Host Warwick Davis asked the team to name 10 seven-letter countries beginning with the letters G to L.
But things quickly went downhill when Georgia, the contestant, missed a very obvious one.
Despite her name literally being one of the answers, she failed to clock the connection and guessed another country instead.
The glaring blunder left viewers shouting at their screens.
Fans flooded social media in disbelief, with one saying: "What was on her mind..."
Another wrote: "Her name is literally a 7-letter country starting with G😂😂"
A third penned: "Brain cells working over time?"
Meanwhile, Warwick has begged TV bosses to bring back his gameshow, after ITV cancelled it earlier this year in a move that shocked fans.
The 54-year-old is mostly known for his roles in major blockbuster films, including the Harry Potter and Star Wars franchises.
Bosses originally chose him to front the knowledge show in 2016 until its axing in August.
Beloved ITV game show with celebrity host 'set to be shelved' after seven series on air
The movie star was left absolutely devastated by the decision as he loved hosting the programme.
He now thinks there might be scope for a potential revival, after seeing how upset the fans were over the decision.
Warwick told The Daily Star: "Presenting Tenable was one of my favourite things to do.
"I loved the show. People tell me they still watch old episodes now and enjoy it.
Hardest Quiz Show Questions
Would you know the answers to some of quizzing TV's hardest questions Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - Earlier this year, fans were left outraged after what they described as the "worst" question in the show's history. Host Jeremy Clarkson asked: 'From the 2000 awards ceremony onwards, the Best Actress Oscar has never been won by a woman whose surname begins with which one of these letters?' The multiple choice answers were between G, K, M and W. In the end, and with the £32,000 safe, player Glen had to make a guess and went for G. It turned out to be correct as Nicole Kidman, Frances McDormand and Kate Winslet are among the stars who have won the Best Actress gong since 2000.

The 1% Club - Viewers of Lee Mack's popular ITV show were left dumbfounded by a question that also left the players perplexed. The query went as follows: "Edna's birthday is on the 6th of April and Jen's birthday falls on the 15th of October, therefore Amir's birthday must be the 'X' of January." It turns out the conundrum links the numbers with its position in the sentence, so 6th is the sixth word and 15th is the fifteenth word. Therefore, Amir's birthday is January 24th, corresponding to the 24th word in the sentence.

The Chase - The ITV daytime favourite left fans scratching their heads when it threw up one of the most bizarre questions to ever grace the programme. One of the questions asked the player: "Someone with a nightshade intolerance should avoid eating what?" The options were - sweetcorn, potatoes, carrots - with Steve selecting sweetcorn but the correct answer was potatoes.
"I feel like I should video people on my phone when they say, 'We miss Tenable' and then send them to ITV!"
Warwick knows that he would need to make the commercial case to the higher ups at the channel.
He admits that a potential revival would hinge on getting high ratings and bringing in a large profit.
The actor added: "The landscape of television has changed immensely with all the streaming services now.
"Unless you can pull in the advertisers, you can't get a show on.
"One day it may become apparent that Tenable is viable once again. Maybe we could even do a Tenable film one day!"

ITV Coronation Street star shares emotional tribute after colleague's sad death

Antony Cotton has paid tribute to his former colleague Matthew Owens after he passed away aged 38, who worked on the set of the popular soap. Coronation Street actor Antony Cotton has paid a heartfelt tribute to his colleague Matthew Owens, 38, who sadly passed away. Matthew worked on the set of the ITV soap as a fire safety advisor and other BBC programmes. ‌ Antony, who is famed for his role as Sean Tully, took to social media to share a tribute to honour his pal. Alongside a photo from the order of service from the funeral, which confirmed Matthew passed away earlier this month on July 7, the actor wrote a touching tribute. ‌ He said on Instagram: "Today was a very hard day for so many people, especially Matt's family. I still can't quite get my head round it, to be honest. Matt was just a really, really nice lad. We met when he did the fire safety for a stunt block at Coronation Street, 13 years ago and we've been friends ever since. ‌ "He was a much-loved son, brother, dad, colleague and partner. He was also a quiet and humble, solid friend. I'll miss hearing from you Matt, out of the blue sometimes, but always with a smile. You are at rest now, no more worries, Matty Boy." Fans and friends rushed to the comments section to honour Matthew as reported by the Mirror, with one user posting: "Sorry for your loss mate. Condolences to his friends and family." ‌ One person who had attended the funeral added, "I did the funeral today, I was one of the family limo drivers, I saw how sad you were, gave you a little smile, very emotional day. So many people attended, you could tell he was very loved." Another fan wrote: "Just reading this news, I didn't know Matt had passed, really sad news. He was always so helpful and a joy to work with, helped me out lots with projects. Sending love to his family." Matthew leaves behind his partner Amy and his young son Freddie, 11. In an emotional tribute to the late firefighter, fire stations throughout Staffordshire put their flags up at half-mast. He served as a fireman at Cannock Fire Station. ‌ The Corrie set-worker also ran a company that supplied fire safety training, extras and props to the BBC and ITV. In 2013, he worked on setting the iconic Rovers Return pub ablaze. In the dramatic storyline, the pub blaze left Stella Price and Sunita Alahan trapped, whilst Karl abandoned Sunita in the cellar to perish. Matthew also even coached Corrie actor Tony Hirst on how to perform a fireman's lift for the harrowing scenes. ‌ Stella made it out alive and was rushed to hospital, however Karl later killed her when he removed her breathing equipment so she couldn't disclose who started the blaze. Matthew previously remarked about working on set: "It's all a bit surreal being there on the set and on camera. At one point we were standing outside The Rovers Return, just watching it burn. "Normally as firefighters, we'd get to the scene and be putting the fire out. It was unreal just watching the fire, especially at such an iconic pub. "It was a hard three weeks working on the set, we were there from February 11 to last Tuesday. The first week we were working all night, from 3pm to 5am. The second week was all days, doing inside shots and the last week tidying bits up."

