The catfishing scandal that may have played a role in rocker Tommy Lee and his wife Brittany Furlan's recent split has allegedly taken a serious turn — with potential legal consequences.
Ronnie Radke, the singer that Brittany allegedly believed she was chatting with online, spoke with TMZ on Tuesday about how law enforcement is now involved in the bizarre dispute.
The 41-year-old Falling in Reverse frontman opened up about the dispute outside the Beachwood Cafe in Los Angeles after he previously denied that he was part of the social media interactions between Brittany, 38, and a TikTok account allegedly posing as him.
Ronnie claimed in the new interview that the alleged catfishing incident has seriously escalated, as the FBI are now looking into it.
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives to Lee and Furlan for comment.
Radke also alleged on Tuesday that multiple women had been conversing with the account that was posing as him, suggesting a larger scheme that was initially known.

The singer (pictured) also alleged the multiple women have claimed to have conversed with a TikTok count that allegedly impersonated him in conversations with Brittany
'I just don't want people getting tricked and dupes, and so the FBI is now involved,' he said.
Radke claimed that whoever ran the fake TikTok account had committed a 'felony,' and he added that it was 'pretty serious.'
When he was asked if he had any knowledge that an account may have been impersonating him, he admitted to seeing multiple 'Ronnie Radke accounts' on social media sites, but he said he didn't put much stock in them.
'It's very obvious that [the accounts are] not — you can obviously tell that [they are] not real,' he said, explaining that the possibility that an account with his name was sophisticated enough to fool Brittany had taken him by surprise.
Ronnie admitted that he first learned of the scandal when he received a 'very upset' message from Tommy Lee, but he thought the drummer was just 'pranking' him at first.
Although he told Tommy, 62, that he wasn't behind the account, he said the hair metal rocker was 'adamant' that he was responsible, so he began investigating the account on his own.
He claimed that he learned that a handful of women may have been duped by the account, and he claimed that one woman 'flew from Canada to Indianapolis' as the result of deception, though it's unclear exactly how he may have acquired that information.
The performer added that the 'crazy thing' about the whole scheme is that he has allegedly 'never spoken' to Brittany in his life.

He said he learned of the scandal via messages from Tommy, who was 'adamant' that he was behind the TikTok account. Ironically, he claimed to be a huge fan of the drummer and his band, Mötley Crüe
Radke claimed he had since learned that a handful of other women may have been duped by the account. He also clarified that he is 'not attracted' to Furlan and isn't looking to cozy up to her now that she and Lee are separated
He admitted to contacting her recently, but only after she had claimed that he was the person behind the account and accused him of being 'obsessed' with her.
But Ronnie added that he 'feel[s] bad' for everyone who may have been swept up by a fake account.
'I just don't want to be called obsessed by someone I don't even know,' before declaring, 'I feel bad for Tommy. I f***ing love Tommy.'
'I'm a huge fan of f***ing Mötley Crüe and Tommy,' he declared, before offering apologies to the drummer.
Ronnie added that he wanted to 'prove' that he wasn't involved in the catfishing scandal, and he said he had already send in some evidence to the FBI to assist in their investigation, though he didn't share what those details were.
As he tried to get into his Cybertruck to drive away, Ronnie was asked if he had any interest in Tommy's estranged wife after their split, but he bluntly declared: 'I'm not attracted to Brittany.'
Earlier this week, Brittany took to social media to explain give her side of really happened between her and her husband — and how it involved a wild catfishing scandal and Radke.
The Motley Crue rocker and Furlan reportedly split after six years of marriage due to the rocker's drinking problem.

In a shocking TikTok video released on Friday, Furlan revealed she had been the victim of catfishing
The influencer told her fans she had been duped and harassed by someone posing as Falling In Reverse frontman Radke, 41, above, who vehemently denies the claims
While sources told TMZ it was 'unclear' if a divorce filing was in the near future, Lee unfollowed Furlan on Instagram amid their ongoing drama and the content creator has been living in a hotel.
Then, in a shocking TikTok video released on Friday, Furlan revealed she had been the victim of catfishing. The influencer told her fans she had been duped and harassed by someone posing as Falling In Reverse frontman Radke, 41.
