Shocking Ring camera footage leaves Alabama neighborhood on edge as naked man prowls properties

Daily Mail21-06-2025
Families in a quiet Alabama suburb say they're living in fear after a naked man was caught creeping across their lawns in the dead of night - and it's all been caught on chilling Ring camera footage.
Residents of the Tillman's Corner neighborhood in Mobile say the nude prowler has been spotted multiple nights in a row, wandering out of the woods and brazenly approaching homes - sometimes holding what appears to be a weapon.
One startled woman told local FOX affiliate WALA that she was searching through security footage to find her missing cat when she made the disturbing discovery.
She had been checking her security cameras in search of her cat when she was stunned to spot the completely naked man - wearing nothing but socks - strolling past her home.
Moments later, the footage showed him wandering into her backyard and circling around the parked cars.
But it wasn't just the man's lack of clothing that disturbed her.
'This guy had something in his hand,' she said. 'I don't know what it was. I don't know if it was a lawn mower blade or something like that.'
She said the footage showed the man strolling directly into her backyard, just moments before her husband stepped out for work.
'My husband went out to get ready for work just 15 minutes after the video was taken,' she added. 'So I was a little concerned once I saw him in the backyard.'
And she's not alone. Several neighbors say they've also seen the naked intruder.
One local mother said the situation has left her deeply unsettled, fearing the emotional impact it could have on her children.
'It's scary,' the woman said. 'I have kids here so I'll be worried about them seeing that and having to explain it. So it's just a nightmare having them being traumatized like that, knowing 'well if I go outside, what if that man's out there?''
The repeated sightings have shaken the neighborhood, prompting several families to boost their home security.
Some have installed surveillance cameras and motion-activated lights to deter the intruder, making sure every angle of their property is covered.
While the man's identity and the object he's carrying remain unknown, residents say they won't feel safe until he's found.
'We received one call on June, 9, 2025, matching this description. Officers were unable to make contact with a subject and cleared the call to service another one,' the a representative from the Mobile Police Department said in a statement to DailyMail.com.

I'm raging after catching my neighbour STEALING electricity & this was after they caused our water to be cut off too

