has touched down in Venice following his reported split from Katy Perry.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star, 48, was spotted socializing with Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kris Jenner and music mogul Scooter Braun at the luxurious Gritti Palace Hotel, according to photos published by The Daily Mail on Thursday, June 26. The A-listers are all in Italy for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding ceremony, which is set to take place on Friday, June 27.
The Lord of the Rings actor was all smiles as he chatted with the Kardashians stars. He kept his look casual as he donned a black tank top and running shorts, both by Nike, as well as a pair of sneakers. He was also photographed enjoying a walk with Braun, 44.
Bloom's Italian getaway comes after a source told Us Weekly on Wednesday, June 25, that he and the pop star, 40, 'have split but are amicable.'
'It's not contentious at the moment. Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life,' the insider explained, referring to her marriage to Russell Brand.
The source shared that the breakup was 'a long time coming' because things 'have been tense for months.' However, the 'Roar' singer is 'distracted' and 'keeping busy' with her Lifetimes Tour, which commenced in April and will run through December.
Earlier this month, a separate source spoke to the outlet and said there was 'tension' between the couple because 'Katy has been very busy working, and they are apart often.'
The insider shared that the duo, who had been engaged for six years, 'never set a date for the wedding or got around to planning anything and Orlando is 'over it.''
Just three days before reports of the split, Bloom was seen in Perth, Australia, with the couple's 4-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove, while Perry performed there, according to photos obtained by TMZ.
Bloom and Perry began dating in 2016 and were in an on-again, off-again relationship. Bloom proposed on Valentine's Day in 2019, and the pair then welcomed Daisy in August 2020.
Before her relationship with Bloom, Perry married Brand, 50, in 2010, but the pair divorced in 2012.
As for Bloom, he was previously married to model Miranda Kerr — whom he shares son Flynn, 14 with — from 2010 to 2013.

Teary-eyed Katy Perry thanks fans as she closes out Australian show

Katy Perry is emotionally marking the end of a tour era. On June 30, the popstar wrapped a four-show stint in Adelaide, Australia, which capped nearly four weeks of performing in the island country. "Thank you for always being there for me, Australia; it means the world," a teary-eyed Perry told the crowd as her 4-year-old daughter Daisy Dove's vocals on her "143" album-closing track "Wonder" rang out in the arena. She shook off the emotion and said, "Now let's sing 'Firework!'" The 40-year-old is almost a third of the way through her 2025 Lifetimes World Tour, which launched in late April and heads back to North America in mid-July to weave around the West Coast and Canada. Orlando Bloom's Split From Katy Perry Lauded As A 'Well-Timed' & 'Savvy' Career Move After Spaceflight Drama