Pregnancy should be the happiest time of your life but I was robbed of that and terrified to take my twins home after TEN WEEKS in hospital fighting for their lives, admits Jesy Nelson in first TV interview since birth of premature twins

Jesy Nelson confessed that she feels as if she was robbed of her pregnancy and was terrified to take her twins home after a whopping ten weeks in hospital. The singer, 34, appeared on the ITV show on Wednesday to talk to hosts Alison Hammond, 50, and Dermot O'Leary, 52, about the birth of her twin daughters after her life-threatening pregnancy, marking her first TV interview since becoming a mum. The former Little Mix singer was diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) - a rare condition that can put one or both babies at risk - and had to undergo surgery. Then on May 15 2025, Jesy and partner Zion Foster, 26, then welcomed their twin daughters Story and Ocean into the world. In their first live interview since becoming parents, Jesy said: 'We made it! We are still confused about who's who. 'When they haven't got their hats on I can tell because Ocean's hair is receding. 'They came at 31 weeks. When we first found out we were having twins, which was crazy, we were ecstatic. It doesn't run I the family so it was a complete surprise. His face was like a ghost! 'The doctor referred us to a twins specialist, which I thought was normal. after the scan he sat us down and told us all the complications that can come. 'I felt like... I couldn't believe the percentages of what could happened. 'I couldn't enjoy my pregnancy, was constantly worried. We didn't even want to announce it. It makes me so sad, it should be the happiest time of your life. 'Thank God everything has gone well but we had no idea this could happen.' Zion said: 'While she was going through it all, I could only reassure her and try and stay positive.' 'I'd have gone mental without him,' Jesy confessed. Jesy had to undergo laser surgery and she confessed: 'I was in denial about needing the procedure. 'I was being scanned weekly, every time I went it was getting worse and worse. Before I had the laser there were symptoms to look out for. By belly was tight like a drum. Felt breathless. 'I asked him to feel my belly because I couldn't tell what was normal.' 'It felt really tight, my fingers couldn't go in at all,' Zion confessed. And Jesy had the procedure that day. Zion said: 'It's not even guaranteed to work, which is terrifying. It brings back so much anxiety to think about.' And 10 weeks she went into labour and they stayed in hospital for 10 weeks. Jesy said: 'Most people would hate it but because I was in such a state of fear I didn't want to go home.' Nearly a month after giving birth Jesy revealed she was finally home with her newborn twins after three months in hospital. The former Little Mix singer took to social media to share the major update with her fans. Posting an adorable picture of twins Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, Jesy could be seen playing on the ground with her little ones. She simply wrote: 'My babies made it home for my birthday.' Fans were left delighted by the milestone, and flooded Jesy with compliments and well wishes. Ocean Jade and Story Monroe were born at just 31 weeks old, after Jesy was diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS). Before being released from hospital the twins had been receiving treatment in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Jesy recently opened up about their premature births, telling fans: 'Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU. 'It's the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions not being able to feel like you can protect your babies. 'Naturally as a mother you just want to hold them and comfort them when they cry but you can't because there are what feels like a million wires coming out of them and tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them it breaks your heart into a million pieces. 'Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe. The strongest little girls I've ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell'. In March, Jesy had to undergo an emergency procedure after suffering complications and was advised to remain in hospital until she was at least 32 weeks into her pregnancy. Throughout the ordeal, her partner Zion Foster admitted he and Jesy, who was seven months pregnant at the time of her procedure, had ' grown to understand each other on a deeper level '. In March, Jesy had to undergo an emergency procedure after suffering complications and was advised to remain in hospital until she was at least 32 weeks into her pregnancy He told OK!: 'I think it's at these times when you really, really know what love you have and what your relationship means. 'And I think for me and Jess, this has just taken it to a whole other level of us knowing we are literally made for each other.' He said the couple had also tried to make the hospital as much of a home as possible. 'There's a couch that turns into a bed that we pushed next to the hospital bed, so we've made our own double bed. 'And it's like we've moved in. The nurses just said, "Oh, my God. It looks so nice in here. It looks so homely".' Jesy announced she was expecting twins with her boyfriend Zion back in January after rumours they had split. Originally from South London, Zion, 26, was born and raised in a Nigerian household by his mother and grew up listening to Gospel music. It was his football coach who then introduced the star to rap influences as he began listening to Chris Brown, Lil Wayne and Usher. Zion then decided to pursue music as he began recording his own music and sharing it online via SoundCloud. Back in May it was revealed that Jesy is set to reveal what life has REALLY been like since leaving Little Mix in an unflinching new documentary series about her life-threatening pregnancy that drove her to the 'lowest of lows'. The star is 'now ready to share her truth like never before', sharing the 'joy, vulnerability and fear' of welcoming her children into the world after a complicated pregnancy. As well fans will see her 'confront her past' after leaving the popular singing group in 2020. Jesy has previously let people into her life after starring in her BBC documentary Odd One Out, which aired back in 2019, and followed her struggles with her mental health. The couple started dating in 2022 and announced they were expecting in January this year.
