Main Stage singer forced to pull out of All Together Now
The UK folk/soul singer announced the cancellation of a number of summer gigs, including the Waterford festival, after being advised by doctors not to perform.

Unfortunately, fans travelling to Curraghmore hoping to see Michael will be left disappointed after his announcement on social media.
It read: 'We are so sorry to announce that due to continued illness, and on the advice of doctors, Michael will sadly be unable to perform at the rest of his scheduled festival performances throughout the rest of the summer.
'We know that this is disappointing news to hear, and nobody is more disappointed and saddened than Michael to no longer be taking to the stage as planned.'
Michael was due to perform at the Main Stage from 8.15pm to 9.30pm on Sunday, August 3.

Michael is a Mercury Award-winning singer and his absence will no doubt be felt at the festival.
He was also forced to pull out of a headlining tour of North America, in support of 2024 album Small Changes, with his illness.
All Together Now attendees do however have a wide range of other artists at their disposal, with Fontaines DC, Bicep and Nelly Furtado headlining the festival.
Other huge stars include CMAT, London Grammar, The Altered Hours, Wet Leg, Primal Scream, The Boomtown Rats and Madra Salach.
There will also be live comedy from the likes of Tommy Tiernan and Reggie Watts.
Despite the notable loss of Michael Kiwanuka from the lineup, there is no doubt that the 30,000 festival-goers are in for a cracking Bank Holiday weekend.

Zero-waste wedding caterer Orla McAndrew: ‘Graham Norton has somehow always soothed my soul'
My Cultural Life Orla McAndrew is Ireland's first zero-waste wedding caterer. She's guesting in Cork on a Fork Food Fest, which runs from August 13-17 in Cork city, with three events. BOOK: Sitopia I'm re-reading Sitopia by Carolyn Steel, and Waste by Tristram Stuart – both food-focused but in totally different registers. Steel gives language to the idea I've felt in my bones for years: that a better world can be built through food. Stuart's work, meanwhile, is a righteous punch in the gut – a necessary confrontation on how much we waste and why. Together, they light a fire under me as both a caterer and a citizen. Not exactly beach reads, but utterly galvanising. TV: Graham Norton When I do finally collapse onto the couch, it's usually to watch something light and lovely that doesn't ask much of me... Someday I'll do a summer of festivals just for fun – but until then, I sneak joy in where I can, between chopping boards, hugs from my girls, and the occasional dip in the sea.
