In the third Test at Lord's, with Reddy managed 43 runs across both the innings and picked up three wickets.
The sources also confirmed that Reddy skipped the nets on Sunday, alongside Shubman Gill, Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul, Jasprit Bumrah and Washington Sundar.

During the meet-up, Team India vice-captain and wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant gifted a signed bat to Manchester United football team captain Bruno Fernandes.

Recapping the Lord's Test of the ongoing series, an unfortunate dismissal of Mohammed Siraj at the hands of Shoaib Bashir, with the ball rolling back into the stumps after a landing on the pitch, marked the end of India's stubborn resistance at Lord's, with Ravindra Jadeja left stranded following a heartbreaking 22-run loss.

India vs England 5th Test Match: Date, Time, Venue, Live Cricket Streaming, Predicted Playing XI, Other Details
India vs England (IND vs ENG) 5th Test Match Date, Time, Venue, Live Cricket Streaming, Playing 11 Prediction: India will take on England in the fifth of the five-match Test series at the Kennington Oval in London starting on Thursday. Going into the final game, India still has the opportunity to draw the series level. However, there are questions over which team the Indian side will pick. Although batters eventually did their job and bailed them out of trouble in the Manchester Test, it is the bowling that has looked quite ordinary for the side. Debutant Anshul Kamboj struggled with pace, and the likes of other bowlers could not get their accuracy right. In addition to the bowlers, Dhruv Jurel will be a straight swap for injured Rishabh Pant. As per England, they will be disappointed with the result in the last Test, as they have had control over the game for most periods. One thing they would want to change going into the final game will be their fast bowling combination. Although all the bowlers have had their moments in the series, both Brydon Carse and Chris Woakes have played four Tests each; hence, to manage their workload, England might be looking at a change. IND predicted XI: Yashasvi Jaiswal, KL Rahul, Sai Sudharsan, Shubman Gill (c), Dhruv Jurel (wk), Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur, Akash Deep, Mohammed Siraj, Prasidh Krishna Key player to watch out for: Rishabh Pant has been influential not only with the bat in the series but also has been a reliable keeper. Dhruv Jurel, in his chances of playing for both India and India A sides, has shown he is capable enough to carry the mantle, but can he do well under pressure in the deciding game? Only time will tell. ENG predicted XI: Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ben Stokes (c), Jamie Smith (wk), Liam Dawson, Chris Woakes, Brydon Carse, Jofra Archer Key player to watch out for: England skipper Ben Stokes will again be the player to watch out for. Even on a docile Manchester wicket, whenever Stokes has picked up the ball and bowled, he made things happen, and once again on the Oval surface, his bowling will be crucial, and with 141 in the previous game, he also has runs under his belt. India vs England head-to-head records in Tests Matches played: 140, India won: 36, England won: 53, Draw: 51 India vs England pitch report The wicket at the Oval is arguably one of the best pitches in England. Although due to the dry summer, all the wickets have behaved in a similar way but Oval traditionally helps seamers on Day 1, is good for batting on Days 2 and 3, and it tends to take a bit of turn on the final two days of the Test. India vs England weather details Rain is expected for the first two days of the Test match, according to the Accuweather app, hence the team winning the toss might be tempted to bowl first and make the most of the seaming and swinging conditions that might be on offer for the fast bowlers. India vs England livestreaming details The Test series between England and India will be telecast live on the Sony Sports Network. It will also be streamed live on the JioHotstar app and website.

What happens if India vs Pakistan clash in WCL 2025 semifinals gets cancelled? All scenarios explained
After the India vs Pakistan clash in the league stage of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) was cancelled, the organisers were handed another headache when the two arch-rivals are pitted against each other once again in the semifinals. While Pakistan Champions qualified by finishing on top of the league table, India made a last-minute entry after beating West Indies Champions in their final group game on Tuesday. The WCL 2025 has been in spotlight due to the India vs Pakistan fixtures, more so after the recent diplomatic border tensions between the two countries. South Africa Champions and Australia Champions are the other two semifinalists. Earlier on on July 20, several Indian players including Shikhar Dhawan had opted out of the Pakistan clash in the league stage, thus prompting the organisers to abandon the game. Although no official communication from the organisers has come regarding the IND vs PAK game, the semifinal is still in doubt considering the comments from former India opener Dhawan and Pakistan Champions owner Kamil Khan on the issue. "And even if I didn't play earlier, I still won't play now," Dhawan said in a video that went viral on social media. 'As for the semifinals and final, we're currently saying that if we make it to the semifinals, there will be four teams and we will avoid matches between the two teams," Kamil was quoted by Geo News. Who will go through if IND vs PAK is cancelled? In case the India vs Pakistan semifinal clash in WCL 2025 gets cancelled, Pakistan Champions will advance to the final owing to their better position over India Champions in the league stage. Pakistan champions top the WCL 2025 points table with nine points from five games. On the other hand, India finished on fourth with just one win from five games, and qualified due to better net run rate.

Parthiv Backs KL Rahul To Score More: 'Often Seen Him Start A Series Well But..'
Last Updated: Parthiv Patel praised KL Rahul's performance in the Test series against England, scoring 508 runs in eight innings with two centuries and two fifties, India's second-highest. Former Indian cricketer Parthiv Patel shared his views on KL Rahul's consistent performance and his record at The Oval, where the fifth and final Test of the series against England will be held from July 31 to August 4. KL Rahul has been in excellent form in England, scoring 508 runs in eight innings at an average of 72.57, including two centuries and two fifties. He is India's second-highest run-scorer in the series. This has been his most successful Test series to date, and in the absence of star batsmen Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, Rahul has stepped up as the senior statesman of the team. Speaking on 'Match Centre Live', JioStart expert Parthiv Patel praised Rahul, saying, 'I think the way KL Rahul has batted throughout this series has been impressive. In the past, we've often seen him start a series well but struggle to maintain that form. This time, however, he has shown remarkable consistency and batted with great responsibility. He also enjoys batting at The Oval — remember, in 2018, he scored a brilliant hundred there alongside Rishabh Pant. So, I'm sure there's more to come from KL Rahul." What KL Rahul Has Done On The Tour Of England? Rahul is now chasing his third century of the series and his fifth in England. He could become the first Indian opener to score three centuries in a single series in England. He is also chasing Sunil Gavaskar's record of 19 fifty-plus scores in SENA countries, having already registered 12 such scores. On Saturday, he became only the second Asian batter after Gavaskar to score over 500 runs in a series in England. To date, Rahul has scored 10 Test centuries, nine of which have come outside India, with seven in SENA countries. He is just 13 runs away from his eighth SENA century. Despite his success in overseas conditions, which is a hallmark of a great Indian batsman, Rahul has struggled with consistency throughout his career, scoring 3,765 runs in 62 Tests and 109 innings at an average of 36.20. He has 10 centuries and 19 fifties, with a highest score of 199. (With inputs from ANI) view comments First Published: Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's.