Orlando Bloom's split from Katy Perry could be a good thing for the actor, as a PR expert suggests it is a "savvy" career move that has "created a brand window" for the actor. Bloom made a solo appearance at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding in Venice, where he was seen mingling with a mystery woman. Katy Perry, on the other hand, is currently on her Lifetimes world tour but is understood to be facing "uncertain" times and "disappearing fame" following the heavy backlash she has faced in recent times. There appears to be a silver lining to the split between Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom and pop star Katy Perry. Bloom and Perry started dating in 2016, before getting engaged in 2019. However, their relationship has reportedly been strained following the heavy criticism she has faced in the wake of her trip to space and the release of her seventh studio album, "143." The "Lord Of The Rings" actor joined other celebrities, including Tom Brady and Kim Kardashian, at the exclusive wedding ceremony for Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez in Venice. In a chat with the Daily Mail, PR expert Chad Teixeira said the split between the couple has been "incredibly well-timed" for Bloom, whether it happened "intentionally or coincidentally," as it seemingly affords him the opportunity to launch a "soft rebrand" after being in the "Roar" singer's "shadow" for years. "The breakup has created a brand window for Orlando, and one that he's stepping into with just the right amount of presence," Teixeira claimed. "He's not chasing the spotlight, but he's not hiding either. That's a savvy move in today's fame economy, and it'll stand him in better stead when Katy's fame is disappearing more than ever." One can only imagine the awkward air between the estranged couple if Perry had also attended Bezos and Sanchez's wedding. The singer came under heavy backlash after going on an all-female trip to space with Sanchez and other ladies on Bezos' Blue Origin spaceship. The Sun recently reported that Bloom, in particular, did not "approve" of Perry's spaceflight and was left feeling "frustrated" and "disappointed" by her decision to still go on it. Meanwhile, Perry's ongoing Lifetimes World Tour also seems to have been affected by the downturn in popularity, as she has struggled to sell tickets in some venues and has been greeted with a "lukewarm reception" to her new projects. PR expert Teixeira notes that Perry has "struggled to gain traction" in recent months, which seems to be a good thing for Bloom as they go their separate ways. "From a brand and public image standpoint, Orlando Bloom's recent split from Katy Perry appears to be incredibly well-timed, whether intentionally or coincidentally," the brand expert said. "In the wake of a high-profile relationship that often placed him in the shadow of Perry's headline-making career, Orlando now has the opportunity to reestablish his own narrative, independent of her increasingly complex public perception," Teixeira added. Newly-single Bloom kept an animated face at the star-studded wedding and was seen cozying up to a mystery woman, who was later revealed to be Meghan Markle's stylist Jamie Mizrahi. He was also seen chatting with Kim Kardashian and even shared a kiss with her during their encounter. Teixeira said the move is a "subtle repositioning" for the "Pirates Of The Caribbean" actor as he's "not trying to dominate headlines" but just happens to be "at exactly the right places, looking relaxed, charismatic, and unburdened." "The media is responding positively, capturing him enjoying life, socializing, even partying, which feeds into a well-worn but effective Hollywood archetype," the PR expert said. "He's now coming across as the effortlessly cool, slightly mysterious leading man who doesn't need to try too hard." He continued, "In PR terms, this is a textbook soft rebrand, it's low on drama, high on visibility, and perfectly timed to capitalize on a shift in public sentiment." "As Katy navigates the uphill battle of redefining her musical and commercial identity, Orlando is benefiting from the simplicity and clarity of stepping out on his own at a moment when the cultural conversation around him is more curious than critical," Teixeira added. Bloom went above and beyond to pop the question to Perry in 2019, employing a private helicopter ride and secretly flying in all her friends and family for the engagement. Six years down the line, they're now going their separate ways. According to the Daily Mail, they initially planned to walk down the aisle immediately, but were forced to reconsider due to the COVID-19 pandemic that ravaged the country at the time. Perry became occupied with juggling her career and being a new mom after they welcomed their daughter, Daisy, in August 2020. "They were looking forward to marrying fast after getting engaged, and then COVID got in the way," a source said. "[When] they got engaged, she was expecting, so everything came fast, and she was looking forward to heading down the aisle pregnant." "It was actually something she wanted to happen. But with the unknown of COVID and travel restrictions, they had to postpone their nuptials," the insider continued. "As time passed, she released new music, set up for a tour, left American Idol, all while juggling being a new mom. There just wasn't any time to put a wedding together," the source explained, adding that "the chances of breaking up were more likely than getting married."

Katy Perry Chimes in About Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos' Wedding as Orlando Bloom Attends Solo

There in spirit? Katy Perry paid a compliment to one of Lauren Sánchez's wedding weekend looks from afar — while her ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom attended Sánchez's nuptials to Jeff Bezos solo following their recent split. On Friday, June 27, celebrity hairstylist Rick Henry posted an Instagram carousel with photos of Sánchez, 55, rocking a white skirt and shirt combo, black sunglasses, and a scarf over her hair. The 'Firework' singer, 40, left a sweet comment on the post, writing, 'WAIT THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE LEWK.' The pop star and Sánchez, 55, are well acquainted, having both embarked on the history making all-female Blue Origin space mission in April. However, Perry is currently in Australia for her Lifetimes Tour, which could explain her absence from the Venice wedding. Meanwhile, Sánchez expressed that Perry's absence was felt at the festivities. 'We miss you, Katy ❤️,' she wrote on the former American Idol judge's most recent Instagram post, which featured photos of her in Australia. Since arriving in Italy solo, the newly single Pirates of the Caribbean star, 48, has been spotted socializing with Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kris Jenner, as well as music mogul Scooter Braun at the luxurious Gritti Palace Hotel, according to photos published by the Daily Mail on Thursday, June 26. Perry's comment to Sánchez comes after the news broke on Wednesday, June 25, that she and the Lord of the Rings actor had ended their six-year engagement, with a source confirming to Us Weekly that 'Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable.'
