The ongoing feud between Abhinav Shukla and Asim Riaz has been making headlines for a while now, even escalating beyond the screen as the two continue to make sharp exchanges on social media. Abhinav and Asim had a heated altercation on the reality show Battleground, where the former came out to defend his wife, Rubina Dilaik, who is a part of the show. However, things later took a disturbing turn when Abhinav revealed receiving a death threat from a social media user, who allegedly claimed to have ties with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
Sharing the threat on social media, Abhinav shared details of the message that he received that read, 'I am from Lawrence Bishnoi's gang. I have your address. Should I come over and shoot you with an AK-47 just as it was done with Salman Khan? Consider this your last warning. Say anything about Asim, and your name will be on the list."

Reaching out to the Punjab Police, Abhinav tweeted, 'DEATH THREATS to my family! The person seems to be from Chandigarh/Mohali. Please act firmly & promptly. To anyone who recognises the person, please report to the Punjab Police DGP."
Amid the escalating situation, the TV actor has now admitted to being capable of being 'harmful" and that he can even kill someone to protect his family. Speaking to Shardul Pandit, Abhinav opened up about his daughters, stating that he is old school and about the things that he won't allow them to do. 'I'm an old-school male. Males should be capable of harm. He shouldn't do harm, but to protect his family, he should be capable of doing harm. So that is ending," the actor said.

Further in the conversation, Abhinav even declared that if necessary, he can kill a person to save his family. 'I will kill him with my bare hands. I won't think, 'What is happening?' I will go for it. So I am capable of being harmful, but I don't do harm," he continued.
Prior to these, Abhinav had posted a lengthy note on Instagram, taking a pointed jab at Asim Riaz, further prompting the threatening messages from an Instagram account under the name of Ankush Gupta. On the other hand, Asim quickly dismissed the seriousness of the threats, stating that Abhinav had been trying to gain sympathy.

NEW DELHI: Four individuals — three women and one man — have been arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal district for allegedly posting obscene and abusive videos on Instagram with the aim of earning money and online popularity. The arrests were made by the Asmoli police station team following a probe into videos that allegedly featured vulgar language and explicit visuals. According to police, the group had been producing and uploading offensive content to generate income through social media. According to reports, they were earning around Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month through Instagram. All four have been booked under relevant sections of the law and further investigation is underway.
