Russell Grant's horoscopes as Capricorn told to face up to any problems
Aries (Mar 21 - Apr 20)
You're nervous about what the day might bring and will need to prepare yourself for what lies ahead. If you're feeling exhausted even before the day begins, try to incorporate some rest and healthy eating into your routine. A nutritious smoothie will help replenish energy levels.
Taurus (Apr 21 - May 21)
Take a deep breath and express whatever it is that's on your mind this morning. The universe is encouraging you to reveal your deepest secrets with a partner or close friend. Later on, when you find yourself talking to a stranger, you will need to think carefully before you speak.
Gemini (May 22 - Jun 20)
You need to adopt a positive and helpful attitude at work even if you don't happen to feel particularly charming. You're determined to complete a special project and this will only happen if colleagues are willing to help. Tap into your creativity while you go about your business.
Cancer (Jun 21 - Jul 22)
Make sure you join in friendship activities during the day. You don't have to make housework and routine tasks a priority all of the time. Enjoy an evening filled with fun and romance. A surprise party is being arranged at a friend's house. Don't spoil this by asking too many questions.
Leo (Jul 23 - Aug 22)
Focusing on self improvement should be a top priority for you now. Your bonds with your partner will seem unusually intense today and this could be felt in both positive and negative ways. All you can do is explore new feelings and see where the day leads.
Virgo (Aug 23 - Sep 20)
Neighbourhood events are getting complicated and noisy. At times you feel people, visitors and children are invading your space. It could be that kids having a sleepover in your home will deprive you of sleep. You might wish you could just have some time to yourself.

Libra (Sep 23 - Oct 23)
You should not hold others responsible for any obstacles in your path. You are in charge of your own life and the choices you make will shape your future. Any challenges you face today could turn out to be valuable lessons. Approach work with care and avoid taking shortcuts.
Scorpio (Oct 24 - Nov 22)
The way you behave in difficult situations, and how you react towards people you don't get on with, will reveal the type of person you really are. Do your best to tolerate the company of an irritating colleague. You will never become good friends but you will avoid an argument.
Sagittarius (Nov 23 - Dec 21)
Turn your attention to sorting out your own issues instead of dealing with other people's chaos. Channel your energy into tasks that make you feel you are making progress. You aren't being selfish by making your own needs a priority. Just take care of your own responsibilities.
Capricorn (Dec 22 - Jan 20)
Face up to any problems you have now instead of avoiding them. If you are going to find solutions then you will need to tackle them directly. You're tired of the same issues cropping up over and over again. Someone close also needs to acknowledge that this cannot continue.
Aquarius (Jan 21 - Feb 19)
Resist the urge to head out for a night partying. There is something going on at home which means you need to stay in and focus on your family life. A relationship or commitment is getting messy and this must be sorted out. Everyday tasks help keep your mind off problems.
Pisces (Feb 20 - Mar 20)
Pause and give some thought to every offer and invitation that comes your way. Before you agree to anything, you need to reflect on it carefully. While something someone suggests might sound appealing, there could be something even more exciting just ahead.

More info The Scottish Open in East Lothian 'won't be all golf' thanks to famous faces KT Tunstall and Irvine Welsh. Tournament organisers are ensuring a huge week on and off the course, with a range of experiences planned for four days. In the Fan Zone, the highlight will be the return of Fringe by the Tee, a collaboration with the local Fringe by the Sea festival. Grammy-nominated singer Tunstall will play a set on Saturday, June 12, with author-turned DJ Welsh cranking up the tunes on Friday night, reports the Daily Record. As well as music, the Fringe by the Tee pop-up stage will offer something for everyone, including comedian Fred MacAulay, who will host daily entertainment daily slots. Families can catch the always-popular Alexander the Great, an award-winning entertainer delivering circus skills, party games, disco dancing, and plenty of magic for the kids. Fringe By The Tee Festival Director Rory Steel explained: 'We run Fringe By The Sea in North Berwick in August just down the road from where the golf takes place and, a couple of years back, we were asked to come down and have a look and it was an absolutely amazing opportunity to really help with the growth of what is an amazing event. 'We went away and had a good long think about who it is that are coming to the golf and how we can expand it beyond the core enthusiast, especially to the families who might not have a fleeting interest in the game itself. 'There are so many great things. Whether it is the Stephen Gallacher Foundation for ace pro tips, to the crazy golf course raising funds for Leuchie House, to the main stage where we can bring to life the fan zone with bands, DJs, comedy, kids shows and a whole golf bag full of fun. People are spending a not-insignificant sum to come along and, yes, the sport is the key to it all, but so is making sure there is something for everyone. 'Irvine Welsh doing a DJ set will be ace for Friday night's crowd followed by KT Tunstall for Saturday and having Scottish legends like that at the Genesis Scottish Open is all part of the appeal. They buy into it, too. They are invested and it shows how the event has grown in popularity and is going from strength to strength on and off the course.'

Tributes have been flooding in from both fans and the showbiz world alike after the 56-year-old's passing came to light. 9 9 9 9 9 The actor's grieving family revealed he had died following a "private battle" with cancer. It was not publicly known that the actor, best known for his starring roles on Nip/Tuck, Fantastic Four, Charmed and FBI: Most Wanted, was sick prior to his death. Julian leaves behind his only daughter, Madison, 25, who he shares with ex wife Brooke Burns. The pair split just a year after she was born. Now the daddy-daughter's last social media engagement has come to light after Madison bagged a role as a yoga teacher in Miami. In a proud grid post in March, she wrote: "Taught my first yoga class today. I guess dreams do come true." The Home and Away alum then replied: "You're awesome!" She then wrote: "No YOU'RE awesome!" The pair often interacted online, with previous touching chat centred on the death of her dog two years ago. SAD LOSS Julian was best known for his starring roles on Nip/Tuck, Fantastic Four, Charmed and FBI: Most Wanted. On Friday, Julian's family announced that he passed away on Wednesday, July 2nd, in Clearwater, Florida, after a private cancer battle. His wife, Kelly McMahon, said in a statement: 'With an open heart, I wish to share with the world that my beloved husband, Julian McMahon, died peacefully this week after a valiant effort to overcome cancer. 'Julian loved life. He loved his family. He loved his friends. He loved his work, and he loved his fans. 'His deepest wish was to bring joy into as many lives as possible. We ask for support during this time to allow our family to grieve in privacy.' Kelly concluded in the heartfelt message she first shared with Deadline: 'And we wish for all of those to whom Julian brought joy, to continue to find joy in life. We are grateful for the memories.' Julian and his third wife, Kelly, tied the knot in 2014 and shared no kids together - although he has a daughter from his second marriage. He was married to Baywatch star Brooke from 1999 until 2001 and welcomed daughter Madison McMahon in 2000. His first marriage was to singer and actress Dannii Minogue, sister of Kylie Minogue, whom he wed in 1994 after meeting on the set of their film, Home and Away, in 1991. Their marriage lasted just a year and a half as he resided in LA to pursue his acting career while she was living in England for music. HIS FINAL POST Julian's last social media post celebrated what would end up being his final film. The actor boasted about his psychological thriller, The Surfer, which co-starred Nicolas Cage and was released earlier this year. He posted a series of promos for the movie after taking a year-long break from Instagram. 9 9 9 9
