Jason Sudeikis films Ted Lasso with Hannah Waddingham and Juno Temple in Kansas City
In images, obtained by DailyMail.com, several of the show's fan-favorite cast members, including Juno Temple, Hannah Waddingham, and Jeremy Swift, were all seen reprising their iconic roles on location at a sunny soccer field.
The stateside pivot marks the first time Ted Lasso has filmed in the U.S. after three Emmy-winning seasons set across the pond.
Additional scenes are still expected to shoot in London, where the fictional AFC Richmond made their unlikely rise.
While plot details are being kept tightly under wraps, Sudeikis was seen in his character's signature mustache and sweater combo.
Temple rocked a tied-up yellow shirt with a soccer ball on it, black studded miniskirt and 'KC' baseball cap.
Waddingham also opted for a casual ensemble, which consisted of a navy 'Kansas City' tee and pants.
The cast's sighting comes after Apple TV's head of development, Matt Cherniss, told Deadline he has 'high hopes for season four of Ted Lasso.'
He said in July: 'I have high hopes for season four of Ted Lasso, we're just getting down that road. I don't know what more can be said about Ted Lasso that hasn't already been said, and we're so excited that it's coming back.
'I don't think I want to say anything about the direction that the show is going, only that I think if you love Ted Lasso you're gonna love the next season.'
Four months earlier, Sudeikis confirmed there will be a season four of Ted Lasso while appearing on Travis and Jason Kelce's New Heights.
The actor teased: 'Ted's coaching a women's team, so there, that's it.'
Lasso, the American football-turned soccer coach played by Sudeikis, had coached fictional Premier League side AFC Richmond in the first three seasons of the show.
In response to Sudeikis' revelation for season 4, Travis asked if that meant Lasso would be returning to his native US.
Sudeikis playfully replied: 'That's too many questions,' before noting he didn't actually know the answer himself.
Sudeikis added that coming up with a new season was both 'exciting' and 'daunting.'
He said: 'Because we told the story we wanted to tell, but there's more there and it is a neat group of people to work with.'
The former SNL star, 49, noted that 'the universe kept just saying things' after Hollywood emerged from the actors' and writers' strike in 2023.
'... Whether [it was kind folks at airports, or on the internet, or friends of my folks or just other people in the industry... and I was just like, 'Ok, I hear you.''
The series' co-creator, Bill Lawrence, gave life to a possible fourth season of the show in August, when he suggested the decision ultimately came down to Sudeikis.
He told Collider: 'As fans, we'd all kill if it was going again, but everybody would say the same thing, which is: whatever Jason feels like doing and whatever his decision is, we're all down with it.'
The show's return comes after earning 20 Primetime Emmy Awards in its first season, and winning seven including Outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for Sudeikis.
Players: Once again, the fortunes of a soccer team appear to be central to the show's plotline
Since premiering in 2020, the series has received 61 Primetime Emmy Awards nods.
It's also received a Producers Guild of America Award, three Screen Actors Guild Awards, and two Writers Guild of America Awards, as well as nominations for five Directors Guild of America Awards.
It has received two Golden Globe Awards, seven Critics' Choice Television Awards, and three TCA Awards.
At this time, no release date for Season 4 of Ted Lasso has been revealed.

