Stephanie McMahon talks about foot injury, says "I oddly stubbed my foot walking"
Stephanie McMahon
has been one of the most important people in
WWE
for many years. But recently, fans have noticed that she is no longer very active in the company. Over the past year, she has taken a step back and has only appeared a few times at big WWE events.
Many people started wondering what her role in WWE is now, but Stephanie seems to be enjoying her new life outside the spotlight.
Even though she does not have an official job in WWE right now, she still supports her husband
Triple H
, especially during big events. Earlier this year, she surprised fans by opening Night 2 of WrestleMania 41. It showed that she still cares about WWE, but also wants to spend more time with her family and focus on other things in her life.
Stephanie McMahon speaks about her injury
In a recent episode of her podcast What's Your Story? with
Stephanie McMahon
, she spoke about an injury she got six months ago. She told her best friend Elyse Dudzinski about how she hurt her foot while training. Stephanie explained that she is still recovering from the injury.
"I used to train in Vibrams, you know, the five fingers. But then, I hurt my foot training, remember, like, six months ago? And it's still not recovered. So, I still wear these comfy shoes," she said.
She also shared how exactly it happened while she was working out.
"I was doing single-leg drills, and then I was walking on the treadmill, and I oddly stubbed my foot walking," she said.

Stephanie also spoke about how her Vibram shoes helped her after giving birth.
"They rebuilt the arch in my foot after I had the kids. My arch dropped and my foot, like, really grew and was very painful and uncomfortable... So, I got my first pair of Vibrams and I wore them all the time and they rebuilt the arch in my foot," she added.
New projects of Stephanie McMahon and her family issues
Since stepping away from WWE, Stephanie has started working on new projects. One of them is her podcast, where she shares personal stories and talks to different people. She also worked with ESPN and Omaha Productions to create a 10-episode series called Stephanie's Places. This show tells stories from important places in her life and career.
Stephanie's Places with Triple H (Ep.9)
Even though she is focused on her new life, there are still rumors about problems with her family. Some reports say that her relationship with her father
Vince McMahon
and her brother Shane is not good right now. These problems may have started after Vince tried to return to WWE a couple of years ago.
Stephanie always supports
Triple H
in his work as the head of WWE's creative team. She may not be involved in running the company anymore, but she is still part of the WWE world in her own way.

Exclusive: Rhea Ripley to score an emphatic win over Iyo Sky at Evolution 2?
Iyo Sky is set to defend the Raw Women's Championship against Rhea Ripley in the main event of Evolution 2, slated to take place on July 13. Both women are A-List performers and have emerged as mainstays of the division in recent times. This has made it difficult for fans to predict the winner. In an exclusive interaction with Indiatimes, a veteran writer weighed in on the possible outcome of the match and chose a clear winner. Vince Russo feels Rhea Ripley will win at Evolution 2, here's why Vince Russo has been an integral part of the professional wrestling business since the 1990s. He has worked with leading promotions such as WWE, TNA, the now defunct WCW. In an interview with Indiatimes, he said that Rhea Ripley is likely to capture the title at Evolution 2. He pointed out that 'The Genius of the Sky' went over last time, making her opponent the clear favourite. 'They just keep going back and forth with Rhea and Iyo with no story. So I would assume it's Rhea's time to go over,' said Russo. Iyo Sky beat Rhea Ripley on Raw ahead of WrestleMania 41 to capture the title. She then retained it when a rematch was thrown out by the 'Guest Referee' Bianca Belair, Iyo eventually held on to the belt at 'The Show of Shows, in April, ' when she pinned Bianca Belair to win a triple-threat match that also included 'Mami'. Iyo then chose Rhea as her opponent for Evolution 2 on Raw. Interestingly, the two have tremendous respect for each other. Not too long ago, they teamed up to defeat Roxanne Perez and Giulia on Raw. About Evolution 2 Evolution 2 is a women-only Premium Live Event that brings together the biggest names from the WWE. Besides Iyo-Rhea, it also features several high-profile encounters. Tiffany Stratton will be defending the SmackDown Women's Championship against Trish Stratus. The event will also see Becky Lynch defending the Intercontinental Championship against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria in a triple-threat match. Raquel and Roxanne Perez (substituting for an injured Liv Morgan) will put the tag titles on the line against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, Sol Ruca and Zaria and The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane). Naomi and Jade Cargill will be taking on each other in a No-Holds-Barred match at the PLE, which comes just a few months after their intense encounter at WrestleMania 41. Additionally, the event will host a battle royale. The winner of this match will get a World Championship shot at Clash in Paris. NXT Champion Jacy Jayne will also be defending her title against Jordynne Grace. Evolution 2 will stream on Peacock this Sunday.

