Hamas praises Yemen's support, calls It "Living Model" for Arab World
Hamas representative in Yemen Muadh Abu Shamala has praised Yemen's support for the Palestinian cause, calling it a "living model" for the Arab world.
Speaking at the "Palestine: The Central Issue of the Nation" conference on Saturday, Abu Shamala affirmed the resistance's right to defend Palestinians against Israeli occupation.
Muadh Abu Shamala condemned the "criminal aggression" and starvation tactics used against Gaza, stating they would not break the Palestinian people's resolve. He called on the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to halt the "genocidal war" in Gaza.
Abu Shamala criticized attempts to overturn agreements with the resistance, stating they would not lead to "surrender." He emphasized that regional tensions would not weaken Palestinian resistance.
He lauded Yemen's "honorable stance" in supporting Palestinians, despite US aggression, sending a message to "cowards" that the Arab world can confront Israel. Abu Shamala thanked the conference organizers for reaffirming the Palestinian cause as the "central issue" of the nation.

Government media denies any aid trucks entering Gaza
Gaza - Saba: The Government Media Office in Gaza denied on Thursday the entry of any aid trucks into the Gaza Strip, warning that famine is worsening and that weekly flour needs exceed 500,000 bags. It also cautioned against false narratives about aid delivery. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency Saba, the office affirmed that famine is intensifying and spreading across Gaza's governorates, coinciding with the complete closure of all crossings by the Zionist occupation for 145 consecutive days, and a total ban on the entry of baby formula and humanitarian aid. The statement added: "Hospitals in the Gaza Strip have recorded over 115 deaths due to famine and malnutrition, amid an almost total absence of food, water, and medicine. Gaza urgently requires no less than 500,000 bags of flour weekly to avoid a total humanitarian collapse." The office continued: "We are deeply concerned about claims made by some activists outside Gaza regarding a 'break in the famine' or the 'entry of hundreds of aid trucks.' We categorically deny these claims. They are disconnected from reality and dangerously align with the misleading narrative of the Zionist occupier, deliberately distorting the truth of the ongoing crime." The office called on all countries, without exception, to immediately break the siege, open all crossings permanently, and allow the entry of baby formula and aid to over 2.4 million besieged people in Gaza. It also warned against spreading rumors that numb global awareness and urged the Palestinian people not to echo false narratives. Finally, the office held the international community morally and humanely responsible for conveying the truth and ending the suffering. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print
