A video shared to TikTok account @yomynameisamy by user Amy has gone viral, racking up more than 123,000 likes and 675,000 views in just a few days since being posted on April 21.
In the clip, taken on board a train at Penn Station, New York City, a dog sits hunched over on a seat between what appears to be the owner and a backpack.
And on her head is a pair of large pink headphones.
Amy wrote over the video: "This dog on the train has anxiety so she's wearing noise-canceling headphones."