'Treat Everyone With Respect': Goldberg's Instant Classic Retirement Speech
Last Updated: The 58-year-old wrestler's retirement speech was cut short by broadcaster NBC due to timing issues after his defeat to Gunther. Legendary wrestler Goldberg called time on his illustrious career as he pulled the curtains on his in-ring tenure with his final bout against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther at the Saturday Night Main Event. The 58-year-old wrestler went down to Gunther in his final match-up. And in a manner of adding insult to injury, the legend's retirement speech was cut short by broadcaster NBC due to timing issues. Goldberg's full retirement speech after it was cut by the NBC broadcast.'There will never be another Goldberg. Treat everyone with respect black, green, purple, Christian, Jewish. I don't give a damn. Treat every single human being with respect. Just been one hell of a ride." — EliteRockerz ???? (@EliteClubS0B) July 13, 2025 "First off, I don't think I've ever lost here in Atlanta, so I do apologise for going out a little subpar," Goldberg said following the conclusion of his final fight. 'I've got over a hundred friends and family that came over from all over the world," he continued. 'The fans in Atalanta have been absolutely wonderful. I love you, I couldn't have done it without you," the 58-year-old said. 'Everytime I step into this ring, it is because of every one of you. All these kids, they are the reason why I did what I did," Goldberg stated. 'I grew up wanting to be a professional football player. I was lucky enough to play for University of Georgia, Go Bulldogs! And I was lucky enough to play for the Atlanta Falcons," he said. 'And I was lucky enough to beat Hogan in front of 45,000 of you all," Goldberg added. Respect And Helping Hand Goldberg added that he never thought of the moment of retirement but thanked hi friends and family, who were present beside him in the ring, in addition to all the fans. 'I've never thought about this moment, cause I never thought it would come. But, I couldn't have done it without you. Each one of you," he revealed. 'And these people who are in the ring with me, my friends and family, I don't know what to say, but it has been one hell of a ride." 'There ain't going to be another Goldberg, except for the boy here," he said pointing to his son. 'Treat everyone like you would like to be treated. Black, green, purple, Christian, Jewish. I don't give a damn." 'You treat every single human being with respect, and if I did anything in my career, I honoured that and tried to pass that down. And everyone in the ring with me, that is their character too," he said. Tributes And Heirlooms Goldberg went on to thank everyone who helped out during the time of need to those affected by the flood in America. 'It has been one hell of a ride, but that doesn't mean I'm going anywhere. I ain't going off the plane by any stretch of imagination. This ain't goodbye, I'll be doing other stuff and I've just begun," he said. He thanked his wife for her support throughout and paid a tribute to her late father before concluding with an iconic micdrop. 'But I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and the one person who is with me, is my beautiful wife," he said. 'This goes out to my father-in-law, who passed away last week. This goes out to all the flood victims in North Carolina and everyone affected, and if there is anything I have learnt, it is that you are never too good to lend a helping hand," Goldberg added. 'I am damn proud of all my neighbours who went North, South, East and West to lend a helping hand," the wrestler said. 'Treat everybody with respect. This can be a very crappy world if you let it. But if you stand up and put your foot down and lead by example it is going to be one heck of a ride," Goldberg added. 'And I want every one of you to take that ride with me. Micdrop," the icon signed off. view comments First Published: Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. Please keep discussions respectful and constructive. WWE Saturday Night's Main Event Live Quick Results: List of All Winners, Top Performers and More
