Home Bargains' 'gorgeous' £6 bag is 'just like' £100 version
Home Bargains is selling a new bag that could easily be mistaken for a much more expensive version. The budget retailer is well known for selling cheaper alternatives for luxury products - and now there might be a new favourite on shelves.
Home Bargains' new Originals bag is priced at £6. It looks strikingly similar to a style by Bogg Bag but without the larger price tag.
The two bags share a number of similarities, both featuring matching shapes and waterproof, washable plastic material. They both also feature almost identical designs with holes on both sides and matching handles.
However, there are also some differences, including that the more expensive version features the brand's name along the base. The Home Bargains bag is also missing the 'b' sign on the handles.
Home Bargains recently shared a clip showcasing its new addition to its official Instagram page. The video was captioned: "New in and only £6 - The only bag you'll need this summer!"
The short clip featured the bag in blue, pink and white. Text over the footage read: "The bag that EVERYONE will ask about."
The post racked up more than 1,300 likes and many comments from excited fans. Among them, one person said: "Love" and a second wrote: "Home Bargains that price is fantastic."
A third impressed shopper added: "Ooooh I sense a new viral must have" while a fourth said: "I had one similar in early 80s for school." A fifth wrote: "They are going to be everywhere."
The praise continued, with one shopper writing: "Omg!!! Need." and a second saying: "Love them." One person tagged a friend and wrote: "It'll match our Crocs."
Another said: "Omg Bogg bag [alternative]! Absolutely need!" while a different shopper wrote: "I want one so bad." Praising the bag, one person added: "I need it! Gorgeous", while another, tagging a friend, said: "Perfect to match your Crocs for holidays."
While the Home Bargains bag is priced at £6, the Bogg Bag Original comes in at £101.14 on Amazon. This means shoppers could save around £95 by opting for the cheaper alternative.

Airbnb host cancelled guests ‘because they were Welsh'
Two friends have accused an Airbnb host of 'xenophobia' after they were rejected for a room booking because they were Welsh. Jemma Louise Gough, 38, and Jamie Lee Watkins, 37, had been trying to book an £83 double room for one night at the property in Manchester. They were travelling to the city from Cwmbran, South Wales, to see the Australian music producer Sonny Fodera at the city's Co-op Live Arena. In the reason for their visit, they wrote they were coming 'from Wales to see the gig'. Just over an hour after their booking request, they were emailed to say it had been rejected. When they asked why the booking had been cancelled, the host responded with the message: 'Because you're from WALES'. Ms Gough, who works as a school support officer, said: 'My mouth hit the floor – nothing else other than 'because you're from Wales'. It was nothing about us going to the concert or whatever. It was just discrimination of the country. 'We're amazing people, the Welsh are lush. I don't know what me and my friend, or the whole of Wales, did that's so horrible. It's xenophobia. It's absolutely horrendous.' Ms Watkins, a nurse, who attempted to make the booking through her account, said she would have understood if the host was concerned about 'people going to concerts and coming back if they'd had a drink or something. That's an explanation'. She added: 'It was really blunt, just one line: because you are from, in capitals, Wales. What difference does that make?' 'It's discrimination' Ms Watkins asked the host for further explanation for the rejection, saying that it was 'discrimination under the Equality Act 2010'. She said her message was read, but received no response, adding: 'I was just a bit shocked really that people still say things like that.' Ms Gough posted on Instagram and Facebook to complain about the experience. The video gained thousands of views and comments from social media users who shared it. Katie Jones, the 'superhost' who rejected Ms Gough and Ms Watkins, describes herself as 'friendly and easygoing' on the app. She has also spent eight years hosting and has an average 4.96-star rating. The en-suite double room, which has an average 4.97-star rating with 300 reviews, has since been suspended by Airbnb from its platform. An Airbnb spokesman said: 'Discrimination, including on the basis of nationality, has no place on Airbnb. As soon as this report was brought to our attention, we reached out to the guest to provide our support and suspended the host while we investigate this matter.'

Creator Michael Patrick King has confirmed that And Just Like That, which has regularly been branded 'the worst show on TV',is coming to an end after its third and current season. In a statement shared on Instagram, King wrote: 'And just like that… the ongoing storytelling of the Sex and the City universe is coming to an end. 'While I was writing the last episode of And Just Like That… season 3, it became clear to me that this might be a wonderful place to stop. 'Along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Casey Bloys and Sarah Aubrey, we decided to end the popular series this year with a two-part finale and extended the original series order from 10 episodes to 12. 'SJP and I held off announcing the news until now because we didn't want the word 'final' to overshadow the fun of watching the season. 'It's with great gratitude we thank all the viewers who have let these characters into their homes and their hearts over these many years.' Despite the relentless backlash and calls for it to be over, viewers who have spent three seasons 'hate-watching' are still absolutely crushed. The latest series was praised for getting back on track but it also came with bizarre misfires. In one episode, Lisa Todd Wexley's (Nicole Ari Parker) dad died from a stroke. Fans noted that she claimed he'd already died back in season one. Producers did explain the issue, insisting the father mentioned in season one was her stepfather but fans weren't satisfied with the response. Parker shared a series of iconic Carrie moments and said the columnist with the wardrobe worth millions 'dominated my professional heartbeat for 27 years. I think I have loved her most of all.' Davis, who starred as Charlotte for 27 years, wrote: 'I am profoundly sad. I love our whole beautiful cast and crew. 400 artisans working so hard on our show with deep love. Tyson Fury's former family home on sale for £800,000

Fury then moved to a larger mansion further down the Morecambe coastline, honouring his public pledge not to leave his beloved home town - but it was reported the property was still in his portfolio in 2023. Rightmove records show the three-bath detached property was bought for £480,000 in 2015 and is now listed for £800,000. Tyson Fury has been contacted for comment.
