He underlined Egypt's support for the negotiation process between the US and Iran regarding the Iranian nuclear program; a position he conveyed during his meetings with his Iranian counterpart and the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Abdelatty stood on the two ministers' evaluation of the US-Iranian negotiations, hailing keenness of both the American and Iranian sides to continue dialogue through diplomatic channels.
He commended Oman's mediation efforts in this regard, reiterating Egypt's support for diplomatic initiatives aimed at reaching compromises that contribute to bridging viewpoints, curbing tensions in the region, and supporting regional security and stability. (MENA)

On Libya, both sides stressed the importance of holding presidential and parliamentary elections simultaneously as soon as possible. They also called for the dismantling of militias and the withdrawal of all foreign forces, foreign fighters, and mercenaries as a prerequisite for achieving security and stability in the country.

During a phone call on Monday with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, Sisi reaffirmed Egypt's support for Lebanon's national institutions and their efforts to maintain security and stability. Presidential Spokesman Ambassador Mohamed al-Shinawy said the call addressed ways to strengthen bilateral ties, with both leaders stressing their mutual keenness to enhance cooperation across various sectors, particularly in economic, trade, and investment fields, to meet the aspirations of the Egyptian and Lebanese peoples. Sisi underlined Egypt's readiness to assist the Lebanese government in reconstruction efforts. The call also reviewed regional developments and the importance of de-escalation across the region. The two leaders also discussed the situation in the Gaza Strip. FM delivers President Sisi's message to Ugandan counterpart
Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty delivered a message from President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni during a meeting held here on Monday. The meeting, which took place as part of Abdelatty's official visit to Uganda, was attended by Egypt's Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, Hani Sewilam. During the meeting, Abdelatty conveyed President Sisi's greetings and appreciation to President Museveni, reaffirming Egypt's pride in the longstanding and strategic ties between the two brotherly nations. He underlined that these relations are grounded in mutual respect and shared interests, reflecting the aspirations of both peoples.
