Talliki Vandanam brought happiness to all
On Monday, the MLA distributed CMRF (Chief Minister's Relief Fund) cheques at his camp office to 33 beneficiaries, totaling financial aid of 45.50 lakhs.
Expressing their gratitude, the recipients personally thanked the MLA for the support.
Speaking on the occasion, The MLA revealed that within just one year, 1.7 crore has been disbursed to 130 beneficiaries under the CMRF. He highlighted that, under the Talli ki Vandanam scheme, 15,000 is being provided for each child in every eligible household, which has surprised and delighted the public.He conveyed widespread appreciation from the public to Minister Nara Lokesh for fulfilling promises such as the mega DSC recruitment, increase in pensions, revocation of the Land Titling Act, and the reintroduction of Anna Canteens. Prasad further announced that by October 2, all garbage would be cleared from the Anantapur Urban dumping yard. Protection walls for Nadimi Vanka and underground drainage works will also commence soon.
He emphasized Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's vision of making every home an entrepreneurial hub, announcing the upcoming launch of an MSME park in the urban constituency. He also mentioned the recent job mela conducted for 5,000 unemployed individuals, which resulted in 1,450 job placements.
With four years left in the term, the MLA vowed to fully develop the urban constituency and asserted that Andhra Pradesh would be elevated to the number one position globally.

Railway personnel killed in IED blast in Odisha-Jharkhand border
Agency: PTI Last Updated: Bhubaneswar, Aug 3 (PTI) A railway personnel was killed in an IED blast on a railway track near Odisha-Jharkhand border in Sundergarh district on Sunday, police said. The deceased was identified as Itua Oram, working as a 'key man' in the Indian railways, the police said. Police suspected involvement of Maoists in the blast as Maoist posters were found near the blast site in Sundargarh district. The blast took place on the railway tracks connecting Karampada and Renjda under the Bimlagarh section. The track got minor damage. However, movement of any passenger train was not affected as it is a loop line, said a spokesperson of the South Eastern Railway. The Maoists had given a call to observe a martyrs' week or 'Shahid Saptah' from July 28 to August 3. The blast site is under Saranda forest range, a local police officer. Meanwhile, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi expressed grief over the demise of the railway personnel in the blast and announced Rs 10 lakh ex-gratia to his family. The financial assistance would be provided from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF), the chief minister's office (CMO) said in a post on X. KTR-Lokesh ‘secret' meeting reflects BRS support to A.P. projects: Bhatti Vikramarka
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka claimed that the 'secret meeting' between BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao and Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh was a conspiracy of the BRS to extend full support to the Banakacherla project. Mr. Vikramarka issued a stern warning over what he called a conspiracy by BRS, BJP and TDP to compromise Telangana's interests in the name of the Banakacherla and Polavaram projects. He was speaking at a public meeting held in Kollapur constituency marking the launch of new electricity substations, the distribution of ration cards and allocation of Indiramma housing pattas. He questioned why the BRS government remained silent on Banakacherla for a decade. 'Only after Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy intervened in Delhi, was the proposal halted,' he said. Referring to A.P. IT Minister Nara Lokesh's comments that Telangana was wasting the flood water, he rebutted that flood water was available for A.P. only because Telangana's upstream projects were never completed. 'Only after securing our rightful needs will Telangana consider any discussion on Banakacherla,' he asserted. Mr. Vikramarka criticised former CM KCR for discarding the Pranahita-Chevella project and instead opting for the Kaleshwaram project. 'KCR spent ₹1.2 lakh crore on Kaleshwaram, which ultimately failed. Pranahita-Chevella could have been completed with just ₹38,000 crore,' he said, accusing BRS of redesigning projects merely to loot the treasury.
