Gianluigi Donnarumma informed of Lucas Chevalier's impending arrival at PSG
Gianluigi Donnarumma (26) is being forced towards the exit at Paris Saint-Germain. The Italian's deal with the European champions expires at the end of the upcoming season and there has been no progress in talks over an extension. Desperate not to lose another high-value asset for free, as they did with Kylian Mbappé, PSG have the intention of selling Donnarumma. His replacement is already lined up and is closing in on a move to the Parc des Princes. Lucas Chevalier (23), a long-term target for PSG, will be his successor in goal. understands that PSG have now informed Donnarumma of the Frenchman's impending arrival at the club. They have done so in order to be open and transparent about the situation. As previously reported by RMC Sport, Luis Enrique has decided to make Chevalier his No.1 goalkeeper for the upcoming season. Roma studying transfer formula for Salzburg's Nene Dorgeles
Following the arrivals of Neil El Aynaoui, Evan Ferguson, Wesley, Daniele Ghilardi, Devis Vasquez, and Radoslaw Zelezny, Roma is seeking reinforcements for their attack. According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Gian Piero Gasperini is looking for a player who can provide a change of pace, who combines game reading with physical exuberance, easy dribbling, and good goalkeeping skills. All these characteristics are present in Salzburg's Nene Dorgeles: he scored 15 goals and provided nine assists last season. His value is around €20 million, but for now, Roma sporting director Frederic Massara must focus on value for money and find a different formula: perhaps a buy option after a loan deal, even a costly one, to avoid another major investment from the Giallorossi.
