This Morning turns car crash minutes into broadcast as red-faced cameraman drops equipment and ITV guest is caught scrolling on their phone
Presenters Cat Deeley, 48, and Ben Shephard, 50, returned to our screens to host the ITV show, and at the start of the instalment, they were keen to share what viewers could expect.
The pair explained one guest joining them on the iconic sofa was actress Jo Joyner, 47, who was there to talk about her new series Little Disasters.
Cat said: 'The gripping psychological series starring the wonderful Jo Joyner, and she's popping in to tell us all about it a little bit later on.'
Ben chimed in: 'She's amazing,' before adding: 'You alright over there Ed?'
Cat asked: 'Ed, are you alright?'

'Little crash landing?,' Ben questioned.
As Cat started to laugh, Ben said to himself: 'Yeah he is okay.'
Talking to Ed, who was out of shot, he added: 'It is a dramatic thriller! I can understand. It's a little collapse on camera two.'
Cat couldn't contain her laughter as she giggled behind her co-host and said: 'He's gone pink!'
That wasn't the only blunder that happened at the start of the episode.
Later on the pair spoke to David Domoney live from his garden in Warwickshire.
Ben was a little confused over Cat's stance and she said told him: 'Just stretching, you know.'
'Tight hips?' Ben questioned.
But Cat told him: 'You know, we can't all be like Men's Health can we?', making reference to his topless magazine cover which was published earlier this week.
The camera showed a wide shot of the studio as the chatted away to each other, and guests radio host Tom Swarbrick, 38, and Baroness Sayeeda Warsi, 54, could be seen sitting at the table.
They regularly appear on the ITV show to discuss the weekly topics and headlines with Cat and Ben.
But Tom clearly didn't realise that he was in the shot because he was seen sitting in the chair while on his mobile.
After a few seconds the shot went back to just Cat and Ben, and he asked her: 'What was that by the way?'
Cat told him: 'That was a bit of "Where's the beach?" I'm just having a stretch.'
As the camera went back to a wide shot, Tom was STILL scrolling on his device.
Ben asked Cat: 'Your hips struggling?'
'I don't know, I don't know,' Cat confessed.
It comes after Ben Shephard barked back at David Walliams as he took a swipe at his topless magazine shoot live on This Morning.
Tuesday's instalment of the ITV show saw the TV star, 53, chat to hosts Ben, 50, and Cat Deeley, 48, about his brand new book The World's Worst Superheroes.
The pair were keen to find out about the characters in the novel, including one called Super Dave.
Ben said to the comedian: 'Some of them are made up and some of them are real... so tell us about actual Super Dave?'
David jokingly said: 'Well Super Dave is a bit like Ben Shephard but without the steroids.'
The comment made Ben and Cat burst into laughter.
Ben sternly told him: 'It's not steroids, David.'
The camera then panned in on David cracking up as his own joke.
Ben added: 'It's just protein.'
David said: 'Protein shakes, that was it.'
Ben showed off his rippling muscles for a striking Men's Health UK cover on Tuesday.

Emmerdale fans blow holes in Owen and John 'suicide' twist
Fans of ITV soap Emmerdale have pointed out some plot holes in the latest part of John Sugden's (Oliver Farnworth) storyline. Last week, John learnt that Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and Tracy Shankley (Amy Walsh) were going to try and work out who killed Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter). Desperate to keep their focus off him, John realised he needed to come up with a plan – and fast. That same day, John was asked to visit Owen Michaels' (Simon Haines) house as part of his work at the surgery. When he arrived, he found Owen – the guy who spiked Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) – unconscious on the sofa. John rushed to call an ambulance, but then realise another problem of his would be solved if he just…let Owen die. In the time it took for Owen's life to slip away, John had created a story that made Owen look like he killed Nate. John wrote a note on Owen's laptop that confessed to murdering Nate, as well as revealing why he did it. He then used antibacterial wipes to clean the laptop, the door handle and Owen's neck, to ensure his fingerprints would be removed from the scene. A few days later, Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) went to check on Owen and found him dead. DS Walsh then arrived, and later told Tracy and Cain that this man killed Nate. It was a twist that left Cain and Tracy stunned. While they have no reason to not believe Walsh, fans of the ITV soap have certainly been struggling, as they noticed multiple plot holes in the scenes that saw John frame Owen, and what followed after. Taking to social media platform X, the point mentioned the most is John's effort to clean his fingerprints from Owen's house. It's possible a post-mortem would've been conducted on Owen after his death, to determine what he had in his system when he died. As a result of this and forensics checking the house, surely they would've noticed someone had cleaned Owen's neck, the laptop, and other areas? And therefore considered that he perhaps did not end his life? 'Did they notice that all the fingerprints on the laptop and Owen's hands had been wiped clean? #Emmerdale', one fan wondered. Another pointed out: 'He didn't seem to have his 'I'm a Medic' over shoulder pack with him that he's usually surgically attached to, just a smaller brown more casual looking bag. Not suss at all that certain areas have been wiped down, whether effective print/DNA wise or not #Emmerdale.' Also on X, audience members noticed that Robert mentioned Owen's confession in the pub…without actually being told about it. 