'I told my husband everything,' the former Vine star announced. 'I said, "I've been talking to whoever I thought this was on Snapchat, he says it's not him. Cool, whatever,"' Furlan said.
Radke then denied on social media that he ever spoke to Furlan on Snapchat while claiming he ignored her many Instagram direct messages.
In Furlan's original message, she said she was a 'good person,' although she quickly added, 'I'm not a good person for talking to someone while I'm married, [but] I've been going through a lot in my marriage. No excuse, [so] I come clean to my husband.'
She explained that she realized she might not be speaking to the real Radke when she showed up to his old house and he didn't come out.
However, she also asked the real Radke to leave her alone and stop posting about the catfish situation, writing in her TikTok caption: 'I've had enough. He's been harassing me for two weeks. He's been sent three cease and desists and has not listened. For the final time - leave me alone Ronnie.'
She hit out at the claims she was 'stalking' Radke and maintained that her Instagram messages where harmless. 'Go to any of my husband's friends' [profiles], I like all their s**t because I'm supportive,' she said.
Radke shared a video and said it was 'altered' and sent on Snapchat with the voice changed. He also played the original video, where he was next to his girlfriend and bird on his balcony
Radke shared messages from a woman who goes by Alexa Starr. Starr posted an X (formerly Twitter) thread and claimed she had been talking to the same Snapchat user
'I message f***ing everybody. I'm in everybody's DMs all the time, girls, guys [and] whatever. I love people,' she said about sending him multiple messages he didn't respond to, before announcing: 'You're not special.'
Lee also weighed in with a cryptic 'Whose been catfished?' Instagram Story on Friday.
Then, Radke began sharing his own insight into the wild catfishing scandal, sharing multiple posts with his 351,000 followers. Radke, who was previously arrested for domestic violence and has struggled with drug addiction, consistently denied that he was the one speaking to Furlan on Snapchat and explained it wasn't his real account - and if it was, he would have had more views and followers.
He said he was going to 'clear this up for a final time, because Brittany seems to keep posting implying that I'm the catfish she thinks I'm obsessed with her guys. What a delusional, delusional woman.'
He then showed messages Brittany allegedly sent saying he had been 'obsessed' with her 'for years' as well as messages he's received from Tommy Lee. Both said their lawyers are involved.
Radke shared messages from a woman who goes by Alexa Starr. Starr posted an X (formerly Twitter) thread and claimed she had been talking to the same Snapchat user. Starr received raunchy messages from the person behind the account.
'I'm not here to attack anymore,' Radke said in response to Furlan's video. 'I don't care about your infidelity with your husband, that is none of my business,' he continued. 'I have done nothing wrong.'
Radke declared he's never responded to Furlan's multiple messages, followed her back, or liked any of her pictures.
Radke shared messages from the other woman who had been catfished by the fake version of him, who spent $2,000 on plane tickets and got a 'Ronnie is daddy' tattoo on her leg for the man she thought she was speaking to
He shared a video and said it was 'altered' and sent on Snapchat with the voice changed. He also played the original video, where he was next to his girlfriend and bird on his balcony.
Radke split from wrestler girlfriend Saraya Bevis, formerly known as WWE star Paige, in January 2025. He has since seemingly moved on with musician and model Dana Dentata.
Radke said 'the same account' was talking to 'a different girl' and found it 'notable to share.' He shared screenshots of the account talking to another woman and called it 'irrefutable evidence' that it wasn't him.
Radke shared messages from the other woman who had been catfished by the fake version of him, who spent $2,000 on plane tickets and got a 'Ronnie is daddy' tattoo on her leg for the man she thought she was speaking to.
'That's the third account of a girl... that all have been catfished by this person,' he told his followers.

