Iran's nuclear rights affirm enemy failure, says Abdulsalam

Saba Yemen24-06-2025
Sana'a – Saba:
Head of the national negotiating delegation Mohammed Abdulsalam on Tuesday asserted that Iran's steadfast 12-day confrontation, waged with immense strength, resilience, capability, and significant sacrifices, is the price of its unwavering will for independence, freedom, and principled stance on the Palestinian issue.
In a post on X, Abdulsalam explained that the daily and devastating missile strikes on the Zionist entity marked a glorious chapter in Iran's history.
He highlighted Iran as the first Islamic nation to confront an enemy heavily armed with the latest Western weaponry using its own arsenal.
Abdulsalam noted that the conflict was not just against Israel, which he described as an advanced American base, but also against the U.S. and other Western nations that aligned with the aggressors.
Abdulsalam pointed out that Iran's retention of its peaceful nuclear rights and its principled positions underscore the enemy's failure to achieve its declared objectives.
He stressed that the crimes committed against Iran's scientific and military personnel, alongside the bombing of various facilities, will not deter Iran from its legitimate rights.
"Iran's heroic resistance against the Israeli enemy aggression has given the Arab and Islamic nation hope in the possibility of confronting this enemy and refusing to succumb to its terms," the head of the national delegation stated.
He added, "It conveyed a strong message that the region will not be violated without a price, and that "Israel" is incapable of fighting any battle without American support."
Abdulsalam concluded by emphasizing that the sovereignty and restoration of dignity for regional countries depend on abandoning internal disputes and uniting on common ground.
He urged them to recognize that they are all threatened by an entity that the U.S. intends to use as a "heavy stick" to strike any nation aspiring for strength, dignity, and independence.

OCHA warns of continued Israeli attacks on displaced, starving civilians in Gaza

New York – SABA: The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has warned of the continued Israeli attacks directly targeting tents and schools sheltering displaced persons in the Gaza Strip, as well as civilians attempting to access food aid, resulting in large numbers of casualties. In its latest report issued on Friday, OCHA stated that more than 714,000 people—about one-third of Gaza's population—have been displaced in the past three months alone, amid escalating aggression and a deepening humanitarian catastrophe. The report also warned of imminent fuel shortages, threatening to shut down life-saving services such as intensive care units and water production, with catastrophic consequences for patients and healthcare facilities. It further noted that the lack of fuel has forced child protection workers to travel on foot, causing dangerous delays in emergency responses and increasing risks for separated and unaccompanied children. In the occupied West Bank, OCHA reported that settlers carried out nearly 740 attacks targeting over 200 Palestinian communities during the first half of 2025, resulting in 340 Palestinian injuries and widespread property damage. June 2025 recorded the highest number of injuries in two decades, with 95 Palestinians injured by settlers—an average of three per day. OCHA also documented a mass demolition operation by Israeli forces in the Tel al-Khashaba pastoral community in the Jordan Valley, which led to the displacement of five Palestinian families. This marks the third mass demolition in the community since the beginning of the year. Meanwhile, the Israeli army issued demolition orders for 104 structures inside the Tulkarm refugee camp, further threatening already vulnerable populations. 'Israel' exploits aid centers in Gaza to recruit informants

GAZA, July 04 (YPA) – The true objectives of the fake aid centers that established by the US-Israeli occupation in Gaza has been revealed day after day, in addition to turning them into death traps. The occupation forces has exploited the center to recruit and meet with informants, smuggle drugs, and implicate some young people, bringing them down and assigning them to espionage missions. According to what Al Jazeera reported, quoting a senior security official in the Hamas movement, the Israeli intelligence services have been exploiting aid points in the Gaza Strip to carry out security activities, recruit collaborators, meet with them, and smuggle large quantities of drugs. According to the security official, attempts to smuggle spying equipment and modern phones to spies carrying out dangerous security missions were thwarted. 'We arrested spies who were tasked with smuggling large quantities of drugs from intelligence officers within the aid team,' the official added. 'The drugs are used to frame young people, bring them down, link them to security, and assign them espionage missions.' He called on some local companies not to be involved in the occupation's scheme and legitimize its crimes. Earlier in the day, the Gaza-based Ministry of Interior and National Security warned against dealing, cooperating, or interacting, directly or indirectly, with the American organization called the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) or its local agents or those outside the Gaza Strip.
