A downright delightful trope ticket you can proudly display beside your unapologetic collection of romance novels full of plot points that are so formulaic it's practically math. Because guess what?! It's NICE to start a book and know that everything is going to work out between the small town baker and the 300-year-old baddie who she originally, you know, hated. But now they're in love. It's not complicated! It's cute. AND the bookshelf decor in its honor? Even cuter.
And go ahead and snag a bookshelf street sign while you're at it, because it'd be a shame to only subtly display your faerie smut collection. Give them the respect they DESERVE!
A Y2K-inspired punch needle coaster so you can add some random fun to your coffee table *instead* of random water marks.
A magnetic fridge wrap that'll save you from your rental's gloomy white refrigerator. Covering up a bland appliance is sure to completely revamp your kitchen. Maybe you'll even start cooking in it when it looks this good. Maybe.

Jessica Simpson Brings Grunge Y2K-inspired Glam Back

Jessica Simpson reverted back to her Y2K roots with dark glam during a performance on NBC's 'Today' on Wednesday in New York City, her first concert in years. Debuting her new single 'Fade' and singing a medley of her old hits, the 45-year-old fearlessly danced around in smudged black eye shadow and a glossy pink lip, the same makeup combination belonging to her early 2000s persona. The bubblegum blush on her cheekbones matched that of her gloss on stage, adding warmth to the otherwise moody aesthetic, which was comprised of charcoal shimmer dragged across her lids and under eyes, black liquid eyeliner and lash extensions. The aesthetic looked as if she'd added a touch more glitter to her eye makeup, she'd accidentally slept in; her eyebrows just as dark as the shadow below them. She added more sparkle to her appearance, particularly along her collarbone and in the middle of her chest, under her black cross pendant. Instead, her dirty blond tresses were loosely waved, which was the work of her longtime hairstylist Ken Paves, who famously works with Eva Longoria. Paves also styled Simpson's hair later that night, parting her hair on the left side of her head and tucking it behind her ears. Bringing her trendy bombshell mood into the 21st century, Simpson opted for long, almond-shaped talons with unique designs and three-dimensional embellishments. Though nail trends seem to be settling on short, natural nails recently, the long-tip extensions were the desired style for the last few years. Simpson's music hiatus started after the release of her 2010 holiday album, 'Happy Christmas.' Fifteen years later, she's returned to the main stage, dropping her latest work titled 'Nashville Canyon.' Part one out of the two-part installment officially debuted on March 21 with just five tracks. Her single 'Fade' is the first hit to be announced as part of 'Nashville Canyon Part Two.' Jessica Simpson Handled 'Today Show' Wardrobe Malfunction Like a Champ

While most people might know Jessica Simpson from her successful shoe line or her infamously iconic 'Is this chicken, or is this fish?' question on her Y2K-era reality show with her ex-husband, Nick Lachey, let us remind you that she's somewhat of a pop culture icon thanks to her film and music career. This year, Jessica has been making her musical comeback with a slew of singles and a new EP, Nashville Canyon, Pt. 1, which means she's also made her way back to center stage. The multihyphenate made a rare appearance during the July 23 episode of The Today Show, where she performed fan-favorite tracks like 'With You' and 'I Think I'm in Love With You,' along with her latest single, 'Fade.' Of course, during one of her first TV gigs in nearly 15 years, Jessica faced an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction when her satin corseted gown slipped down to reveal a pink bra. The Dukes of Hazzard alum walked it off like a champ, though, as she seamlessly pulled her dress back in place mid-performance. After her performance, she even joked about the incident with the Today hosts, saying, 'Of course I had a malfunction here and everywhere, but it's okay. I think my boobs stayed in, so it's okay.' Her Today appearance comes after her American Idol season 23 finale performance, which marked her first TV performance after a nearly 15-year hiatus. She gushed about the 'insane' opportunity to return to her musical roots, and admitted that she was a little nervous to get back out there. 'Today it was like, 'Okay, get out of your head. Get out of your head. Who cares if your shoe falls off? Who cares if you forget a lyric?'' she explained. 'Honestly, it's just about being able to be up there and be vulnerable and that feels really beautiful.' She also sat down for an interview with Jenna Bush Hager, where she opened up about the emotions that making music brings out of her following her divorce from Eric Johnson. 'You can find blessings in the pain,' she explained. The 'Irresistible' hitmaker added, 'You can find beauty in the pain, and I think I want my daughters and my son to know that. No matter what we go through in life, nothing can take us long as we know who we are and we know our purpose. We're guided by that.'

15 Charm Necklaces to Achieve My Favorite Summer Accessory Trend

Bag charms may be getting lots of attention this summer, but you don't need a Labubu to stay on top of the latest accessory trends. Like so many beloved fads from my childhood (tankinis, jelly sandals, I could go on...), Y2k styles are having a major resurgence this season. But my personal favorite nostalgic trend that's taking over the season? Charm necklaces. Charm necklaces are basically a cheat code for giving your outfits more personality. Hear me out: on days when it's too hot to even think about wearing something other than a basic tank top, just pop on a strand of charms to spice up your look. And since you can find just about anything on a charm necklace these days (seashells! horses! pizza!), it's a fun way to show off your hobbies and interests. The best charm necklaces of the moment run the gamut from simple chains that you can personalize yourself to ornate layered strands pre-adorned with beads and baubles. Plus, I spotted styles that marry the season's most viral trends, like nautical fish charms for sardine girl summer and mixed metal pieces.
