Sivaji Ganesan's family settles loan dispute over Annai Illam house
Dushyanth borrowed ₹3 crore from Danabhakiyam Enterprises to produce a film titled 'Jagajala Killadi'. The company filed a case in the high court demanding repayment of ₹9 crore, including interest. Based on an HC directive, the matter was taken up for arbitration. The arbitrator, after hearing the case, ordered that all rights to the film 'Jagajala Killadi' be transferred to Danabhakiyam Enterprises.
Following this, Danabhakiyam Enterprises filed a petition seeking enforcement of the order and also requested the seizure of 'Annai Illam' residence.
Justice Abdul Quddhose, who heard the petition, ordered the seizure of the 'Annai Illam' house.
However, actor Prabhu (Sivaji Ganesan's son) filed a petition stating that the house legally belonged to him as it was willed to him by his father, Sivaji Ganesan. He requested that the seizure order be cancelled. After reviewing the petition, Justice Abdul Quddhose ruled that Prabhu is the rightful owner of the 'Annai Illam' house and revoked the seizure order.

Known to target celebrities and online personalities and share defamatory content, the operator of the channel and the BTS members were unable to settle in a recent case hearing. As per Allkpop reports, the 1st Mediation Division of the Seoul Western District Court held a special hearing on July 21, in the form of a mediation session. The aim was to ensure that both parties could appeal their case concerning the defamation lawsuit that was filed in March 2023. However, the BTS members were unable to settle with the alleged perpetrators. This ensures that a regular trial will now be carried on in order to determine whether the actions of the YourTuber are punishable or not. About the case In March 2023, BTS's company officially filed a damages claim against the channel, seeking 90 million KRW in total for the distress that was caused to the members by their videos.