For our free daily briefing on the biggest issues facing the nation, sign up to the Wales Matters newsletter here Some American viewers have drawn comparisons between the girl and children's book character Junie B Jones and The Grinch character Cindy Lou Who. The footage appears to start with a young girl in a pink coat and her family having a heated exchange with a group of security staff outside a shop, alongside another group of shoppers. It's unclear what is being said, but security can be seen separating the two groups of shoppers, reports the Manchester Evening News. As the clip progresses, the girl and her family depart, before another young girl hurls an unidentified object in the direction of where the security guards and the other group of shoppers are standing. Another clip, which is believed to have been filmed following the earlier footage, shows the youngster in the pink jacket on a descending escalator accompanied by two security personnel. She then clambers onto the central divide between the two moving staircases before scaling the stationary upward escalator and ascending the steps. Upon reaching the trop of the escalator, the footage captures her approaching a cluster of shoppers who are observing the unfolding chaos. The video then records her confronting a female shopper before proceeding to grab them by the hair. She subsequently returns down the escalator sporting a grin. Videos show the girls arguing with security at the shopping centre (Image: TikTok) The sequence of clips has attracted polarised reactions, with viewers either celebrating the young girl as a 'diva' or condemning her behaviour. One individual remarked on the footage: "the pink jacket girl CLIMBING OVER the escalator, going back down it, and then going back up just gag her is frying me like WHO IS THIS DIVA LMFAOOO." They continued: "this entire situation is so chaotic i'm crying". Another declared: "That escalator wasn't ready for a diva moment". Whilst some viewers found the footage amusing, others expressed disapproval of her conduct. One person stated: "I don't find her behaviour that funny." Another individual observed: "Parents need to start parenting." Others also challenged those who were glorifying the behaviour shown in the clip, with one person questioning: "What an imbecile. Endangering others safety as well as her own. Why we calling her diva again?" One individual remarked: "Hateee the way everyone's hyping this child up, like that is not a diva stop enabling this behaviour omg." Another added: "maybe it's because i actually have kids and I'd die of embarrassment if they were like this, but the response to this girl overall being "go off queen" is so ****ed." However, while some believe the incident has occurred recently, the Manchester Evening News has confirmed that the original videos were first posted on TikTok in March 2022 by @dreams_dreams24. The same user has recently reposted the videos, which has led to 'pink coat girl' becoming a viral topic on TikTok. Shameless actress Kelli Hollis is among those who have shared their views on the clips online. Describing her as a 'little madam' to her 293,000 followers, Kelli says in a video: "She ain't a little diva, her. She's going to be a little ****ing nightmare is what she is." She added: "It's funny because it's just pure cheek but she's a little madam." A spokesperson for Manchester Arndale has now told the Manchester Evening News: "We're aware of a video that has been recently circulated on social media, which shows an altercation that took place in Manchester Arndale and was attended by members of our Security team. BBC The Repair Shop viewers demand show is taken off air after Jay Blades rape charges
Viewers were shocked to see that The Repair Shop aired in its usual slot on BBC One on Tuesday, just hours after host Jay Blades had been charged with two counts of rape The Repair Shop returned to its usual slot on BBC One on Tuesday evening at 8pm, but viewers were quick to demand that it be taken off air. Earlier today, former host Jay Blades, who stepped down from the show over a year ago, was charged with two counts of rape, with the presenter set to appear in court in August. Even though he did not feature in the new episode, social media users were shocked to see that the programme had even been broadcast at all, and demanded that it be pulled. One wrote on X: "Surely you must take the Repair shop off now if the presenter is accused of physical rape," and another asked: "Will the BBC be pulling repeats of The Repair Shop now?" A third wrote: "Could never see the point of him being in the Repair Shop he never restored anything but worn a new leather apron the show is better without him now." The contents of the episode went ahead as normal and followed the team as they restored a silver statuette that survived a shipwreck, a traditional Iranian baby hammock, a concrete portrait and a flight case once owned by rock legend Trevor Bolder. It comes after Jay Blades appeared in court hours after unrelated rape charges. The TV presenter also appeared in court today via video link on a controlling or coercive behaviour charge, which he denies, after being charged with two counts of rape. He initially stepped back from his role as presenter on the BAFTA Award-winning programme last year following the murder of his uncle. At the