Justin Bieber steps out with controversial former Disney child star amid concerning public outbursts

Daily Mail22-05-2025
Justin Bieber was seen stepping out with a controversial former child star this week amid his latest round of concerning public outbursts.
A grinning Bieber, 31, who sparked backlash for revealing his past doubts over wife Hailey ever getting a Vogue cover, visited the bank with That's So Raven star Kyle Massey and his nepo baby fiancee Hana Giraldo, who is the daughter of Pat Benatar.
Bieber flashed his tattoos in a graphic print tee and shorts while Massey, 33 - who played Cory Baxter on the Disney show - wore an all-black ensemble with a red baseball cap.
Bieber and Massey are longtime pals and were first thrust into the spotlight together back in 2015 when the singer's friend Lil Twist was sentenced to one year in jail for breaking into Massey's apartment and robbing his brother Chris in November 2014.
Lil Twist pled no contest to six charges at the time.
In July 2021 Massey was charged with a felony for immoral communication with a minor over allegations he sent pornographic material to a 13-year-old girl.
Massey said in a statement through his attorney, Lee Hutton, at the time: 'No child should ever be exposed to sexually explicit materials and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct.'
This came just days after a report from The Daily Beast brought to light even more allegations against the actor in which several women came forward claiming Massey's behavior was part of a predatory pattern.
The publication spoke with several women who alleged that they had communicated with Massey while they were teenagers in high school over various social media apps including Snapchat and Instagram.
This criminal charge followed a civil lawsuit filed in March 2019, which sought $1.5 million in damages for similar allegations. The civil case was dropped in December 2019 after the plaintiff's lawyer withdrew.
Bieber's outing comes after he deleted an awkward caption where he admitted he accused his wife Hailey of being 'disrespectful' and called for 'more intimacy' in their marriage, while he attempted to congratulate her for gracing the cover of Vogue.
The singer was lambasted by his followers for his original post, where he admitted he declared to Hailey during a heated argument that she would never make it onto Vogue's front cover.
While his caption was meant to be humorous, with Justin quipping he was 'clearly mistaken,' many of his followers failed to see the funny side, and the comments section was flooded with criticism.
Following the backlash, Justin appeared to delete the caption from his post, replacing it with a shrugging emoji.

The star sparked the huge frenzy when he posted a snap of Hailey's Vogue cover, and admitted he cruelly told her she would never achieve the feat during a row.
'Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight, I told hails that she would never be on the cover of vogue, Yikes I know, so mean, For some reason because I felt so disrespected I thought I gotta get even,' he wrote.
Justin continued: 'Think as we mature we realize that we're not helping anything by getting even, we're honestly just prolonging what we really want which is intimacy and connection.'
He concluded his post by writing a message directly to Hailey, which read: 'So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn't get a vogue cover cuz clearly i was sadly mistaken.'
Many saw Justin's caption as a backhanded compliment and something 'so unnecessary' to share with his followers.
'It's okay to have secrets Justin,' one commented.
Another wrote: 'You couldn't waterboard this information out of me lmao.'
'Why would you write something like that... put that phone down please,' a third urged.
Others criticised him for accidentally writing 'sadly mistaken' versus 'happily' mistaken, since he obviously meant to congratulate her on the achievement.

In the interview, reporter Alessandra Codinha shared that Justin emailed her a cute note about his wife of seven years.
'I've done a lot of dumb things in my life,' he wrote to the journalist by email, 'but the smartest thing I've ever done was marry Hailey.'
The Canadian artist also shared he loves family life with the beauty: 'I'm walking in the days I always dreamed of.'
As far as having more kids they both want that. She definitely wants at least one more baby, maybe more, the Vogue writer shared. But Hailey plans to take it 'a kid at a time.'
Hailey also noted that Justin sees her as a 'superhero' after welcoming their child: 'At least that was the case for me,' she added.
And Hailey added their baby made their marriage even stronger.
'It's been my biggest teacher so far,' she said, 'the biggest teacher in my relationship. You see your partner so differently.'
Justin is an 'amazing dad,' she added: 'I think you empathize with your parents a lot more. There's so much perspective that comes with it.'
Justin also emailed the writer this note in support of his wife: 'She's in the spotlight, and has the attention because of her effortless knack for style, business, art, and fashion. And the way she makes being a mom and wife look easy.'
The model also said Justin has coached her on fame.
'I've learned so much from Justin, really. He's been doing this literally since he was a child and he has had to face the most scrutiny of any person that I know. He was like, 'Baby, trust me, I've been here before many, many times. You're not going to win. There is no winning,'' she said.
She also said: 'I have a real life. My real life is that I get to wake up to my beautiful family and my son and my friends and I have people that know me and love me and I love them.'

Alligator takes revenge on Florida woman who angrily threw her shoe at animal

An alligator got swift revenge on a Florida woman after she kept throwing her shoe at the animal as it wandered through the grass. The gator was seen on video snatching the woman's shoe after she angrily hurled it at it near a body of water in Kissimmee - about 30 minutes from Orlando. The now-viral moment was caught on camera by Sarah Louise Martin who was vacationing in the city from her home in Gravesend, England. Martin, who posted the clip to TikTok, was seen greeting everyone before spotting the small alligator and a family of deer not too far from each other. 'Morning everyone. I've just woke up and come outside and I've just seen this on the grass outside – an alligator casually walking around and some deers. Well, they look like deers. I'm not too sure what they are,' Martin said. Focused on the interaction between the animals, Martin watched as the people next door fed the group of deer. While they did so, Martin kept a close eye on the gator to see how it would react to the deer - but it was the other woman she should've looked out for. Just moments later a woman, dressed in a floral ensemble and glassed, flung her shoes at the gator as Martin watched on in horror. 'They don't seem to be scared of him at all,' the vacationer said, referring to the deer and the alligator before the bizarre moment took place. The alligator then started to move toward the deer as Martin said: 'He's on the move.' The gator went on to lie down on the grass as it continued to watch the deer, but just moments later, a woman threw her white sandals at it. The animal ran away but started to inch back over as the woman again threw the pair of shoes at it, appearing to try to get it away from the deer she and others were feeding. 'No! They're throwing their shoe at him,' Martin narrated. Suddenly, the gator decided it had enough of her antics and snatched one of the shoes and ran back into the water with it. Martin seemingly sided with the alligator and was left pleased by its choice of revenge. 'Get that show and eat it! Run off with that shoe,' she said. 'That serves her right for throwing the shoe at it.' The woman who threw her shoes was left looking at the animal in awe as it snuck back into the water. Meanwhile, several people were heard chuckling as it did so. At the end of the clip, Martin spotted a sign that clearly warned not to feed the wildlife. An estimated 1.3 million alligators live in Florida, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).
