Two arrested in drug raid in Penampang
Published on: Wed, Jul 02, 2025 Text Size: The detained suspects. - Pic by PDRM PENAMPANG: A man and a woman were arrested during a drug raid by the district Narcotics Crime Investigation Division in Kampung Nosoob, Jalan Towering, on Tuesday around 4.30pm. Police found a clear plastic packet containing 50.5 grams of crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine, estimated to be worth about RM2,500. Two vehicles and RM1,800 in cash were also seized during the operation. Urine tests showed both suspects, aged 55 and 54, tested positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine. Woman survives Keningau car blaze

'Police officers must prioritise service over self-promotion'

MCCC warns against politicising court cases
