Abhishek Bachchan on Aaradhya's upbringing
Speaking about Aaradhya's upbringing, Abhishek praised Aishwarya. He said, 'I have to give the credit for that entirely to her mother. I get to go out and make my movies, and Aishwarya does the heavy lifting with Aaradhya. She's amazing and selfless. Mothers are wired differently. They prioritise their child above everything else. That's why our go-to person in life is always our mum. It holds true for me even today.' Aishwarya has put some restrictions on Aaradhya
Abhishek gave all the credit for Aaradhya's good upbringing to Aishwarya. He revealed that his daughter Aaradhya stays away from social media and doesn't even have a phone. Aishwarya has banned all these things for Aaradhya. He said, 'She is becoming a sensible child, who is learning a lot on her own. She is creating her own identity and we are very proud of her. Aaradhya is the happiness and pride of our family.'
Meanwhile, coming back to Abhishek Bachchan's work front, the actor has some exciting projects ahead of him. He will be seen in Kalidhaar Laapata on Zee5. Abhishek will also feature with Shah Rukh Khan in his upcoming film King. The movie will also star SRK's daughter Suhana Khan.

When Abhishek Bachchan Said Aishwarya Rai 'Doesn't Raise Her Voice': 'You Have To Do Something Bad...'

Last Updated: Abhishek Bachchan once opened up on wife Aishwarya Rai's calm nature and praised her for her de-glamourous roles. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have been in the headlines recently, with persistent rumours about a possible separation or divorce. While Abhishek had, not too long ago, dismissed such speculation by making it clear that nothing of the sort was happening, the chatter hasn't quite died down. Although he no longer speaks about Aishwarya publicly as often, his older interviews — where he spoke about her with warmth and pride — continue to resurface and strike a chord with fans. One such interview from 2016 with Rediff has been doing the rounds again. In it, Abhishek opened up about Aishwarya's temperament when asked if she ever gets angry. 'Aishwarya is a very loving and caring person; she doesn't raise her voice. You have to do something exceptionally bad for her to get upset. She is cool that way," he said. He also came to her defense when the conversation turned to her onscreen image, particularly the perception that she mostly takes on glamorous roles. Abhishek pointed out that Aishwarya had made her acting debut in a completely de-glamourous part in Mani Ratnam's Iruvar, and that she has consistently gone after strong, character-driven roles. 'Aishwarya is an actor. She started her career in a very de-glamorous role in Iruvar; Mani Ratnam launched her. She has always gone after roles and never sought only glamorous films. That has just been tagged onto her but most of her films have never played into the glamour aspect," he said, adding that she has always made brave, content-driven choices rather than chasing glossy parts. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai relationship Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai's love story began as friends while working together on films like Dhai Akshar Prem Ke (2000) and Kuch Naa Kaho (2003). However, romance blossomed during the filming of Umrao Jaan in 2005-2006. Abhishek proposed to Aishwarya after the premiere of their film Guru in New York. They got married on April 20, 2007, in a grand ceremony, and became the 'Bachchan Bahu" Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Aishwarya and Abhishek have a daughter named Aaradhya Bachchan.
