Bayer Leverkusen consider pursuing Jesper Lindstrøm
One of German footballs most celebrated players whilst serving in Frankfurt, Lindstrøm has seen his career stall since moving to Italy. In his first season with the current Serie A champions, Lindstrøm logged just 587 minutes of action. The 25-year-old spent last season on loan at Everton.

Lindstrøm has literally not scored a goal since he left Germany. In the process, the highly versatile attacker's estimated market value has declined from a career high of €28m to €18. Many Bundesliga clubs would presumably be interested in taking him on this year
The Italian report does take care to note that no concrete discussions have taken place yet. A Leverkusen pursuit of Lindstrøm would nevertheless make a great deal of sense given new head coach Erik ten Hag's need to shore up his attacking ranks.
