
Sunteck Realty announces ₹1,200 crore GDV JDA project at Mira Road near Mumbai

The company said the project has direct highway frontage and is adjacent to the upcoming Metro Line 9 (Miragaon Station) and has access to Dahisar and Mira Road railway stations.
Upcoming infrastructure initiatives like the Borivali-Thane Tunnel and the Coastal Road Extension will further elevate connectivity, making the location even more desirable for discerning homebuyers and investors, the company said in a statement.

Hyderabad: A delegation from the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), led by Commissioner Anandi, visited the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) office today, Friday, to study its planning activities and best practices in metropolitan development. Metropolitan Commissioner Sarfaraz Ahmed and other senior officials cordially received the delegation at the HMDA headquarters in Ameerpet. Sarfaraz highlighted that the entire metropolitan area is being managed with a GIS-based base map. Furthermore, he informed the delegation about the development of a 3D Digital Twin for Telangana's key urban areas, as well as the formulation of new Comprehensive Building Regulations. Sarfaraz emphasised the significant benefits of mutual knowledge exchange between such institutions, stressing the adoption of successful models and the promotion of people-centric urban governance. Jaipur officials commend Hyd'bad's urban devpt initiatives
Hyderabad: A delegation from the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has lauded the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation's (GHMC) Transferable Development Rights (TDR) and 'Build Now' policies. The JDA Commissioner, Anandi, led a team that included Planning Director Preeti Gupta, IT Advisor R.K. Sharma, Assistant Town Planner Rushikesh Kolte, and IT Deputy Director Pankaj Sharma on a visit to GHMC on Thursday to study these successful urban planning and permission systems. Officials at the GHMC headquarters welcomed the delegation. Commissioner R.V. Karnan delivered a detailed PowerPoint presentation, explaining the nuances of the TDR Policy, especially the key features and benefits of the updated policy introduced in 2017. He also highlighted 'Build Now', GHMC's single-window platform for building and layout permissions. Commissioner Karnan emphasised that these policies have greatly facilitated land acquisition for government development projects within GHMC limits. He also noted a significant increase in transparency, efficiency, and accountability in civic services, along with a reduction in the time taken for permission processes and streamlined rule implementation. The visiting JDA team expressed their appreciation for GHMC's policies, stating their intention to implement similar systems in Jaipur to enhance city administration and improve public accessibility. GHMC Chief City Planner Srinivas Rao, Additional Chief City Planners Gangadhar and Pradeep Kumar, Study Tour Coordinators Raj Kumar and Wilson, along with various Town Planning Officers, were also present at the meeting.

Sunteck Realty to jointly develop 3.5 acres land in Mumbai
NEW DELHI: Sunteck Realty ( SRL ) has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) for a project on the land admeasuring approximately 3.5 acres (13,500 sq meters), situated at Mira Road , Mumbai . The company expects to generate a sale component of approximately 5.5 lakh sq ft carpet area from the development of this land parcel. The projected gross development value (GDV) of the project is estimated at ₹1,200 crore.