'How did Robert know Owen confessed to killing Nate? Tracey and Cain haven't told anyone; John and Liam just walked in. Plot hole klaxon! #Emmerdale', they highlighted. This week, a suspicious Robert learnt from Owen's brother Steve that they were together in Hull the day Nate died. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? It proved someone else murdered him, but Robert grew frustrated when Steve said he didn't want to tell the police, due to him and Owen attending an illegal job in the city last year. More Trending In upcoming episodes, the theory that John is too good to be true is fuelled for Robert when he learns of the many times he has saved a villager's life. It leaves Robert in with a chance of exposing him but if John works out what's going on, will it end up being someone else? Perhaps it could be Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt), given that he currently has no idea he's talking to John through the mental health charity? Mystery as pundit reveals Harry Redknapp's wife Sandra ‘is in hospital & forced to watch horse racing by ex footie boss'
A RACING commentator says football legend Harry Redknapp's wife has been taken into hospital - where she is watching the racing with her hubby. Matt Chapman wished Sandra well during last night's horseracing coverage on ITV4. 5 5 5 It is not yet known why she was taken to hospital or how serious it is. The news came when Matt was speaking from Great Yarmouth Racecourse about the horse King of Bears, owned by Harry Redknapp, who is 78. He said: 'So, King of Bears, just to say Harry Redknapp will be watching this horse from his hospital bed, but not his bed, his missus Sandra is just being treated in hospital at the moment. 'Sandra, if you're listening in - I think she wanted to watch Emmerdale, but Harry's making her watch this race - I really hope King of Bears runs well. 'He's a character. He could win it, he could finish last, but he gives Jack Doughty a big chance for [trainer] George Scott.' However in the end, the King of Bears didn't win the race. Instead the 7/1 shot placed sixth. Sandra has been married to the former football manager for 57 years now. The pair were just 17 when they got together, and just three weeks ago on their anniversary he said: 'Where does the time go? I would be lost without you Sandra.' Harry and Sandra, both 78, literally wrote the book on marriage, publishing: "When Harry Met Sandra: Our Story' in 2022. With a date in the Two Puddings pub in East London in 1963, they soon married and had two children, Mark and Jamie, and grandchildren. Their relationship hit the public eye when Harry's adoration for his wife was seen shortly before he won I'm A Celebrity. On This Morning, revealing the secrets to a happy marriage, Harry said in 2022: 'You meet somebody, and you fall in love, and we just never fell out of love. "We just have a great time together and we love each other's company.' It comes after Redknapp was left stunned after a 50ft trimaran slammed into the garden of his brand new Sandbanks mansion. The £250,000 triple hulled racing boat was swept into the north shore of Millionaire's Row in strong winds. The four crew members were able to safely step off but the boat - Three Cheers - got wedged under the pontoon. Poole lifeboat and coastguard were called out to assist but the crew ended up calling a local recovery company to remove the boat. Harry and Sandra Redknapp 's new Italianate villa has been built on the Sandbanks waterfront. The couple paid £7m for a 60-year-old house that stood on the plot before demolishing it and building the dream home in its place. Luxury properties on the edges of the peninsula have gardens running down to the water and private jetties with direct access to Poole Harbour. Last week, it was reported that Redknapp is on the brink of signing for I'm A Celebrity All Stars. The popular former Spurs boss, 78, is set for another monster pay day after reportedly earning £500,000 on 2018's main series. Gemma Collins is also on the verge of landing a mega-deal — reputed to be over £150,000 — to appear in the South Africa-based series, despite quitting 2014's main show after just three days. All Stars will be filmed this autumn and go out in the New Year. A source said: 'It's going to be a real coup. " Harry is TV gold and was first on the list of wannabe celebrity contestants.' Harry's fee will have to go some to match Coleen Rooney (2024) and Nigel Farage (2023), who were said to have each earned £1.5million by appearing on the main series. In 2016, Redknapp confessed he smashed his wife's ankle by running over her in his Range Rover. Witnesses to the mishap that landed Sandra in hospital said her foot got trapped in a door as he drove off. But as the ex-footie boss fetched her home following surgery, he revealed that he had misjudged how far she had crossed a road after dropping her at shops. Embarrassed Redknapp said: 'I thought she'd crossed. 'As I went to drive off, I drove over her ankle, basically. She fell head first into the road. It has made a mess of her ankle.' 5 5 Born Sandra Harris, she first met her future husband at the age of 17 at a local pub, when Harry Redknapp was also just 17. The couple tied the knot on June 30, 1968 at Barking Abbey church and since then she has been by Harry's side supporting him with his successful football career both on and off the pitch. After they met at the pub, the couple tied the knot four years later in 1967. Harry Redknapp has stated during his time in the jungle that he has never ironed his own shirt, cooked or cleaned for himself through their marriage. The former football manager revealed that he has never had a row with his better half - but has accidentally ran over her foot in the past.
