Anne Hathaway heads to work on ‘Devil Wears Prada 2' — in a cerulean blue sweater
The 'Devil Wears Prada' sequel is officially underway — and Anne Hathaway is back on set.
In a Monday TikTok video, the Oscar winner, 42, is seen brushing her teeth with an electric toothbrush as she preps for day one of filming.
The clip is seemingly a nod to her character's getting-ready scene in the 2006 original, where she used a manual brush before her interview at Runway magazine.

It was, however, Hathaway's wardrobe that sent fans into a frenzy. In true Andrea Sachs sartorial splendor, the 'Princess Diaries' star wore a cerulean blue sweater.
In the first movie, Runway magazine editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep, famously chastises Andy for the look before educating her on the history of the item's color.

In the original film, Andy accidentally lets a chuckle slip as Miranda and the Runway magazine staff discuss outfits ahead of a photoshoot.
'Oh. OK. I see. You think this has nothing to do with you,' Miranda says. 'You go to your closet and you select, I don't know, that lumpy blue sweater, for instance, because you're trying to tell the world that you take yourself too seriously to care about what you put on your back.'
'But what you don't know is that that sweater is not just blue. It's not turquoise. It's not lapis. It's actually cerulean,' she continues, listing various designers who have used the color in their collections.

'And then it filtered down through the department stores and then trickled on down into some tragic, casual corner where you no doubt fished it out of some clearance bin,' Miranda goes on.
'However, that blue represents millions of dollars and countless jobs. And it's sort of comical how you think that you've made a choice that exempts you from the fashion industry when, in fact, you're wearing a sweater that was selected for you by the people in this room.'

The 'Ella Enchanted' actress' social media posts come as 'The Devil Wears Prada 2' officially began production on June 30.
In addition to Hathaway, original stars Streep, 76, Emily Blunt (Emily Charlton) and Stanley Tucci (Nigel) are confirmed to return.
