Person injured in fire at takeaway restaurant
Firefighters were called to Station Yard in Needham Market, Suffolk to reports the first floor of a three-storey building was ablaze at 05:45 BST.
Four pumps and an aerial appliance were tackling the fire. Police were also on the scene, and pictures showed the roof had been badly damaged.
A Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said one person was being treated for burns to their face, arms and feet but everyone else had been accounted for.

China's birthplace of kung fu rocked by embezzlement probe
Chinese authorities are investigating the head of the temple where kung fu was born over alleged embezzlement and other misconduct, the monastery said. Abbot Shi Yongxin, known as the "CEO monk" for establishing dozens of companies abroad, is suspected of "embezzling project funds and temple assets", the Shaolin Temple said in a statement on WeChat Sunday. It said Shi had "seriously violated Buddhist precepts", including by allegedly engaging in "improper relationships" with multiple women. "Multiple departments" were conducting a joint investigation, the temple said. Shi has previously been accused by former monks of embezzling money from a temple-run company, maintaining a fleet of luxury cars and fathering children with multiple women. China's government exercises authority over the appointment of religious leaders, and "improper" conduct is often grounds for removal from office. A hashtag related to the temple scandal had been viewed over 560 million times on social media platform Weibo, as of Monday morning. The last post to the abbot's personal account on Weibo declared: "when one's own nature is pure, the pure land is here in the present". Shi faced similar allegations in 2015 which the temple called "vicious libel". Shi, 59, took office as abbot in 1999 and in the following decades expanded Shaolin studies and cultural knowledge overseas. He helped the temple establish dozens of companies -- but received backlash for commercialising Buddhism. The temple, established in AD 495, is known as the birthplace of Zen Buddhism and Chinese kung fu. Head Shaolin monk investigated for alleged embezzlement and affairs
Shi Yongxin, the abbot of the world-renowned Shaolin Temple, is being investigated for offences including embezzlement, "improper relationships with multiple women" and "having illegitimate children", the temple said. In a statement on Sunday, Shaolin temple said multiple departments were jointly investigating Mr Shi and more information would be made public in due course. The 1,500-year-old Shaolin Temple, located in a mountain range in central China's Henan province, attracts thousands of disciples every year - some from across the world. Mr Shi, who has been Shaolin Temple's abbot since 1999, has earned the nickname "CEO monk" for transforming the institution into a global brand. Under his leadership, the temple started opening schools outside China and formed a travelling troupe of monks who performed Shaolin kung fu shows - the temple's signature style of martial arts. News of Mr Shi being investigated was the most read topic on Weibo on Monday morning. The last post on his own Weibo account, which has more than 880,000 followers and had been updated daily with Buddhist teachings, is dated 24 July. Mr Shi also came under scrutiny in 2015 for allegedly having sexual relations with women and embezzling temple funds. He also allegedly received expensive gifts from companies and local governments, including a Volkswagen SUV and a robe with gold thread. He was investigated at the time for embezzlement and fathering several children, but was later cleared of the charges. In an interview with BBC Chinese in 2015, Mr Shi was asked about the allegations of corruption and affairs with women. "If there were a problem, it would have surfaced long ago," he said at the time. Shaolin Temple also came under fire in 2015 over a plan to build a nearly $300m temple complex which also included a hotel, a kung fu school and a golf course. The name "Shaolin" has gained prominence in pop culture over the years, including being the title of a 1982 film starring Jet Li. The temple is referenced in songs by American hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan and inspired a spinoff of the video game Mortal Kombat.

China Probes Celebrity Monk Over Embezzlement, Sex Misconduct
China has formally accused the head monk of its most famous Buddhist temple of embezzling funds and sexual misconduct, beginning a new investigation more than a decade after similar allegations surfaced. Shi Yongxin, the abbot of the Shaolin Temple, is under probe for allegedly misappropriating temple assets, the 1,500-year-old monastery said in a notice on its official WeChat account on Sunday. The institution also accused Yongxin of violating Buddhist precepts by having long-term relationships with several women and fathering illegitimate children.
