Chefs in France make record breaking strawberry cake
Moroccan pastry chef Youssef El Gatou led a team of 20 chefs to make the masterpiece. It weighed 1.2 metric tonnes and took one week to complete. It was set out on tables in an ice rink in the Parisian town of Argenteuil.
This cake is longer than a 100.48 metre-long strawberry cake made in 2019 in Italy. El Gatou's cake used 350kg of strawberries, 150kg of sugar and 415kg of cream.
