A 14.5kg wedding dress and a venue beloved by Queen Elizabeth II: Inside Delta Goodrem's destination summer wedding to Matthew Copley in Malta
Since then, the happy couple have been living the high life in wedded bliss, drip-feeding details of their summer nuptials to eager fans.
Now, an inside look at the three-day event has revealed the singer, 40, began her wedding week at The Phoenicia Malta, sporting a 14.5kg custom designer gown.
The location proved to be especially significant for the musician, as Matthew proposed to Delta on the grounds of the five-star heritage hotel in 2023.
While the actual ceremony took place at St Paul's Cathedral in Mdina, Delta and Matthew's love journey began at Malta's Mediterranean jewel.

The Phoenicia Malta was a favourite of the late Queen Elizabeth II, with its art deco interiors, private gardens, seaside views and historic Grand Ballroom.
Matthew certainly saw the magic in the location, as the guitarist popped the question to Delta in the hotel's seven-acre garden while accompanied by a string quartet.
The pair relived the happy memory during their wedding week in June as they stayed at The Phoenicia Malta throughout the celebration.
Delta even entrusted her 14.5kg couture Paolo Sebastian bridal gown to the hotel to safeguard ahead of her nuptials.
She then spent the morning of her wedding getting ready at the hotel as wedding planner Sarah Young, Palazzo Parisio and WonderEvents helped organise the event.
Delta also ended her wedding week at the award-winning destination with a sentimental, sunset photo of her family and friends in the landscaped gardens.
'The team at The Phoenicia Malta made it feel like home,' Delta later shared.
'We captured this photo outside the hotel, with all the beautiful team at the hotel waving us off.'
'Thank you to everyone for making our special week even more special,' she finished.
Enya Stellini, the Events Manager at The Phoenicia Malta, said it was an 'honour' to host Delta and Matthew during the momentous occasion.
'It has been an honour to support Delta and Matthew from the very beginning,' she said.
'Their story reflects everything we strive to offer couples—beauty, intimacy and a sense of occasion rooted in Malta's vibrant history.
'Their celebration was a reminder of how personal destination weddings can be, and why Malta continues to attract couples from all over the world for their big day and beyond.'
Delta shared a first look at her 'fairytale' wedding with Vogue Australia is July.
The blushing bride stunned in an off-the-shoulder wedding gown with a racy sweetheart neckline designed by South Australian fashion designer Paul Vasileff, founder of Paolo Sebastian.
The French tulle gown featured gorgeous lattice detailing and a two-and-a-half metre train.
Delta said she worked with the designer over three months to create a gown that felt 'super personal and very special'.
'Paul and I connected the second I got engaged, and we started working together immediately,' Delta told Vogue of the couture creation.
The gown, which took around 500 hours to make and weighed 14.5kg, included nods to the couple's romance, including their wedding date, a pair of swans and cherubs, embroidered into the fabric.
Delta and Matthew exchanged vows in the historic St. Paul's Cathedral in Mdina, which was built in the 12th century.
The reception then took place at Naxxar's Palazzo Parisio, an estate with exquisite gardens that was constructed in the 18th century.
Guests at the ultra-private wedding reportedly received detailed schedules months in advance, with the celebration marking the culmination of a two-year planning process.
The wedding was a lavish multi-day celebration attended by the couple's nearest and dearest.
'June 2025, Husband and Wife. It was more magical than we both could have dreamed,' Delta wrote in an emotional caption on Instagram at the time.
'We said I do under the Maltese skies in a family fairytale wedding brought to life by so many angels surrounding us.
'We are holding on to every memory from that moment, the love, the laughter, the happy tears and dancing till the sun came up.'

