People are stunned when I tell them how I reversed my age – you don't need Botox or expensive creams to look younger
Zareefa, known to her 280k TikTok fans as @byzareefa, is turning heads online with her jaw-dropping beauty secrets that cost as little as 20p.

Her hacks promise glowing, youthful skin without a single needle or luxury serum in sight.
The 34-year-old wellness guru says she's never had Botox or fillers, and swears by a handful of quirky, all-natural tricks passed down through generations and now she's sharing them with the world.
Here are her top tricks to shaving 20 years off your age.
Flax seed face lift
Let's start with her viral flax seed face mask, dubbed 'Botox at home' by fans, and for good reason.
Zareefa said: 'I took a TikTok face mask and made it 10 times better,'
'You're literally erasing dark spots and plumping up fine lines. I haven't had any injectables, and I'm 34!'
All it takes is one tablespoon of flaxseed meal and half a cup of boiling water.
Let it cool for 30 minutes to an hour until it turns into a jelly-like consistency.
Zareefa then adds a pump of Elmo Beauty Sea Spot Run serum to supercharge the mask, targeting hyperpigmentation, texture, and breakouts all at once.
After applying and rinsing, she's left with what she calls 'literal glass skin.'
I'm 50 next year & don't have a single wrinkle thanks to a product from Boots or TikTok shop - I've never had Botox
And the best part is this DIY treatment costs less than a supermarket meal deal.
Egg shells smoothies
Next up in Zareefa's age-reversing arsenal is eggshell membrane.
Yep, the slimy bit stuck to the inside of your boiled egg.
While most of us wouldn't think twice before binning it, Zareefa insists it's the secret to plumper skin, glossy hair, and strong joints , thanks to its powerful combo of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin.
She said: 'Sometimes I add it to my smoothies, but most of the time I just eat it with the egg,' she said.
And there's science to back it up, studies show this natural supplement can boost skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles in just a few weeks.
Ancient cultures even used it to heal wounds and regenerate tissue.
So next time you're peeling a boiled egg, think twice before chucking the magic membrane.
Banana peel Botox
If you thought things couldn't get any weirder, or cheaper, think again.
Zareefa has sparked a TikTok frenzy by revealing that the humble banana peel can work just like Botox.
Packed with lutein, a powerful antioxidant also found in spinach and kale, the peel helps brighten skin, reduce wrinkles, and fade dark spots, all for around 25p.
'My mum used to do this every time we had bananas,' she told her fans.
'She'd make us eat the banana and use the peel on her face!'
Zareefa recommends rubbing the inside of the peel on your skin and leaving it on for ten minutes before rinsing.
Do it a few times a week and, she says, you'll see a dramatic difference in hydration, texture and radiance.
She tells beauty lovers to consider it as preventative Botox and says "you're not going to need any injectables if you're doing this consistently".
And the internet agrees. The video racked up over 10 million views in just three days, with thousands praising the hack as 'life-changing' and 'literally affordable advice.'
One fan joked: 'Finally something I can actually try, not £200 night creams.' Another wrote: 'God really gave us everything we need. No more artificial stuff!'
So if you've been thinking of booking in for Botox or splashing out on yet another luxury serum, maybe it's time to raid your kitchen first.
Because according to Zareefa, the secret to eternal youth might be hiding in your fridge, not a fancy clinic.
How is celery juice an anti-ageing potion?
Celery juice is packed with antioxidants like vitamin C and flavonoids, which combat free radicals that cause cellular damage and aging.
Its high water content keeps your skin hydrated and plump, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
The anti-inflammatory compounds in celery, such as apigenin and luteolin, help reduce chronic inflammation linked to ageing.
Rich in essential nutrients like vitamin K and potassium, celery juice supports overall skin health and body functions.
Drinking celery juice regularly can complement a balanced diet and skincare routine, promoting a youthful glow from within.

Bridgwater artist creates 'accessible' exhibition about nature
An artist said he has set up an exhibition about nature in a shopping centre to make it accessible for Slate, an artist and fashion designer from Bridgwater, has opened the immersive installation A Memory of Nature at the Angel Place shopping centre in the exhibition, which is is free to attend and open until 2 August, features hanging textiles, sounds and images that represent a memory of nature, after climate change."I didn't want to cause more climate depression I wanted it to still feel very beautiful and hopeful. It feels very peaceful - I've had people ask if they can bring a book back and sit there for an hour," Mr Slate said. Mr Slate said he had the idea of an installation where people can discuss a future without nature."Eventually I came up with a lot of hanging textiles that have been painted with shadows of nature," he added."When I hang my washing out, the trees shadow on my sheets. It's really inspired by that, there are shadows of trees and birds." Mr Slate added that when Seed Sedgemoor, a collective of local organisations, came to him about the exhibition being in a shopping centre, he was apprehensive."A lot of times it can cheapen your work," he explained."But I didn't have to dumb down the work. We want real work and we want people to either get it or not."They have to see it's available to normal people too."The exhibition is also being supported by the Arts CouncilLaura Hylton from Seed Sedgemoor added: "To Seed it is just really important to work with communities and speak to them about what they want and bring them things for free that people wouldn't have seen before."

