Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre Tease Relationship with Black and White Couple Shots After the Oscars

Yahoo04-03-2025
Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre did their own James Bond tribute in new Instagram photos together.
On Monday, March 3, just one day after the 2025 Oscars and the subsequent, star-studded Vanity Fair afterparty, Taylor, 34, shared a series of black and white photos to her Instagram account that featured herself and Pierre, 30, standing close together and posing for the camera.
"Oscar night in black & white, no grey area. 🤍," the singer wrote in the caption, which was set to SZA's 'Take You Down.'
Pierre shared the same photos on his Instagram page, but did not add any caption.
In the photos, the newly-announced couple channeled James Bond and his Bond girl as they gave sultry looks to the camera and leaned against each other, back-to-back.

Both the musician and Mufasa: The Lion King actor were in attendance at the Vanity Fair's Oscar afterparty on Sunday, where they posed together with actress Niecy Nash and her wife Jessica Betts.
The twosome have been sparking dating rumors for a while. They appeared together at the American Black Film Festival Honors on Feb. 17.
Taylor and Pierre — who received the Rising Star award that night — were seemingly photographed deep in conversation as they shared a table at the ceremony.

While Pierre has remained private about his relationships over the years, Taylor has previously been candid about her marriage to basketball player Iman Shumpert, whom she divorced in January 2023 after seven years of marriage.
At the time, Taylor shared a post to Instagram to assure her followers that her relationship with Shumpert — which was featured on VH1's Teyana and Iman in 2018 as well as in numerous other TV series — will remain "best friends" and are successfully co-parenting their two daughters, Iman "Junie" Tayla Shumpert Jr., 9, and Rue Rose Shumpert, 4.
"We are still the best of friends, great business partners and are one hell of a team when it comes to co-parenting our two beautiful children," Taylor wrote on Instagram.

Despite Pierre's silence about his past relationships, he and his fellow Mufasa castmates have jokingly acknowledged his newfound status as an internet heartthrob. In January, actor Kelvin Harrison Jr. took to TikTok in a hilarious video to poke fun at how Pierre had become a viral sensation while promoting the movie.
The nine-second clip begins with Harrison Jr. looking directly into the camera, saying, 'I'm giving the people what they want.' He then pans the camera to reveal Pierre scrolling on his phone, blissfully unaware that he's being filmed. When Pierre finally looks up, the pair burst into laughter. 'You're welcome,' Harrison Jr. captioned the post.
Representatives for Taylor and Pierre did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Orlando Bloom Is Unapologetically Flirting With Girls in Miami

It's only been a minute since Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry broke up, but apparently they've been split for months and Orly has been acting verrrrry single. We already know that the actor was spotted with Sydney Sweeney in Venice, but Page Six is out here reporting that he was "unapologetic" with his flirting during a trip to Miami a few months back (he was there on April 9 for a cruise ship launch, and also stopped by in early May for the Miami Grand Prix). Per a source, "Orlando was definitely with girls in Miami. He's been not subtly out and about." Katy and Orlando only confirmed their split last night (July 3), issuing a statement care of their rep that said "Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting. They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is—and always will be—raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect." The statement came shortly after a source told People that "Katy and Orlando have been suffering through the same problems that have plagued them for years. [They had] too much going on in their lives, which makes it hard to find time for each other and iron out disagreements. When they don't communicate properly, their relationship dips to a low level." They noted that the pair had "been living on an island of stress" and that "sometimes love isn't enough to keep two people with different styles and outlooks on how things are done [together]. It can overshadow the love."

7 Love Islanders who have left the UK as Patsy relocates because she's 'too embarrassed' to work 9 to 5 job

Season 11 Love Island star Patsy Field has revealed that she's planning to move to Australia, as she feels "too embarrassed" to look for a regular 9 to 5 job in the UK a year after appearing on the ITV2 dating show. Speaking in an interview, she said: "I probably will be looking for a job soon, but I'm planning on moving to Australia." She added to The Sun: "A year post-show… I don't know if it comes with a little bit of embarrassment of looking for a normal 9 to 5 job." Patsy wouldn't be the first Islander to pack up her bags and relocate to another country after taking part in the show. Over the years, we've seen many contestants ditch the UK for opportunities overseas. Here's a list of all the Love Islanders who've made the move. Season 11 star Patsy is the latest Islander to join the trend of moving abroad. In a recent interview, she was asked if she considers herself an influencer, to which she responded: "I don't think I'm a very good influencer…I guess at the moment, yeah, you could say influencing — or just fun-employed, I think is the term, isn't it?" She then went on to say that she's planning on moving to Australia to find a job, explaining: "I feel like if I move to the other side of the world and maybe find one over there, I might feel a bit better about it.' Prior to being on Love Island, Andrew worked as an estate agent in Dubai. He returned to the UK after his time on the show and moved in with his girlfriend at the time, Tasha Ghouri. However, since their split he has now returned to Dubai, calling the move a "new start". Season four star Laura Anderson relocated to Dubai with her then-partner Dane Bowers. She's since moved back to the UK and now has a daughter with actor Gary Lucy. She regularly visits Dubai, and took her 16-month-old daughter Bonnie on a trip there earlier this year. Season four star Eyal Booker moved to LA in 2019 with his then-girlfriend Delilah Belle Hamlin. While he still considers London to be his home, he spends a lot of his time stateside and last year he moved into a luxury apartment there with his best friend Max and his girlfriend. Season five star Anton moved to Dubai after appearing on Love Island. He originally went on a brand trip but fell in love with the city, so he splashed out on a Bentley and an apartment. He later returned home to Scotland, calling the decision a "mistake". Speaking in a video, he explained: "After Covid, I got invited on an influencer trip to Dubai. As soon as I got there, I absolutely fell in love with the place - and I never came home. "I bought myself a Bentley, I bought myself an apartment on The Palm and I was absolutely living the dream. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there." Anton went on to explain how he invested £100,000 in a "gym concept", with plans to open a "nightclub gym". Season seven bombshell Abigail Rawlings has moved to US since appearing on Love Island. She works as a tattoo artist in LA, and judging from her Instagram page, she's having a pretty good time settling in there. Season two star Rachel Fenton returned to nursing after the reality TV show and she's since moved to Dubai, where she's continued her nursing career. New episodes of Love Island air on weekdays and Sundays on ITV2 at 9pm.

Newly single Orlando Bloom posts about loneliness amid split from Katy Perry

Orlando Bloom is in the "posting cryptic things to Instagram" phase of his breakup, and he seems to be feeling lonely? At least based on a Carl Jung quote the actor posted late Wednesday night, which reads: "Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself." Oh, and another quote for all of us to read into (though Orly didn't share this one directly)? "Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness." Rumours of Orlando and Katy's split have been swirling for weeks, and a source recently told People that their relationship has been "breaking down the last couple of months." Oh, and while things are "amicable," they "got to a point where they feel there is no going back to a healthy relationship and that it's better to live separate lives." Another source more recently noted that: "Katy and Orlando have been suffering through the same problems that have plagued them for years. [They had] too much going on in their lives, which makes it hard to find time for each other and iron out disagreements. When they don't communicate properly, their relationship dips to a low level." For what it's worth, neither Katy, Orlando, or their reps have actually confirmed the end of their engagement, things could still work out?