Image via WWE YouTube The 40th edition of Saturday Night's Main Event took place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta with various top stars performing on the show. The NBC special served as the perfect starter dish for the first-ever 2-night SummerSlam next month in New York. The main event featured Gunther defending his World Heavyweight title against Bill Goldberg. Meanwhile, the undercard featured an array of great matches, with Seth Rollins vs. LA Knight, Solo Sikoa defending his United States title against Jimmy Uso, and Randy Orton resuming his rivalry against Drew McIntyre. Let's have a look at the results and the biggest winners from the show. Goldberg vs. Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship The WWE Hall of Famer entered his final WWE match with Ernest 'The Cat' Miller and his son, Gage, as part of his entourage. The wrestling legend was physically compromised as he was dealing with a knee and shoulder injury. However, this did not stop the former Universal Champion from slowing down. He opened the bout with a flurry of multiple clotheslines and looked strong in and out. Moreover, he even displayed his tenacity and laughed off multiple chops from Gunther, which is widely considered his staple move. In the ending sequence, Goldberg accidentally speared the referee, Charles Robinson, which helped Gunther to take advantage. 'The Ring General' then taunted Gage and even shoved him, which led to Goldberg's son stepping over the barricade before being held by the officials. With Gunther back in the ring, Goldberg managed to hit one final spear and a jackhammer for a close fall. However, Gunther soon took control and locked in the sleeper hold to finish the bout as the Hall of Famer passed out. Goldberg then thanked the WWE Universe for a great reception and a 28-year long career before the show abruptly ended due to a shortage of time. Goldberg definitely had a proper farewell match while 'The Ring General' continued his reign. So, the outing was a massive win for both the veterans. Seth Rollins vs. LA Knight This is the contest from the night that took a sudden and worrying turn. Rollins and Knight were locked in a high-octane battle, each trying to hit their signature moves early to gain the upper hand. But the match came to a halt when 'The Visionary' landed awkwardly after a lionsault attempt, with his knee buckling beneath him. He collapsed instantly, clutching the injured leg in visible pain. As Knight moved in to capitalize, the referee stepped in, halting the action and calling for medical attention. A ringside doctor quickly entered the ring and had a brief exchange with Rollins. This saw an impromptu ending with Rollins, still visibly limping, walking straight into a Blunt Force Trauma from Knight, who sealed the win. Latest updates from many insiders are that Rollins suffered a legitimate injury during the show. Solo Sikoa vs Jimmy Uso for the United States Championship Sikoa continued his run as the champion with help from his allies. Tonga Loa, Talla Tonga, and JC Mateo all interfered during the outing. But the US title holder picked up the victory after rolling up Uso while Tonga distracted him with Talla Tonga helping the pin to be kept in place with his leg. The aftermath of the bout was scintillating, with Jacob Fatu rescuing Uso from the MFT's beatdown. The segment also saw Talla and Fatu facing off. After this, Tonga dropped Jacob with a big boot, but 'The Samoan Werewolf' reacted strongly with a suicide drive onto the group. Fatu got a huge reception from the crowd and is pointing in the direction of a multi-man tag match at SummerSlam next month. Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre The two former WWE titleholders opened the show with a solid outing. However, more than the in-ring action, it served as the precursor to a big tag team showdown with Orton teaming up with Jelly Roll to face McIntyre, joining Logan Paul. Orton and McIntyre went back and forth in a hard-hitting match, trading their signature moves. Toward the end, McIntyre hit Orton with a Claymore Kick, but 'The Viper' was saved when his leg landed on the bottom rope. Paul, who was at the ringside, had distracted Orton just before the kick, which led to an argument between Paul and Roll. Paul kept shoving Jelly Roll, who finally had enough and knocked Paul down with a shove. As McIntyre turned his attention back to the ring, he walked right into an RKO from Orton, who picked up the win. But that wasn't it! Paul attacked Orton after the match, only to be dropped by a strong forearm from Roll. As McIntyre turned his attention back to the ring, he walked right into an RKO from Orton, who picked up the win. But that wasn't it! Paul attacked Orton after the match, only to be dropped by a strong forearm from Roll. Then, out of nowhere, McIntyre hit Roll with another Claymore Kick, leaving him laid out. WWE officials rushed to help the musician, while Raw GM Adam Pearce scolded McIntyre for the attack.
