Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal
Last month,
Sonakshi Sinha
and
Zaheer Iqbal
marked their first wedding anniversary. After dating for seven years, the couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony surrounded by close friends and family on June 23, 2024.
The wedding, full of warmth, laughter, and love, marked the beginning of a beautiful new chapter for them.
'Living with your best friend is great fun'
Reflecting on their married life, Sonakshi shares, 'Obviously, we started spending a lot more time together after marriage, and it's been so much fun. I highly recommend marriage — especially when you're marrying your best friend. People say things change after marriage, but for us, nothing has. And even if it has, it's for the better.'
The couple is often asked whether they plan to expand their family. To that, Sonakshi says, 'My rishtedaars often ask me about it, and my answer to them is, jab hoga tab pata chal jayega aapko. Isko chhupa thodi sakte hain (laughs).'
'Jatadhara was a very satisfying experience'
On the work front, Sonakshi is all set to make her Telugu debut with the supernatural thriller Jatadhara, where she appears in a dramatically different look. 'My dad was very impressed with the first look.

But then, whatever I do, my dad is my biggest cheerleader. However, the response to it has been good, as I've never been seen in this avatar before. Getting into that character was difficult, but it was a very satisfying experience for me as an actor.
'
'Watching horror films with Zaheer is like an adventure sport'
Although she will soon be seen in a supernatural film, during movie nights with Zaheer, horror films are strictly off the list. 'I have stopped watching horror films with him because he scares me all the time. Watching horror films with him is like an adventure sport. We plan to watch other genres together, but then one of us invariably falls asleep. Our timelines often don't match, so we end up watching content separately,' she shares.

'She's done playing along': Gisele Bündchen reportedly feels 'exhausted' by Tom Brady's narrative about being a great father

Gisele Bundchen is "done" with Tom Brady's claims.(Image via Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty) Tom Brady and his ex wife, Gisele Bündchen, have remained distant in public ever since the two announced their divorce in October 2022. While earlier Gisele Bündchen would sometimes comment whenever Tom Brady would post pictures of their children, it has all stopped in the last few years. Recently, Tom Brady credited himself for being a 'great father' in his 199 newsletter but it seems Gisele Bündchen did not appreciate it very much. Tom Brady's newsletter about parenting has reportedly pissed off his ex wife, Gisele Bündchen, and now she is 'done' with him A few hours ago, as per Rob Shuter's #ShuterScoop, a source has revealed that Gisele Bündchen is not too happy with Tom Brady's newsletter. The source revealed, 'She's exhausted by the narrative that he sacrificed everything for them…He didn't. She did…He's rewriting history, and she's done playing along.' The source added that Tom Brady's recent newsletter might have made his relationship with his ex wife, Gisele Bündchen, worse than it already was. The source added, 'There's no real relationship anymore…It's strictly logistics — drop-offs, pick-ups, school events.' Tom Brady and his ex wife, Gisele Bündchen, have also not been spotted together even once after their divorce in 2022. Here's what Kamala Harris did to shut out negativity post 2024 election loss against Trump

Kamala Harris, long known as a self-described foodie, is no stranger to the comforting power of a good meal. After losing the 2024 presidential election to Donald Trump, Harris found herself overwhelmed by a wave of negativity. Instead of diving back into the news cycle, she turned to cooking shows for escape. Harris on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert Kamala Harris appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert for her first televised interview since the election loss. Colbert commented, 'First of all, you look rested.' Harris joked that she was, and after asking about Colbert himself, she discussed how she managed the aftermath of her defeat. When asked, 'How long before you turned on the news again?' Harris replied: 'Months, Months, I, you know, I'm just not into self‑mutilation, and I just, I, yeah, lots of cooking shows.' She added that 'The Kitchen', a cooking show where hosts prepare simple dinners, play trivia, and share meal tips, is 'one of my favorites.' Cooking as comfort and control For Kamala Harris, the kitchen isn't just a place for food, it's where she regains her sense of self. In the chaos that followed her 2024 election defeat, cooking offered her something rare: control. Back when she was crisscrossing the country as a senator, Harris once said, 'Everything else can be crazy, I can be on six planes in one week, and what makes me feel normal is making Sunday‑night family dinner.' by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like New Container Houses Cyprus (Prices May Surprise You) Container House | Search ads Search Now Undo That same instinct led her back to the stove after the loss, when she could barely bring herself to watch the news. Instead of spiraling, she turned to flavors, textures, and recipes. Her love for cooking traces back to her mother, Shyamala Gopalan, who told her early on, 'Kamala, you clearly like to eat good food. You better learn how to cook.' It stuck. Over the years, Harris built up a collection of cookbooks, favorites include Marcella Hazan and Alice Waters, and has even talked about writing one of her own someday. During the campaign trail, that passion showed up online. Her short series 'Cooking With Kamala' gave viewers a peek into her unpolished, everyday kitchen self. She chopped onions with practiced ease, cracked eggs one‑handed, and even swapped spice jar stories with Mindy Kaling while making masala dosa. From YouTube to the home kitchen During her 2020 campaign, Harris hosted a short YouTube series called 'Cooking With Kamala.' She confidently demonstrated cooking skills, like cracking an egg one-handed and slicing onions, earning praise even from chef Tom Colicchio. In one viral video, she and actress Mindy Kaling prepared masala dosa and discovered that both grew up storing spices in Taster's Choice jars. Her home kitchen reflects her passion: enamel skillets, a gas stove, and a crock full of cooking tools, signs of someone who cooks often and joyfully.
