The Kansas City Chiefs are no longer the offense that puts up points for fun with Patrick Mahomes throwing for 300+ yards and multiple touchdowns per game, but that doesn't mean they aren't entertaining.

Yes, how the offense has performed in the past couple of seasons may seem dull, but they have won back-to-back Super Bowls and been to a third in three years.
But as we enter the 2025 season, some are a little turned off by the Chiefs playing to their defense, and Mahomes and Andy Reid doing "just" enough to get by.
However, for USA Today's Michael Middlehurst-Schwartz, in ranking all 32 offenses by entertainment value, he has the Chiefs high, at No. 5.
"Regardless of how often he is able to pull off the otherworldly plays he became synonymous with, Patrick Mahomes remains on a singular plane in the NFL when it comes to tilting games in his favor," Middlehurst-Schwartz writes.

"Travis Kelce, meanwhile, shouldn't be expected to merely fade away in the twilight of his career despite last year's relatively modest statistical output. More importantly, the return of Rashee Rice and Marquise "Hollywood" Brown unquestionably will alter the complexion of the offense for the better, even if protection questions remain after a reshuffling of the left side of the offensive line."

Any team that has Mahomes on it will always be must-watch TV, given his ability to always make "the" play in the biggest moments, coupled with his uncanny knack for producing "what the hell did he just do" moments rather regularly.
Many think the Chiefs in 2025 will be one of the teams to fall off the proverbial cliff, given the dynasty has lasted so long. But make no mistake, as KC fans debate these rankings … the Chiefs will still have a lot of eyeballs on their games, with Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Rashee Rice, and Xavier Worthy as the big quartet.

The Chiefs might not be the swashbuckling offense we used to see, but they aren't any less entertaining.

It's only a matter of time before these Black women AI influencers are used by companies and brands to drive the newest trends. This article explores the newest iteration of Black women's talent, culture, and influence being extracted for gain and what can be done to combat the latest version of digital Blackface. Black women face a concrete ceiling that makes career advancement more challenging. According to April 2025 data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Black women had the most significant job losses of any demographic. Research reveals that Black women face widening and persistent disparities in the influencer industry. In one 2023 study, two Stanford researchers found evidence that influencers of color earn less than white influencers and that influencers of color are less likely to receive monetary compensation from brands compared to their white counterparts. More legislation is desperately needed, but the laws never seem to catch up with the pace of the technological advances. While the AI image market is now pretty crowded, Midjourney was one of the first to do it, turning words into images years ago. But since then, the company has fallen behind, being outpaced by a variety of competitors. This was most evident in the development of AI video generation. The technology has blown up in recent months, seeing huge improvements from companies like Google and OpenAI. While Midjourney has been quiet on this front for a long time, it finally launched its first video generator. However, while others push boundaries, competing to offer the most advanced package, Midjourney's first attempt at a video generator was surprisingly limited. There is no ability to prompt for the video, only to add images — either your own or ones you've made with Midjourney. While audio isn't common in video generators yet, it's missing from Midjourney's tool However, despite these limitations, in my time using Midjourney's video generator so far, it has quickly become one of my favorites. Midjourney has always stood out in the world of AI generation for one good reason. Where the likes of ChatGPT and Gemini are designed to create lifelike images and videos, Midjourney is hyper-focused on creativity. Before you even use it, you need to rank hundreds of images, giving the model an idea of your style preferences. These preferences can be turned on or off, but with the personalization on, image and video results are clearly pushed to styles that fit me. While you can't directly prompt for a video, the process is isn't much more complicated. After creating an image on Midjourney, you'll have the option to 'animate' the image. This can be done automatically, allowing the AI to choose what happens in the video, either with low or high motion. Or you can manually choose what happens. This turns Midjourney into a similar version of an AI video generator as the big competitors… just with a few extra steps to get there. You can also upload your own images, turning those into videos. Despite some big concerns around copyright right now, Midjourney has also put a strong emphasis on avoiding deepfakes. It won't edit images of real people and is surprisingly unwilling to create something that might resemble celebrity figures. The video generation from Midjourney is clearly designed for the same group as the image generator. It's built for people wanting to make creative projects or design things that are clearly separate from real life. Scroll through Midjourney's explore page and you'll be greeted by moving comic book strips, anime fights and stylised car chases. Midjourney also seems to have put a lot of work into its prompt understanding. Previously, the model would struggle to create good results without incredibly specific details. Now, it works in a similar way to the likes of ChatGPT, able to create images and videos from short descriptions. From the short time I've used it so far, I've got high hopes for Midjourney's video generator. They have warned that prices could change as they test the model so now is a great time to give it a go.
