Fallon Sherrock and Cameron Menzies 'split up' as darts duo call quits after four years
Darts star Vincent van der Voort has alleged that Cameron Menzies and Fallon Sherrock have split up. Menzies and Sherrock have been an item since their relationship was first revealed in 2021.
The pair's romance was one of the most unique stories on the oche. Menzies has previously revealed the pair fell in love over a KFC, after they had both competed at the Modus Series.
Four years on from the feast, Van de Voort claims love is no longer in the air. The Dutch player, who has previously ranked as high as No. 21 on the PDC Order of Merit, claims Sherrock recently told him about their separation.
Speaking on his podcast Darts Draait Doort, presenter Damian Vlottes said of the couple: "They broke up — you told me." Not denying what his co-presenter said, Van der Voort replied: "True, yes. But what else do you want me to say about it? I don't work for a gossip magazine. I don't know the exact reason either. She told me, and I didn't ask why."
Mirror Sport has contacted Sherrock and Menzies' representatives for comment on their situation. The Dutch darts star claimed there had been some strain in their relationship many months before their split.
He mentioned a specific situation during last year's UK Open, where Sherrock was unhappy with the Ayrshire player. Van der Voort said: "He'd fallen asleep on the sofa while he had to play the next day. That wasn't good. But again — it suited him."
He also said that as a result of this moment, Sherrock left Menzies behind at the venue in Minehead. It is the latest challenge for the pair, who have both had a tough time on the oche in recent months.
During the World Championship, Menzies was seen holding back the tears after the Alexandra Palace crowd turned on him during his defeat by American star Leonard Gates. Sherrock, who was seen in the crowd during that match, also lost in the first round to Ryan Meikle.
At the Women's World Matchplay Championship, Menzies, despite being in Blackpool to compete in the men's events, was not in the crowd to watch the Queen of the Palace lose 6-5 to Lisa Ashton in the final. Last month, Sherrock also announced her intention to take a year out of darts in 2026 to focus on her health.
She has been struggling with kidney issues since 2014, when she gave birth to her son Rory. Her plan is to qualify for the Grand Slam and the 2025 World Championships before taking a break in 2026.
Sherrock recently told Online Darts:"I just need to sort myself out. I need to get myself well again, and then once I do, the sky is the limit because I know I can do it. I know how many hours I've got to put in, what standard I've got to play. So I can do it; I just need the energy for it first."

Jakob Breum opens Celtic transfer door despite rejected bid as Josh Brownhill exit 'saddens' boss
Brendan Rodgers' side have already had an offer turned down for the Denmark U-21 international Jakob Breum has told Celtic that he could still leave Go Ahead Eagles this month - despite the Hoops being unable to agree a deal for the Danish winger. The Eredivisie team have made it clear that they will not sell the 21-year-old for any less than £5million after throwing out a bid worth £1.5million from Brendan Rodgers' side. Record Sport has learned that the Dutch outfit are standing firm on their valuation of the player because 25 per cent of his next transfer fee will be awarded to Breum's former club Odense, having inserted a sell-on clause into the Dane's switch to the Netherlands two years ago. Go Ahead pulled off a huge shock by edging out AZ Alkmaar on penalties to win the KNVB Cup last season, securing qualification for the group stages of the Europa League for the first time in their history. But the player himself admits that a move elsewhere could still be on the cards in the final month of the summer window. Speaking to ESPN after Go Ahead Eagles' 2-1 loss to PSV Eindhoven in the Johan Cruyff Shield on Sunday, he said: "Time will tell. "There's still one month left, but as long as I'm here, I'll do my best. It's a boring answer, but that's the way it is. Now that important players have left, other players have to step up." Meanwhile, Burnley boss Scott Parker concedes he is gutted to lose reported Celtic target Josh Brownhill. The midfielder has left the Clarets at the end of his contract despite scoring 18 goals in their Championship winning campaign last season to seal a quickfire return to the Premier League. Brownhill, 30, is said to have been offered a lucrative deal by Leicester City, but will reportedly consider offers from further afield. Asked about his departure, along with keeper James Trafford sealing a £27million move back to Manchester City, ex England international Parker told the Burnley Express: "They go with our best wishes and we're sad to lose them, of course. "They were a vital part, along with CJ [Egan-Riley] last year with what we did. "Obviously that's three instrumental players for us last year and we've not managed to retain them and they've gone on their ways. But I wish them nothing but the utmost best because they've been incredible for us last year. "Obviously it's a bit disappointing, but it is what it is. I get that and I understand that, so I wish them all the best and rightly so. "I'm sure our fans and everyone at the football club wish them all the best on their onward journey."

"He has gained valuable experience, playing both domestically and internationally, and I am excited to see him play in this squad. "We are confident he can make a significant contribution here and play a key role in the squad moving forward.' Antman will wear the No18 shirt for his new club. 'Whether he does an interview or not is up to him, but not to be there when Luke is receiving the trophy, that is disrespectful.