Jelena Dokic shares inspiring message with fans as she stuns in red dress while on holiday in Croatia
Jelena Dokic had all eyes on her on Monday in a bright red dress. The Aussie sports commentator and former tennis player took to Instagram to share a candid photo of herself along with a moving caption. In the picture, Jelena donned a ruby red dress with strappy sleeves and a midi-length skirt as she wore a giant smile in front of an ocean backdrop. The 42-year-old looked positively glowing as she swept her hair back into a bun while closing her eyes to shield them from the sun. Jelena, who is currently in Croatia, encouraged her followers to be 'authentically' themselves in the caption of the post. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The Aussie sports commentator and former tennis player took to Instagram to share a candid photo of herself along with a moving caption 'Me, free and unapologetically myself,' she began. 'Be you. Be unapologetically you. You've got one life to live so live it free and be your unapologetic self,' she went on. Jelena told her fans to stop worrying about what people think about their body, hair, clothes and what they have, and instead embrace who they are wholly. 'You can't let the judgment of others stop you from being yourself. Their judgment says everything about them. 'But if you allow their judgment to affect you, change you or stop you from being you then you are not yourself anymore.' She added: 'You are then just some version of someone everyone else wants you to be. And you will never satisfy everyone anyway.' The inspiring post comes after Jelena went public with her new boyfriend earlier this month. The tennis champ has found love again after she was left 'shattered' in the aftermath of her split from her long-time boyfriend, Tin Bikic, in 2021. She revealed last year she was 'closed off' after the heartbreaking experience, which was another blow to her heart after the years-long abuse she suffered at the hands of her father, Damir Dokic. But things are looking up for Jelena after Yane Veselinov captured her heart, with the pair confirming their relationship in a sweet Instagram post. Jelena gushed over her man in the post, writing: 'You are my calm, safe, peaceful and happy place. So glad I found you.' The pair were first spotted cuddling up together at Melbourne Airport in May, with Jelena unable to wipe the grin off her face as she accepted an embrace from Yane.

Brooklyn Beckham issues 'financial flex' over dad David as he cosies up to father-in-law
Hot sauce founder Brooklyn Beckham has been holidaying with his wife Nicola Peltz's family as he keeps his distance from his famous parents David and Victoria Beckham Brooklyn Beckham's fallout with his famous mum and dad shows no signs of slowing down as he appears to reap the benefits of his billionaire father-in-law. The hot sauce founder, 26, has been locked in a family fallout with David and Victoria Beckham as he continued to stand with his wife Nicola Peltz. Things haven't been rosy between the Beckhams since Brooklyn and Nicola skipped David's 50th birthday celebrations in May. Brooklyn went on to issue a series of snubs when it came to Father's Day and David's long awaited knighthood achievment. The fallout seems to have spilled down the family as both Brooklyn's younger brothers Romeo and Cruz have unfollowed him on social media. Brooklyn appears to be surrounding himself with his in-laws amid the drama and has even headed on holiday with them. He sailed into Saint-Tropez on a £85million, 80 metre yacht called Project X as he lapped up the luxury getaway. It had been rented by Nicola's parents, Nelson and Claudia Peltz, and set them back a staggering £1.2million a week. Brooklyn avoided a run in with his parents as they arrived in the same French dock just two days later - which he reportedly was unaware of. They turned up on a £16million, 40 metre vessel named Seven. 'Brooklyn's yacht dwarfs the one owned by David and Victoria. It's a financial flex," a source told the Sun. 'Their relationship is beyond soured now but Brooklyn has really landed on his feet. "Nicola and her parents, Nelson and Claudia, are his family now. And he's clearly enjoying the spoils.' David and Victoria, who own their yacht that's half the size of Brooklyn's in-laws rented boat, are in Saint-Tropez with their sons Romeo and Cruz as well as daughter Harper. However, a source told the Mirror that Brooklyn was unaware that David and Victoria were arriving in Saint-Tropez two days later. They added the couple had a lovely time and enjoyed the hospitality provided by Nelson. Brooklyn, meanwhile, has been keen to share snaps of his own trip as he drank a bottle of beer next to Nelson. One moment showed Brooklyn leaning towards Nelson, who had his arm around his son-in-law, whilst another showed the in-laws embraced in a hug by a table. Brooklyn has attracted attention over spending time with his in-laws lately amid claims he "doesn't really feel like he fits into" his own family. A source told the Mirror that he's also grown "so close" to Nicola's family. They said: "He just doesn't feel his family have treated Nicola well and now that he's grown so close to her family in the States, he doesn't really feel like he fits into the Beckham family right now." Amid rumours of tension between Brooklyn and his parents, he is said to have met up with godfather Sir Elton John, who tried to act as "peacemaker". He is said to have caught up with Brooklyn and Nicola over lunch in Cannes. Elton is said to "adore" Brooklyn and have a "laugh" with Nicola, who he believes has a "great" sense of humour. A source told the Sun: "[Elton's] utterly neutral in this row. Elton and David think the situation is terribly sad, and has gently suggested to all involved that life is short - and to patch things up." The source said that the group had a "really fun long lunch" despite the tough conversation.