Mum is left horrified by Virgin passenger's 'inappropriate' five-word request to three-year-old daughter as they boarded flight
A Virgin airlines customer has revealed the shocking moment a stranger tapped her three-year-old daughter on the shoulder and delivered a chilling warning. Emma Darrouzet and her family were traveling from Brisbane to Port Douglas when her daughter was approached by a fellow Virgin Australia passenger. The mum and her daughter, Odette, were 'at the airport, about to get on a plane for a family holiday' when the incident took place. 'As I was standing to check my bag in, a lady tapped my three-year-old daughter on the shoulder and said, 'Hello, I hope you know you need to be quiet on the airplane',' she said in a TikTok. In the video, Ms Darrouzet asks Odette if she was approached by a 'silly lady', to which the little girl nods her head. The artist told Yahoo Lifestyle she was 'taken aback' by the exchange and her daughter had been left frightened. She told the woman her daughter has flown before and 'knows what to do on a plane'. Ms Darrouzet went through security and met up with her husband and two other children, but was later shocked to see the woman queuing up for the same plane. @ Ummm… can we talk about airport etiquette for a second? 😡 Today at the bag drop, a random woman actually walked up and touched my kid, bent down low, and said right to her face that she needed to be quiet on the plane. First of all, WHO touches a stranger's child? Second, Odie is literally the dream flyer, headphones on, iPad, chilling. She wasn't even making a sound at the time. I was honestly SHOOK. The woman knew she crossed a line too because she bolted before I could even say anything. Like… what would you have said? Because I'm still ready to rehearse my clapback in the shower tonight. 😂 Is it controversial to say: Don't. Touch. Other. People's. Kids. Ever. #airport #donttouch #travelgram ♬ original sound - Emma Darrouzet Art 'It was completely out of line,' the mum and artist said. The incident divided viewers with some insisting airlines consider child-free flights, while others declared that those who travel without children have the 'right to a peaceful' journey. 'I would never say it out loud, but that's all we're hoping for, a tantrum free flight,' one commented. 'There needs to be a section on all airplanes where all the children and their parents sit with sound proof walls so the rest of us can enjoy a peaceful flight,' another shared. 'No this woman is not a silly lady because we all have the right to a peaceful, quiet flight,' a third said. However, others were horrified at the female passenger approached a three-year-old regardless of her intention. 'I'm a childless adult, so I do enjoy my quiet. However, having some random approach a child and make veiled threats is 100 per cent unacceptable and would be a serious issue for me,' one argued. 'She's going to be quiet or what? What are you doing to do if she's not quiet?' 'Regardless of what she said, a stranger touching my child and/or telling them what to do is a hard no from me,' another agreed. Someone else wrote: 'She walked up to a completely silent child, touched a random kid she doesn't know, and told them to be quiet on the plane. 'All while said child is standing there quietly. I'd knock her out.' Australian airlines do not offer child-free options for flights, but it's been over 10 years since Asian carriers Scoot and AirAsia introduced child-free cabins. The 'ScootinSilence' seats are located towards the front of the aircraft, giving passengers the option to book a seat in a child-free area where travellers under the age of 12 are banned. AirAsia offers a child-free zone, located in the first seven rows of economy class, on some of its flights to China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Australia and Nepal.

Tennis pro Ben Shelton's feisty girlfriend who blasted BBC over famous dad
Ben Shelton's girlfriend hit out at the BBC for their commentary during her boyfriend's Wimbledon game after they called her the wrong name and mentioned her estranged father American tennis pro Ben Shelton has been making waves at Wimbledon - but it's his girlfriend Trinity Rodman who's stolen the spotlight after taking aim at the BBC for repeatedly getting her name wrong during coverage of his matches. Trinity, a US football star, was courtside at the All England Club to cheer on her boyfriend when BBC commentator Andrew Castle called her 'Tiffany' multiple times and referred to her famous father, NBA legend Dennis Rodman. Trinity didn't hold back, taking to Instagram to set the record straight. 'For those who don't know... my name is TRINITY, not Tiffany. Also... my dad's not even in MY life, no need to bring him up during HIS matches... Thank you,' she wrote to her 600,000 followers. Ben, 22, and Trinity, 23, went public with their relationship in March this year, sharing a cosy selfie on Instagram after weeks of playful back-and-forth on TikTok. 