TRNSMT festival kicks off today with 150,000 people due to descend on Glasgow Green for a weekend of music.
Across three days some of the biggest name acts in music - from 50 Cent to Biffy Clyro - will take to stages in the city park to blast out their hits.

Shereen shares her tips
And the Gods must be smiling on organisers as the sun is due to be splitting the skies for the fest.
But hot weather means revellers need to be careful, with exposure to sun and long days of partying not always a good mix.
Thankfully Shereen Cutkelvin, who is fronting BBC Scotland's coverage of the event, has some top tips to get through the musical extravaganza unscathed.
Originally from Lanark, Shereen is a former member of the girl group Neon Jungle and was a semi-finalist on The X Factor.
Last year, she made her debut presenting TRNSMT for BBC Scotland, taking over from Edith Bowman.
She'll be bringing viewers interviews, standout performances and highlights across all three days, featuring global stars and rising talent from the music scene.
She said: "I'm absolutely buzzing to be back hosting BBC Scotland's coverage of the festival – let's go!"
Here are Shereen's five festival survival tips.
KEEP IT CLEAN
She says: "Number one is bringing wipes and hand sanitiser.
"You gotta stay clean in those toilet cabins."

BE PREPARED
While the weather is supposed to be nice, Shereen says Scotland is always unpredictable.
The presenter added: "Number two is bring a poncho because it's Glasgow, it's probably going to rain.
DON'T MISS OUT
TRNSMT is a breeding ground for new talent - and Shereen says it's a good chance to see the big names before they are famous.
She says: "Number three, get to the BBC introducing stage quick because there's going to be some amazing up-and-coming artists you don't want to miss.
HOTTING UP
While she's warning that the rain may appear, you also have to be ready for some high temperatures with the mercury set to hit 28C.
Shereen says: "Number four is take SPF. You gotta stay protected.
"And the sunshine's actually going to be out this weekend so that is a plus."
CASH IS KING
Finally, the star says it's always good to have some real, cash money with you.
She added: "Number five is take out some extra cash and stash it, like in a bum bag or something.
"You gotta stay prepped, stay ready and you never know when you're going to need some cash."

EXCLUSIVE: BBC bosses are bringing back the game show Hole In The Wall after a successful pilot and have drafted in This Morning star Alison Hammond to present the reboot BBC game show Hole In The Wall will be returning for a new series fronted by Alison Hammond. The Beeb has given it the green light after a successful pilot, we can reveal. Previously hosted by Dale Winton, with Strictly Come Dancing star Anton Du Beke later taking over, Alison has been drafted in to present the reboot. It originally aired from 2008 to 2009 and featured celebrities trying to fit through moving wall cut-outs to avoid being pushed into a pool of water. This Morning and Great British Bake Off star Alison, 50, impressed in the pilot. A source said: 'Alison made a splash in the pilot so it was a no-brainer for bosses. 'It's the perfect fit for her. It's fun, exciting and doesn't take itself too seriously - just like Alison.' It will be filmed later this year and air in 2026. Hole In The Wall is based on a Japanese format and sees shiny lycra-clad celebrities try to squeeze through odd-shaped holes in a moving wall. The wall is activated by the presenter shouting: 'Bring on the wall!' Each week, two teams of television personalities competed for £10,000 in prize money to be donated to their chosen charity. It's the latest telly job for in demand star Alison. She became the new face of For the Love of Dogs following the death of Paul O'Grady and currently presents ITV 's This Morning on a Friday with co-host Dermot O'Leary. She is also a team captain on Rob Beckett's Smart TV for Sky. Alison is fast becoming the BBC's golden girl with a number of shows on the channel. Earlier this year her new travel series: Florida Unpacked, went out on BBC Two. It saw her travel the US state with son Aidan, 20. She also fronted her own celebrity interview show, Alison Hammond's Big Weekend, which saw her get under the skin of well known names like Lenny Henry, Little Mix 's Perrie Edwards and Spice Girl Mel B. This comes after Alison and her son Aidan made their debut on Celebrity Gogglebox last week, a few months after he revealed some heartbreaking details about his childhood. The 20-year-old DJ recalled he used to run away from home and seek solace at his nan's house when things at home with his mum Alison, 50, got too much. Alison and her ex-partner – Noureddine Boufaied, a taxi driver from Manchester – separated in 2014, when Aidan was nine, and the youngster spent most of his time living with his telly star mum in Birmingham. The mother-and-son duo now enjoy a close bond – and have worked together on BBC travelogue Alison Hammond 's Florida Unpacked and now Channel 4 's Celebrity Gogglebox. Earlier this year, Aidan revealed how much he and his mum benefited from having his maternal grandma, Maria, living close by, especially when things were difficult at home. 'She had a house pretty much opposite us, so we could literally leave and run across the road,' he said. 'So when my mum was doing my head in, I'd just go to my nan's.' A few weeks after her death, Alison wrote a moving tribute on her Instagram page, which said, 'Thank you, Mummy, for giving me the strength to move forward in the knowledge that you're OK and with God in Heaven now. I will always remember you and try and make you proud. I love you, Mum.' Aidan described himself, his mum and his nan as 'a little trio', and said they 'were very close all the time'. While Alison is now loved-up with Russian massage therapist David Putman, some 20 years her junior, she has previously admitted she felt like she had 'failed' when she broke up with Aidan's father.

JOHN MCENROE called for a Wimbledon rule change live on BBC TV. The seven-time Grand Slam champion is never afraid to make his feelings clear in his role as a pundit. 6 And he did exactly that before the ladies' singles final on Centre Court. Iga Swiatek and Amanda Anisimova prepared to make the famous walk along the corridor and out on to the famous lawn to the packed 15,000 iconic stadium. But the Polish star, 24, did so wearing her over-ear headphones. Swiatek revealed she listens to classic rock bands before matches to psych herself up. However, McEnroe wants players to be forced to take in the moment and the atmosphere by having headphones banned when stepping out for a Wimbledon final. The no-nonsense BBC pundit, 66, said: "They shouldn't allow them to wear AirPods or headphones because you have got to get them to enjoy this instead of playing some music. Wynne Evans becomes partner in new west Wales restaurant
Recently axed from the BBC following his Strictly Come Dancing 'inappropriate language' controversy, Wynne, 53, is capitalising on his Celebrity MasterChef success of 2023 to showcase his culinary skills in his birthplace town. He's become a partner in The Welsh House in Carmarthen, a recently-opened restaurant and bar focusing on Welsh cuisine and hospitality. Wynne has been a supporter of The Welsh House ever since it opened in Carmarthen last October. (Image: The Welsh House) It will also be the headquarters of his new independent radio show, which launched last month. Wynne has close links with Pembrokeshire, and recently was welcomed to the 50th anniversary celebrations of Tenby Male Choir, of which he is president. This coming September, he is set to take to the stage at the 25th Narberth Food Festival as the headline guest chef. The establishment will get a name-change to 'The Welsh House by Wynne' and the renowned opera singer promises he'll be serving up MasterChef dishes on the menu. Announcing the new partnership, The Welsh House – which also has branches in Cardiff, Swansea and Neath - said: 'We're thrilled to welcome Wynne Evans, iconic Welsh opera singer, presenter and Go Compare legend as a new partner in our Carmarthen family! Wynne was the BBC's Celebrity MasterChef champion in 2023.
