Because that, dear reader, is Karan Johar's world. The filmmaker, known for his larger-than-life storytelling, clearly brings the same grandeur into his personal space. And thanks to filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan, fans recently got an exclusive inside tour of his extravagant home via her YouTube channel. With her signature wit, Farah introduced the video with, 'Today, we have come to Karan Johar's home, and he is not home right now. And this series is called 'How poor do I want to feel'.' Safe to say, the tour did not disappoint! Designed in part by Karan's close friend Gauri Khan, along with interior designer Simone Dubash Pundole, the home is a perfect mix of high-end sophistication and warm, welcoming vibes. From plush lounges that have hosted the who's who of Bollywood to a kitchen straight out of a luxury magazine, every corner screams elegance. Farah began the tour with Karan's lobby, before moving to his lounge with a bar, which has been the setting for many star-studded evenings with the likes of Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, and more. One of the standout features? The kansa (copper)-themed guest washroom—a detail that left Farah particularly awestruck.