Kelly Osbourne breaks her silence following her father Ozzy's funeral as she shares bold floral tribute for Black Sabbath singer
Kelly Osbourne has broken her silence following her father Ozzy's funeral, as she shared a bold floral tribute to social media on Friday. The Black Sabbath rocker died aged 76 on July 22 and was laid to rest in a private funeral at his Buckinghamshire home on Thursday. Following the emotional day, Kelly shared a picture of a floral tribute to Instagram which read 'Ozzy f***ing Osbourne' Kelly spoke about how well Ozzy was doing in a poignant last interview just two weeks before he died. Just two days before she got engaged to Sid Wilson at Ozzy's final performance with his band in Villa Park, Birmingham, Kelly said her father was feeling 'amazing'. Kelly, 40, said: 'My dad is amazing! He's so excited for his final show on Saturday. There is all the nerves and all the excitement. 'He's sailing through everything, and the rehearsals have been incredible. It's all about him. It's going to be a very emotional moment.' Before getting engaged in front of her father's eyes, Kelly also shared details of her nuptials, with plans to wed across seas to ensure an intimate affair - words that are bittersweet now Ozzy won't be there to walk her down the aisle. She said: 'We were thinking about having a destination wedding because that way only the people who really like you will come. So that is where we are going right now.' Kelly revealed that her famed mother Sharon will be planning her entire wedding as she confessed she 'wants nothing to do with it'. She said: 'I want nothing to do with it, because if it was up to me, we'd get married at the registry office and then take over a pub. 'But it is not up to me, so I'm letting my mum plan it.' Kelly wore Ozzy's trademark purple glasses in a heartbreaking nod to her beloved father at his funeral procession on Wednesday. The heavy metal icon was commemorated in a parade through the city centre - with friends and family including his wife Sharon attending and getting out of the cortege at Black Sabbath Bridge. Ozzy had made known Kelly is his 'favourite child' in the past , previously telling Rolling Stone they were 'like two peas in a pod' as he gushed over their bond. Mother-of-one Kelly covered her tears with the glasses which were a familiar look for Ozzy. She and siblings Jack and Aimee laid floral tributes at the site while supporting Sharon - and they also shared peace signs showing gratitude to the crowds, while accompanied by Ozzy's son Louis from his first marriage to Thelma Riley. And Jack and Kelly were seen sharing an emotional embrace at the Black Sabbath Bridge site that has been wreathed in floral tributes over the past week. Father-of-five Ozzy previously proudly shared how singer, actress and fashion designer Kelly was his most cherished child, telling an interviewer: 'If I've got a favourite kid, it's Kelly.' When asked by Rolling Stone, 'Are Jack and Aimee aware of that?', he replied: 'Oh, they know it! Me and Kelly, we're like two peas in a pod!' The father-daughter duo rereleased a revised version of the song in 2003 which reached number one on the UK singles chart - in it they reflected on their life together.

Viral 'loyalty test' trend is destroying and breaking up real life couples
The viral TikTok trend testing loyalty amongst couples is setting them up for failure and dating expert Liam Turnball has revealed just how detrimental and manipulative the test is The TikTok 'loyalty test' trend - which has gone viral with over 144.5K posts on the social media app - is damaging real relationships and breaking them up purely for viewers' entertainment. The test sees people online paying strangers to bait other people's partners to check if they would cheat, reject or entertain them. The partner will then catch them in the act if guilty, and this would all be recorded racking up often millions of views online. Liam Turnball, a relationship expert at TDM Agency, however warned people just how manipulative this test is and how it destroys many relationships. He said that the trend "might look entertaining online, but in reality, it's rooted in insecurity," as it's not about trust, but essentially based on prevalent suspicions about your partner. Liam indicated that even "if your partner passes the test and shuts it down immediately, you've still violated a boundary." It does not matter at that point whether or not they passed the 'loyalty test', as lines have been crossed. He said: "If you feel the need to trap your partner to prove something, the relationship is already in trouble." And if there was something wrong in your relationship then the viral trend is not the route to take. There are lasting impacts from the test even if it has a positive outcome. "I've seen people come into therapy who now struggle to trust their partner again, even after they passed the loyalty test. Why? Because once you plant that seed of doubt, it's very hard to unpick it. The person doing the testing becomes more paranoid, and the one being tested feels betrayed," Liam said. Both partners in the relationship face these long-lasting effects as a result of the loyalty test. Due to the videos being posted on social media, viewers have watched messy arguments, breakups and sometimes even legal threats when private messages have been shown without permission. Liam highlighted how laws in the UK show that this potentially is "illegal" as their partners have been filmed or screenshots of messages have been shown without their knowledge. The trend has gained popularity which according to Liam is not down to trust but instead insecurity, the pressure from social media and wanting public validation. Liam said people do not want to have "mature, vulnerable conversations with their partner" they instead turn "to content creation" which Liam warned is a "dangerous shift" from the former. He urged for people feeling unsure about their partner's loyalty to not resort to testing them but to try alternate methods: talking about it, asking for reassurance, seeking professional support. But he strongly said, "don't bait your partner." As that's not the right way to go about it. He also added that the creators of these videos are trying to conjure up drama by fabricating their content, fake chats, hired actors and edited screenshots, to gain more views and increased entertainment for viewers. Liam voiced that not "only are they potentially ruining real relationships, they're also convincing others to follow a trend that's built on lies." And that there is no point in believing these creators. Liam mentioned that partners should not test their significant others through traps but build that trust, "through honesty, consistency and communication." He concluded that if people are "relying on a loyalty test to feel secure, it's time to step back and ask why and whether this relationship is giving you the emotional safety you actually need." And if not, to rethink that and consider what is best for you but not to use the loyalty test as providing you the answers you think you need.
