The Waterloo Regional Police Service has released two images as part of an investigation into an assault in Kitchener.
Police said an unknown female walked into a store in the Highland Road West and Westmount Road area on Wednesday around 10:40 a.m. She began arguing with an employee and threw a can, hitting the worker on the head.
The suspect then left the store with another female.
The victim, a 30-year-old woman, was taken to hospital by Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services.
Investigators have released two pictures of a person they want to identify and speak with.