'Shooters shoot I guess,' Trinity wrote in the comments after Ben posted a snap of her planting a kiss on his cheek in a lift mirror. "I feel like, you know, posting your girlfriend on Instagram is a more normal thing," Ben told the Post. "I guess because of who it is, is why people went nuts a little bit. But yeah, kinda crazy how much it did blow up… and I realised, 'Wow, people care about my life that much.' But yeah, [we're] happy for sure." Since then, the pair have been spotted supporting each other across the world, from tennis tournaments in Europe to Trinity's US national team fixtures. Trinity, a striker for Washington Spirit and the US Women's National Team, is the youngest-ever player to be drafted into the National Women's Soccer League and helped her country to gold at the Paris Olympics last summer. But she's made it clear she wants to be recognised for her own achievements rather than as 'Dennis Rodman's daughter'. Her father, once one of basketball's biggest names, has had little involvement in her life. Shelton, meanwhile, is one of tennis's brightest stars and has already reached Grand Slam semi-finals at the US Open and Australian Open. Trinity has been in his players' box at Wimbledon this week, celebrating his wins with his family as he stormed into the quarter-finals. The couple have spoken in interviews about how they balance their long-distance relationship, with both juggling packed schedules and international travel. After scoring a goal for the US. in a win over Brazil on April 5, Rodman stepped away from the pitch and recently went on medical leave indefinitely to address ongoing chronic back pain. One third of last summer's sensational Triple Espresso at the Paris Olympics, Rodman told reporters earlier this year that she doesn't think her back 'will ever be 100 percent' again. While fans were thrilled to see Trinity cheering Ben on in Wimbledon, many were quick to back her after the BBC commentary blunder, calling it 'disrespectful' and 'lazy'. One viewer wrote on social media: 'It's 2025. If you're covering the world's biggest tennis tournament, learn the names of the people in the players' box. Trinity is a US sporting icon in her own right.'

Tammy Hembrow takes a savage swipe at ex Matt Zukowski as she reveals the advice she should have taken from her sisters
Tammy Hembrow isn't just sweating it out in the gym - she's serving serious shade. The fitness influencer, 31, appeared to throw a brutal dig at her estranged husband Matt Zukowski in a pointed new TikTok shared on Monday, just weeks after their shock split. In the clip, Tammy films herself on a step machine while dramatically captioning the video: 'A step for every time I should have listened to my sisters.' The savage caption immediately sent fans into a frenzy, with many interpreting the post as a thinly veiled jab at the Love Island star, who confirmed their separation last month. Tammy added in the caption: 'Gonna be here all day.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Tammy's sisters, Emilee, 32, and Amy, 34, had earlier expressed concerns about the relationship when appearing on Matt's Where's Your Head At? podcast last year, calling the reality star an 'immature baby'. The siblings also called Matt a 'little teenager boy', a 'big baby' and 'delusional' for proposing too fast. It's the latest in a string of subtle - and not-so-subtle - clues that all is far from amicable between the former couple, who tied the knot in a lavish Byron Bay ceremony just seven months ago. Tammy has recently returned to Queensland after fleeing to Queenstown, New Zealand, for a wholesome post-breakup getaway. She was accompanied by her three children - son Wolf, 9, daughter Saskia, 7, and toddler Posy, 3. She later enjoyed a well-deserved girls' night with pals Isabella Laws, Stephanie Mac, and Casey Mccauley at trendy hotspot Alvins Wine Bar. The social media star officially announced her split from Matt in an emotional TikTok video last month. She broke down in tears as she admitted she'd made 'not the best choices' when it came to relationships. 'Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking it is going to be forever. And I blame no one but myself,' she told fans. Matt also confirmed the breakup via Instagram Stories, writing: ' It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate… 'This wasn't a decision we took lightly.' The pair had a whirlwind romance - which saw them get engaged just three months into dating and wed in November 2023. But cracks quickly appeared after their dreamy honeymoon period came to an end. The split announcement came less than 24 hours after Matt was spotted partying with Melbourne sports journalist Tayla Little at the London Tavern Hotel. At the time, the sighting fuelled rumours the pair had been spending time together post-breakup. Tammy left her fans confused on Sunday as she was spotted again wearing what appeared to be her wedding ring, after previously ditching it following the split. In a series of photos and videos shared to Instagram, Tammy posed in a bridal white mini dress as she enjoyed a green juice. Her followers couldn't help but notice the bling on her finger, with the fitness queen seemingly having resumed wearing her wedding ring despite being separated. 'Has she still got her ring on??' questioned one fan in the comments section below the post. Sparing no expense on her luxury wedding ring, Tammy opted for a band of huge glittering diamonds while Matt opted for a more traditional plain white gold band. An Australian jeweller has estimated that it would have set the star back a massive $23,000.