time, he wrote on Instagram: "I've just been to my uncle's funeral, he was murdered a few weeks ago. Really, super nice guy, shouldn't have happened to him, but it really affected me. "So what I'm intending on doing is this... I'm coming off social media for a bit, and I'll be back in a bit. Going to go and get some therapy and just chill out." Shortly afterwards in May 2024, it was reported that Blades was taking a break from TV following the breakdown of his marriage and his uncle's shock murder, with the BBC show claiming that they would simply be "carrying on without him". A source explained to The Sun at the time: "Jay has taken a step back and is having a break from filming The Repair Shop. His uncle's murder in March and the breakdown of his marriage means he has decided to take some time out. The Repair Shop is carrying on without him for now and the other repairers are hard at work. People who worked with Jay said they were shocked to hear his marriage to Lisa has ended. It was not well known at all among the people who work on the show." Blades last appeared on The Repair Shop in episodes of the show's 13th series, having appeared in episode 11 just under a year ago. The BBC is yet to confirm whether Blades will return to the show. While Blades was previously the show's foreman, that role is now shared between experts Will Kirk and Dominic Chinea. The Mirror has reached out to the BBC for comment. In a statement on Tuesday, police also confirmed separate charges of rape. The force said: 'Jason Blades, 55, of Claverley in Shropshire, has been charged with two counts of rape. He is due to appear at Telford Magistrates' Court on 13 August 2025.' Prior to that, West Mercia Police confirmed charges against the 55-year-old presenter, who stepped back from hosting The Repair Shop last year, and said that a magistrates' court date is set for Wednesday 13 August. "Jason Blades, 55, of Claverley in Shropshire, has been charged with two counts of rape," a spokesperson for the force told The Mirror. "He is due to appear at Telford magistrates' court on 13 August 2025."

Former Rolling Stones member claims US museum has stolen his guitar
A guitar once played by two members of the Rolling Stones is at the centre of a dispute between the band's former guitarist Mick Taylor and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The 1959 Gibson Les Paul was donated to the Met as part of what the New York museum calls 'a landmark gift of more than 500 of the finest guitars from the golden age of American guitar making'. The donor is Dirk Ziff, a billionaire investor and guitar collector. When the Met announced the gift in May, Taylor thought he recognised the guitar, with its distinctive 'starburst' finish, as an instrument he last saw in 1971, when the Stones were recording the album Exile on Main St at Keith Richards's rented villa in the south of France. In the haze of drugs and rock 'n' roll that pervaded the sessions, a number of instruments went missing, believed stolen. Now, Taylor and his team believe it has reappeared. The Met says provenance records show no evidence the guitar ever belonged to Taylor. 'This guitar has a long and well-documented history of ownership,' museum spokeswoman Ann Ballis said. Taylor's partner and business manager, Marlies Damming, said the Met should make the guitar 'available for inspection'. PA Media Mick Jagger, Mick Taylor, Charlie Watts, Keith Richards and Bill Wyman of The Rolling Stones perform before a crowd of nearly 250,000 fans in Hyde Park, London in 1969. 'An independent guitar expert should be able to ascertain the guitar's provenance one way or the other,' she said in a statement to The Associated Press. While its ownership is contested, there is no disputing the instrument's starring role in rock history. It was owned in the early 1960s by Keith Richards, who played it during the Rolling Stones' first appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show in 1964. The Met says that performance 'ignited interest in this legendary model'. The guitar – nicknamed the Keithburst – was also played by guitar legends Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page. Taylor says he got it from Richards in 1967, two years before he joined the Stones, replacing original member Brian Jones, who died in 1969. Taylor left the band in 1974, reuniting with them for the Stones' 50th anniversary tour in 2012-2013. Jeff Allen, who was Taylor's manager and publicist for decades from the 1990s, said Taylor 'told me he got it as a present from Keith' and also mentioned the theft. 'Mick did tell me that the guitar solo that he became quite famous for, on Can't You Hear Me Knocking, was with the Les Paul that got stolen,' Allen said. The Met's records say the Les Paul was owned by Richards until 1971, when it was acquired by record producer and manager Adrian Miller who died in 2006. The guitar has changed hands several times since then, and reappeared twice in public. It was put up for auction by Christie's in 2004, when it failed to sell. Ziff bought it in 2016, and loaned it to the Met in 2019 for an exhibition titled Play it Loud: Instruments of Rock & Roll. It is unclear what will happen next. The Met, which plans to open a new gallery dedicated to its collection of American guitars, says it has not been contacted by Taylor or his representatives.
