Amr Diab Drops Album "Ebtadena"
"El Hadaba' Amr Diab has finally dropped on Thursday his long-awaited album "Ebtadena" on music digital platforms and YouTube.
The album consists of 15 songs, including a duet with his son Abdallah and his daughter Jana, respectively.
In the new album, the acclaimed singer also collaborated with a large number of poets and composers, including Amr Mostafa, Bahaa El Din Mohamed, Ayman Bahgat Kamar, Tamer Hussein, and Aziz Al-Shafi'i.
Born on October 11, 1961, Diab is a multi-award-winning pop singer-songwriter. He created his own style which is often termed 'Mediterranean Music', a blend of Western and Egyptian rhythms, by 1992, he became the first Arabic artist to start making high-tech music videos.
He is a Guinness World Record holder, the best-selling Middle Eastern artist, a seven-time winner of World Music Awards, and a five-time winner of Platinum Records.
Diab's fame in the entertainment industry has led him to experiment with other forms of media, such as film-making.
The acclaimed singer co-starred in four films, 'Al Sagenatan', 'El Afareet', 'Ice Cream in Gleam', and 'Dehk Wa Le'b Wa Gad Wa Hob'.
In 1988, he made his acting debut in the film 'Al Sagenatan' starring prominent actresses Elham Shahin and Samah Anwar.
Despite the films' success, Diab did not experience the same success in acting as he had with his music. He has focused on his singing career since 1993.
In 2020, the iconic singer signed on to make an acting comeback in an original Arabic series for Netflix. The project has yet to come to light.

Yara Sameh Mariem El Gendy and Ahmed Khaled Saleh are joining hands for the first time in the story "Flashback" from the TV series 'Ma Tarah Les Kama Yabdo'. The series consists of 35 episodes, each divided into seven stories that are presented in 5 episodes and highlight different combinations of social, suspense, and humanitarian themes. The stories feature different casts and creative teams to offer visual and dramatic diversity within a single production that caters to the diverse tastes of the audience. "Ma Tarah Les Kama Yabdo" also stars a large group of talented actors, including Hanady Mehanna, Tara Emad, Rana Raeis, Ahmed Gamal Said, Hager El Sharnouby, and Nancy Helal. The show's creators are keen to deliver distinctive content in both form and content, in line with the development of the modern drama industry in Egypt. Amir Karara and Hannah El Zahed's Film "El Shater" Gets Poster and New Release Date
Yara Sameh The official poster for Egyptian stars Amir Karara and Hannah El Zahed's upcoming film "El Shater" has been revealed. The art also shows the film is slated to be released on July 16 after initially set to premiere on July 10. It will also hit cinemas in the Gulf region and the worldwide on July 31. While specific details on the upcoming project remain under wraps, the pic sees Karara returning to the action comedy genre for the second time since 2023's film "Baebae" (The Bogeyman). The cast also includes Mohammad Al Qass, Mostafa Gharieb, and more. Ahmed El Gendy is directing the film from a script he co-wrote with Karim Youssef. "Al Shater" is co-produced by Synergy Films and Pyramids Productions and marks the first collaboration between Karara and El Zahed. The pic will compete at the box office with other films released around the same time, including "Ahmed and Ahmed," starring Ahmed El Sakka and Ahmed Fahmy; "Darwish," starring Amr Youssef and Dina El Sherbiny; and "Rocky El Ghalaba," starring Donia Samir Ghanem and Mohamed Mamdouh. Amal Maher to Perform Live in North Coast on July 12
Yara Sameh Egyptian superstar, Amal Maher will perform live at the Address Beach Resort, in Marassi, North Coast, on Saturday, July 12. She is set to present several of her popular and latest songs. The evening will also feature a performance by iconic Lebanese singer Walid Toufic. Born on February 19, 1985, Maher began singing as a child by presenting songs by iconic singer Umm Kulthum. She was discovered at the age of fifteen and enrolled at the Conservatory of Arabic Music to begin her singing career. The acclaimed singer soon met composer Mohamed Diae, whom she eventually married and became the father of her son, Omar. She filed for divorce a year later. She recorded her first song in 2006 and received the support of Egyptian music icon Ammar El Sherei, who she considers to be her spiritual father.
