Dolphins agree to terms with Mike Hilton
Agent Drew Rosenhaus said that his client Mike Hilton has agreed to terms with the team. That news came after the Dolphins confirmed that they have signed former Patriots and Raiders corner Jack Jones.
Hilton spent the last four seasons with the Bengals and his first four seasons with the Steelers. He had 73 tackles and an interception last season and has 520 tackles, 13 interceptions, 11.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, and six fumble recoveries for his career.
The Dolphins came into camp with questions at corner after trading Jalen Ramsey. They lost Artie Burns to a torn ACL in their first training camp practice and Kader Kohou left Saturday's session after suffering an apparent leg injury, but they have not given any update on his condition.

Tank Dell might not be back in 2025 as he recovers from a devastating knee injury, but that doesn't mean the third-year Houston Texans receiver isn't helping the team in other ways off the field. "Tank's had a good attitude," Caserio said. "Been in the building essentially every day. He is working really hard." DeMeco Ryans mentioned that Dell has been "crushing" the rehab process and has been in a great "headspace," but also wouldn't put a timeline on a recovery timeline. "Whenever Tank is ready to go back, he'll be back.," Ryans said. "I'm concerned about Tank as a young man, just getting back healthy, physically and mentally. When that time is set, he'll be back for us.' Dell, who underwent his latest surgery in March, was seen walking around without any noticeable limp. He's yet to speak to the media, signs are pointing toward his role maybe expanding closer toward the season's end. The Texans return to training camp on Monday.

He tore his ACL just before cut day as an undrafted rookie with a strong chance to make the team in 2023, and bounced back to play in 14 games last season. The Giants signed linebacker Chris Board during the offseason to fill a similar special teams role. And undrafted rookie receiver Dalen Cambre — a long shot to make the roster when camp opened — is in the NFL right now because of his special-teams excellence in college.

Report: Dolphins, Minkah Fitzpatrick agree to reworked deal
The Miami Dolphins and All-Pro safety Minkah Fitzpatrick agreed to a reworked contract, ESPN reported on Sunday. Fitzpatrick will receive a $16.435 million signing bonus and Miami will save $11 million against the 2025 salary cap, per the report. The Dolphins acquired Fitzpatrick from Pittsburgh last month in a trade that sent cornerback Jalen Ramsey and tight end Jonnu Smith to the Steelers. Fitzpatrick signed a four-year, $73.6 million extension with the Steelers in 2022 and hopes to eventually sign a long-term deal with Miami, according to agent Drew Rosenhaus. 'We are comfortable with this commitment to Minkah as we continue to work with the Dolphins on a multiyear extension,' Rosenhaus told ESPN on Sunday. Fitzpatrick, 28, is a five-time Pro Bowl and three-time All-Pro selection who launched his career in Miami as a first-round pick (11th overall) in the 2018 NFL Draft. Fitzpatrick recorded 96 tackles and one interception in 17 starts last season.