I went on the Oceania's new foodie cruise ship with James Bond-like bars, 10am pasta and free TikTok classes
I CONFESS, I have never read a James Bond novel – but I do know that 007 and I have one thing in common. No, it's not a licence to kill, it's that we both take our martinis shaken, not stirred. 8 8 8 And that's exactly how mine is served on Oceania 's shiny, new 1,200-passenger ship, Allura. Freshly shaken at the table by a black-tie waiter and swirled into a frosted glass, just as I like it. It's perfecting tiny, personal details like this that Oceania prides itself on. And Allura is no exception. The 15-deck ship embarked on her maiden voyage just over a week ago, sailing around the sun-soaked Med. The luxury vessel is nothing if not elevated, home to an artist's lounge where novices can learn to paint, a cosy library that whiffs of leather and is crammed with more than 1,000 books, and five exceptional bars. Cooking at sea A dapper Bond certainly wouldn't look out of place, poised next to the pianist in my favourite of the ship's bars, Martinis. Three other ships in Oceania's seven-strong fleet also have identical Martinis bars — why change something if it works so well? And that was the cry from loyal passengers who called for the return of Oceania's much-loved Jacques restaurant. And Oceania listened. Ember, a more casual dining concept, was ditched and in its place an improved version of the French speciality joint, named after top chef Jacques Pépin, now graces Allura. Common myths about cruises debunked It's a decision I firmly agree with, after swallowing my punchy amuse-bouche of garlicky spinach and creamy feta cheese wrapped in a bite-sized case of buttery pastry. Here, dark wooden tables are dressed in a pressed white cloth adorned with polished silverware, and waiters in dicky-bows are preparing elegant plates of steak tartare tableside. The only giveaway that I'm not in a posh restaurant in some fancy district of Paris is my view of the ocean through the window next to me. I order a cheese soufflé to start, a dish for which Oceania is renowned, followed by lobster thermidor (would you wince if I told you that this was the third lobster I've devoured since being on board?). Even the side basket of warm bread has me salivating. But that's no surprise, really. Allura is one of the only ships in the world to bake fresh bread at sea every day. The doughy smell wafting from the galley — which is larger than that of any other cruise ship, I might add — is guaranteed to awaken your stomach in the mornings. With one chef per every eight guests, the cruise line can certainly lay claim to having the most food-focused fleet on the seas. And even if you do consider yourself a top home-chef, a cooking class at the on-board Culinary Center should still be on every passenger's list. It's not a crime to eat pasta at 10am, especially not in chef Kathryn Kelly's kitchen. Just avoid the faux-pas of putting oil in the pasta water. Kelly tells us that our spaghetti strands need to be starchy in order to soak up all the sauce which, in this instance, is a simple mixture of Parmesan, chilli and lemon, inspired by the location of this very sailing (around the boot of Italy). Having coined the first cooking school at sea, Kelly, who credits her youthful looks to her love of food, has evolved the on-board foodie experiences over her 14 years under the Oceania umbrella. Guests now have the choice of 60 different chef-led excursions in small groups of 18, while those who prefer less of a hands-on experience can slurp on wine from a bar stool in the Chef's Studio while Chef whips them up a sumptuous feast. 8 8 8 Of course, away from the food experiences and 12 dining venues, there's plenty more to keep cruisers entertained during days at sea. Allura is home to the second Oceania Lync Digital Centre, where you can get free lessons in subjects like smartphone photography and how to create a TikTok. For sun-seekers, the main pool is flanked by cushioned loungers and cabana beds, while the spa terrace offers a more relaxed space, where loungers are dotted between three bubbling Jacuzzis. On the upper decks, there are all manner of sports and games — croquet, cornhole, a padel court, mini-golf course and putting area. Then there's the evening entertainment, from the casino to the Allura Lounge showcasing nightly musical performances. And if it all gets too much, you won't feel like you're missing out just lounging in your stateroom — even the most basic of which is ultra-fancy, with marble-clad bathrooms (scan the QR code below for a detailed look). The gorgeous mattresses will ensure you get a good night's kip. And if that doesn't work, there's always Martinis for a quick cocktail nightcap. 8
