enjoyed a standout moment on Sunday as she was named 'Player of the Series' in the Women's ODI Tri-Series, following India's dominant 97-run victory over Sri Lanka in the final in Colombo. The experienced all-rounder played a pivotal role in India's bowling unit throughout the tournament, claiming 15 wickets in just five matches.
Her tournament highlights included a brilliant five-wicket haul (5/43) against South Africa and a match-defining 4/38 in the final, which broke the back of Sri Lanka's chase of a steep 343-run target.

"I am very pleased to have contributed," Rana said after the match, as quoted by ESPNcricinfo.
"After coming after so many months, I worked very hard, so I'm very grateful. The plan was simple — just stick to pace-off deliveries and yorkers. Worked with the bowling coach a lot, and it worked out," she added.
Earlier, India had posted an imposing 342/7, thanks to
Smriti Mandhana
's fluent 116. While the batters set the platform, it was Rana's composed spell that ensured Sri Lanka were never in contention during the chase.

Looking ahead to the global stage, Rana expressed optimism about India's preparations and team spirit.
"(World Cup) Very confident, especially in my team, who worked so hard and played brilliantly," she added.

In the second innings, he improved his length and looked a bit more threatening, but the damage had already been done. 'If I look at the first innings, I was a little too short than where I wanted to be. Definitely 6-8[m] is ideal. That's what I would say. I think second innings it got slightly better, but because again the wicket was slightly slower, I had to pitch a few slightly behind it and then go slightly fuller when I'm trying to get a wicket. Sri Lanka completed a massive win by an innings and 78 runs over Bangladesh in the 2nd and the final Test of the two-match series on Saturday, June 28 at Sinhalese Sports Club, Colombo. Prabath Jayasuriya's 12th five-wicket haul helped the hosts win the series by 1-0 as Bangladesh capitulated for 133 in the second Dhananjaya de Silva-led side could smell victory late on Day 3 as they left Bangladesh reeling at 115/6 at stumps after Tharindu Ratnayake got Mehidy Hasan Miraz (11 off 16) lbw in the last over of the day. Prabath Jayasuriya shone with his 12th five-wicket haul and the hosts finished in a 1-0 series lead after Bangladesh were dismissed for a measly 133 in the 2nd innings. In the dying moments of the Day 3, the Sri Lankan team led by Dhananjaya de Silva saw a glimmer of win as Tharindu Ratnayake bowled a jagged delivery to clean up Mehidy Hasan Miraz (11) at the score of 115/6 to knock bundles of Bangladesh before the end of Day 3.
