The third edition of the ETHR Employee Experience Awards concluded successfully at a glittering event held at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Brigade Gateway, Bengaluru on 11th July 2024. The Employee Experience Awards aim to recognise and celebrate organisations that prioritise creating exceptional experiences for their employees.The purpose of these awards is to showcase and honor companies that go above and beyond in fostering a positive and engaging work environment, ultimately leading to increased employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall business success.By highlighting best practices and innovative approaches in employee experience, the awards hope to inspire other organisations to improve their workplace culture and elevate the well-being of their workforce.The evaluation parameter in the 'Organisation Categories' carries an equal weightage of 20 per cent for Creativity & Innovation, Strategies Implemented, Measurable Impact, Sustainability & Scalability Plan, and Contribution to Business Performance. Meanwhile, the 'Individual Categories' carry 25 per cent weightage for each parameter, such as Purpose & Vision, Growth Mindset, Strategies Implemented, and Contribution to Business Performance.In the evaluation process, each entry has undergone a thorough review by three jurors to ensure impartiality. The initial phase is the ',' where all entries are screened to verify eligibility criteria, and those failing to meet the criteria will be disqualified.This is followed by the, where a distinguished judging panel will shortlist nominations that exceed the established benchmarks, based on the information provided in the nomination form.The final phase, the, involves a virtual presentation by the shortlisted candidates.
