The duo could be seen in a romantic embrace as Kenya posted a monochrome image to both their grid pages.
Together, they stood on a luxury yacht in picturesque surroundings as she flashed her huge diamond sparkler whilst cradling his cheek.
She captioned the image: "Just engaged. My whole heart for my whole life," alongside two love heart emojis.
The actor popped the question to his partner, who is the daughter of a legendary music producer, the late Quincy Jones and actress Nastassja Kinski.
He was best known for working with the likes of Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and Aretha Franklin amongst others.
The star famously produced Michael Jackson's sophomore solo record Thriller in 1982, which became one of the best-selling albums in history.
Will's actress sister Nicola excitedly replied to the post as she congratulated her brother and her future sister-in-law.
Just yesterday, her husband Brooklyn Beckham, 26, revealed that he laid on a very romantic surprise for his wife as they enjoyed the summer in St. Tropez.
They are currently vacation onboard a yacht with the actress' family, including her billionaire father Nelson, and her mother Claudia.
