support for the businessman. Newsweek reached out to Trump's representative for comment on Friday via email outside regular working hours. Hulk Hogan Endorses Trump In July 2024, Hogan endorsed Trump for president at the Republican National Convention (RNC), just days after the assassination attempt against the politician. "What happened last week when they took a shot at my hero and they tried to kill the next President of the United States, enough was enough," Hogan told the crowd at the event, before ripping off his shirt, his signature move. "I said, 'Let Trump-a-mania run wild, brother. Let Trump-a-mania rule again. Let Trump-a-mania make America great again.'" "As an entertainer, I try to stay out of politics," Hogan continued. "But after everything that's happened to our country over the past four years, and everything that happened last weekend, I can no longer stay silent." "I'm proud to support my hero as the next president of this United States," he added, noting that he'd known Trump "for over 35 years." "He's always been the biggest patriot, and he still is. He's always told you exactly what he thought, and he still does, brother," Hogan said. "No matter the odds, he always finds a way to win. And when he's back in our White House, America is going to start winning again." The Rocky III actor concluded his speech: "Over my career, I've been in the ring with some of the biggest, some of the baddest dudes on the planet. I know tough guys, but let me tell you something, brother, Donald Trump is the toughest of them all. They've thrown everything at Donald Trump, all the investigations, the impeachments, the court cases, and he's still standing and kicking their butts." "I was one of these guys that was a coward. I was one of these guys that wouldn't put a Trump sign on my yard, wouldn't wear the Trump shirt, the Trump hat, because I was afraid what might happen or whatever," Hogan said on the show, per Fox News. "But after they took that shot and tried to kill him, that was it." He later reflected on their friendship. "I've watched how he's treated people. He had that [air] about him when we first met him, and I was like, 'Am I going to get along with this guy?'" he said. "And just to watch him walk in the beginning of the night when the preliminary match started and sit there all night long, and just how he talked to all the wrestlers in the back and how kind he was to people, and I saw how he handled the Make-A-Wish kids. I watched this guy: 'Man, this brother's for real.' And I got to know him. I love him to death." Hogan Speaks at Trump Rally Before Election Day One week before Election Day, Hogan made a surprise appearance at Trump's rally in Madison Square Garden. "You know something, Trump-a-maniacs? I don't see no stinking Nazis in here. I don't see no stinking domestic terrorists in here," he said. "The only thing that I see in here are a bunch of hard-working men and women that are real Americans, brother. You know what I hear in my president and our president Donald Trump, he sounds for real, brother. He sounds like he has a heart of gold that's all for the USA." Trump and the White House React to Hogan's Death Trump posted to Truth Social on Thursday: "We lost a great friend today, the 'Hulkster.' Hulk Hogan was MAGA all the way—Strong, tough, smart, but with the biggest heart. He gave an absolutely electric speech at the Republican National Convention, that was one of the highlights of the entire week. He entertained fans from all over the World, and the cultural impact he had was massive. To his wife, Sky, and family, we give our warmest best wishes and love. Hulk Hogan will be greatly missed!" The White House's official X account shared on Thursday: "Hulk Hogan will be greatly missed!" Hogan's Political History Hogan had supported former Democratic President Barack Obama in the 2008 election. In 2011, however, he expressed regret in his decision. "I was a big Obama supporter and kinda, like, believed everything he said he was gonna do," Hogan said on Fox & Friends, per Politico. "But now that nothing's happened." In the 2012 presidential election, Hogan said he would likely vote for the Republican candidate, Mitt Romney, over Obama. "That's where I'm at right now," he told HuffPost Live at the time. "Something needs to change in this country. There's no reason why this country shouldn't be up and running and everybody healthy and happy and prosperous. We need a change. I'm just waiting for someone to take the lead and run."
