Dosed and dazed by a poison dart shot into his neck by the 'Ye'iitsoh,' Joe woke to find himself in what Margaret the blind Listening Woman described as the Yellow World. Joe was rightly confused by his whereabouts, and McClarnon's face reflected the discomfiting aimlessness Joe felt. As did the gravel in his voice as he explained to Jake that his girlfriend's mutilated heart was beyond repair. … Once an inconsolable Jake asked him why he couldn't save Leah, all bets were off. Robby was done for. … [Wyle] warned us that it was all leading up to this moment, but we never could have predicted the extent to which Robby would unravel.' Olivia Munn Says Paparazzi Comments Made Her Pull Out Eyelashes While Dating Chris Pine
Olivia Munn is opening up about a struggle that's impacted both her physical and mental health. The Your Friends & Neighbors star, 44, recently reflected on her longtime battle with trichotillomania-a hair-pulling disorder that she says first surfaced during the early part of her rise to Hollywood fame. "There's a sensation. It's probably not even real," Munn shared on the June 30 episode of Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard podcast. "But I'll feel like, 'Oh, this eyelash feels like it's gonna come out,' even though it's not. And then when you pull it, there's a quick second of pain. And then there's a satisfaction... and then immediate regret." The Mayo Clinic defines trichotillomania as a mental health disorder involving "repeated, irresistible urges to pull out hair from your scalp, eyebrows or other areas of your body," which for Munn, meant her eyelashes. The Emmy-nominated actress, who first opened up about her struggle with the disorder in 2012, says her symptoms began over a decade ago, around the time she was dating Star Trek actor Chris Pine. The pair were briefly linked between late 2009 and early 2010. "So there was a paparazzi shot of he and I, and it was the first time I was in the tabloids," she recalled. In the now-viral photos, taken outside of Pine's Los Angeles home, Munn is seen leaving his place in a vintage prom dress she'd borrowed from The Daily Show costume department. "I asked for the ugliest dress they had," Munn quipped. "They found this blue old prom dress with big pom-poms on the side. I thought, 'Let's see if I can make it onto the worst best-dressed list.' And then I did! I couldn't believe it worked." While she can look back on the moment and laugh now, the scrutiny that followed was harder to shake. "I read the comments. And they were like, 'I think she set this up. Who's carrying a clutch during the day?'" she said. "That began my trichotillomania." While she didn't share where she's at with the mental health disorder now, Munn did reveal that she and Pine, 44, have remained close over the years-and even recently crossed paths again at the SNL 50 anniversary celebration. "He is amazing," Munn gushed. "We were in the airport lounge together afterward, and it was so great to catch up. He's just the best." These days, Munn is busy juggling her career while being a mom of two. She and husband John Mulaney are parents to 3-year-old son Malcolm and 9-month-old daughter Méi. Is ‘The Bear' season 5 happening? What we know after the finale
FX on Hulu's dramedy "The Bear" returned for its fourth season with a feast of ten brand-new episodes on Thursday, June 25, and it left fans of the acclaimed hit on a bit of a cliffhanger — can The Bear (the restaurant) go on without the Bear (the chef)? Yes, the final episode of season four (it goes without saying, but spoilers ahead, folks!) saw Jeremy Allen White's Carmen "Carmy" Berzatto — the perpetually brooding but preternaturally talented chef at the help of the show's chaotic but ambitious restaurant — announced his decision to step away from The Bear, leaving it in the hands of its capable chef de cuisine Sydney Adamu (Ayo Edebiri). To the shock of both Sydney, Cousin Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) and sister Natalie (Abby Elliot), Carmy reveals that he's lost his joy for cooking and is happy to transfer his ownership stake in the restaurant to the three of them. It's a decision that's been brewing all season, but while it provides much-needed catharsis for Carmy, it does seemingly leave the future of not only The Bear, the restaurant, but "The Bear," the show, up in the air. Will we get more "The Bear" or, as Uncle Jimmy's (Oliver Platt) clock menacingly counted down all season long, has time run out? As of press time, FX on Hulu has not announced a fifth-season pick-up of the Emmy-winning show. (For reference, seasons 3 and 4 were filmed back-to-back, with the fourth installment greenlit while the third was already in production.) Back in July 2024, FX chairman John Landgraf spoke about the show's post-season 4 future, saying: "We really don't know," per Variety. "These decisions are really creative decisions," he continued. "It's about how much more story does [creator Christopher Storer] have to tell? I mean, obviously, I'm hoping he has more ... You just have to follow the creative." That does sound positive, with Storer getting new episodes should he want them, but the real question is how the powers that be are going to wrangle its increasingly booked-and-busy cast members for a fifth installment of the show. Ebon Moss-Bachrach is going the superhero route, making his Marvel debut as Ben Grimm, aka The Thing, in "The Fantastic Four: First Steps." And Ayo Edebiri has a live-action "Barney" movie, an Apple TV Plus rom-com series ("Prodigies") and a Luca Guadagnino film, "After the Hunt," with Julia Roberts. It's quite a packed calendar for "The Bear" cast. However, the principal actors are contractually obligated to return, should a fifth season get announced. How Lauren Sánchez's Kids Were Involved In The Bezos Wedding
Unless you've been hiding under a rock over the past few months, you're probably very familiar with the name Lauren Sánchez — or Lauren Sánchez Bezos, as she is now called. Lauren married Amazon founder Jeff Bezos last week at a star-studded wedding in Venice, attended by everyone from Oprah to Usher. And while her name's been in a lot of headlines this year, you may not know much about Lauren, aside from her marriage to Jeff and her recent trip to space with Katy Perry. So, Lauren is an Emmy-winning former journalist who's worked for outlets like Fox Sports Net and Extra. She's also a licensed helicopter pilot and, in 2016, became the first woman to own an aerial film production company, Black Ops Aviation. Away from her professional life, Lauren is a mom to three children. She shares her oldest son, 24-year-old Nikko, with her ex-boyfriend, former NFL player Tony Gonzalez. Nikko graduated from college last year and is already beginning to step into the limelight. In 2024, he made his runway debut in Milan, walking in Dolce & Gabbana's Fall/Winter menswear show. After Lauren and Tony broke up, she married Patrick Whitesell, a Hollywood talent agent, in 2005. They welcomed two kids together: 19-year-old Evan and 17-year-old Ella. Now, in an exclusive interview about the wedding with Vogue, Lauren shared some insight into her close relationship with her children as she discussed their involvement in the nuptials ahead of the big day. In a departure from tradition, the interview revealed plans for Evan and Nikko to walk their mom down the aisle, wearing Dolce and Gabbana suits to match Lauren's D&G gown. The writer, Chloe Malle, noted that Lauren was 'tearing up' while envisioning the moment. And her sons weren't the only ones in suits. Lauren shared that her daughter, Ella, also opted to wear a suit while carrying out her maid of honor duties. 'Ella's original; she beats to her own drum,' Lauren said. 'She had never had a fitting before, and she loved it. She's going to look amazing. It has been the most fun dressing all the kids.'