A WOMAN was left shocked after discovering that her neighbour has been stealing her electricity. The 29-year-old revealed that she recently moved to a new city with her husband and one-year-old child - and problems started to arise with her neighbour. 3 She explained that they live in a semi-detached building, and share a wall with their neighbour, who is in their late 40s or early 50s. The first issue they had with the neighbour is that she didn't pay her half of the water bill, and as they share one water metre, it was cut off. The US-based woman wrote on Reddit: 'We didn't make it a big deal about the water because it was resolved and turned back on the same day. 'We've given a lot of grace considering she smokes weed and it seeps through that wall so you can smell it through our restroom and child's room.' Things reached a head when they spotted she had been stealing electricity from them by plugging in a lead to go to her house. They immediately texted her asking what was going on, and her replies were rather emotional. She replied saying: 'I'll unplug asap, and I'll come right over to tell [sic] to you. 'It's been the worst week and I don't know how much more I can take.' She added in a later text: 'I'm at my wits end. 'Everything is falling apart and my daughter won't help me. Your kids are breaking law if they kick their ball over neighbour's fence, High Court rules after couple sued next door 'My electric bill is 2000 dollars because I went the whole year without paying everything myself. 'I'm paralyzed and I'll be sitting in the dark again in about 2 hours. 'NOONE can help me. And I'm so tired, I can't ask anyone for anything else. I'll be homeless.' The woman whose electricity was being stolen said they were also going through a hardship. She texted back: 'I feel like we've been respectful neighbors to you and would appreciate to be treated the same way. 'If you could have simply asked us out of respect we would have worked some type of agreement with you. 'I understand you're going through hardship but we are too. 3 'And we feel like you plugging into our electricity without asking is taking advantage of us thinking we're just a dumb young couple who won't notice. 'I understand you have a child you're taking care of but we have a baby we're trying to better provide for.' They explained that they would be now letting the property management handle the situation. 3 PAY BACK In response to this, the neighbour said she had been "embarrassed" to ask for help, and offered them $100 to pay them back for the electricity. Many people were shocked at the encounter, with one saying: 'She shamelessly plugged it in but too scared to admit fault. Instead of just owning up to her mistake, she's whining about how awful things have been for her. Coward.' Another added: 'There was no mistake here. What she did was very deliberate and had her sob story ready to go to guilt the neighbor into letting her continue to leech.' I had a two-year bin war with my next door neighbour Gemma Smith and Sophie Wood were engaged in a weekly feud for a year over their wheelie bins. When Gemma moved next door to Sophie, 34, who is unemployed, in November 2020 they were civil to one another. Gemma, who is single and doesn't work due to stress, says: 'Sophie seemed nice and we'd stop and exchange pleasantries. 'But it all changed at the beginning of 2022, when Sophie's bin was full and she put her rubbish bag in mine. 'I took it out and put it on top of her bin. 'It fell off, gulls pecked at it and there was rubbish everywhere.' Both women refused to clear up the mess, claiming it was the other one's fault. Gemma says: 'I felt so angry. 'There was cat litter spread all over my drive — it was absolutely disgusting and we ended up shouting at each other. 'We were both as bad as each other — we'd walk past each other and I'd tell her she was a lazy cow and to clean up after herself. 'We'd scream insults at each other." Within six months Sophie had set up a CCTV camera and threatened to report Gemma to the council. In retaliation, Gemma set up the baby monitor — which can record video — to try to pin more wrongdoing on Sophie. Then last July Sophie spotted Gemma in tears on her doorstep following a burglary at her home. Gemma says: 'Sophie came straight round and asked if there was anything she could do. 'We are now the best of friends and help each other out all the time."

LA school district demands inquiry after Ice officers filmed urinating on campus

A Los Angeles school district is demanding an investigation of an incident last month, during which Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Ice) agents gathered at a local high school before a raid and were seen publicly urinating on school grounds, not far from where elementary school students were attending summer classes. According to a statement from El Rancho unified school district, which also released video evidence in the form of surveillance-camera footage, the incident took place on the morning of 17 June at Ruben Salazar high school in Pico Rivera, in south-eastern LA county. After school staff observed eight to 10 marked and unmarked Ice vehicles arrive on the high school campus, which is adjacent to an elementary school, a park and a preschool playground, they asked the federal agents to leave. The school has since written to Kristi Noem, the US homeland security secretary, to request an inquiry. 'At no time was a legal or legitimate reason offered or provided as to why ICE agents entered and remained on school grounds, nor did they provide any judicial warrant,' the school district said in the statement. Later the same day, federal immigration agents were caught on video roughly arresting a 20-year-old US citizen, Adrian Martinez, during an immigration raid at a nearby Pico Rivera shopping center. Martinez had verbally objected to the arrest of a co-worker but now faces a felony charge of interfering with or impeding a federal agent. After the Ice agents agreed to leave the high school campus, school district staff told managers that they had seen the federal agents 'urinating at Salazar in public view'. A review of surveillance camera video, posted on YouTube by the school district, appears to show 10 federal agents urinating near storage containers in the high school parking lot, from 8.54am to 9.04am. Not only did Ice agents 'unlawfully trespass' on school grounds, the district complained, 'but they also did not exercise sound and respectful judgment with the risk of exposing themselves to minors and committing a public offense under California law'. According to the law firm Eisner Gorin, whose partners have previously worked in the Los Angeles district attorney's office, when an act of public urination 'occurs near a school or park where children are present, it might be classified as lewd conduct' under state law. Anyone convicted of this offense, the firm notes on its website, faces up to six months in county jail, a fine of up to $1,000 and being required to register as a sex offender. 'It's not enough that they've spent weeks violently ambushing people, now Ice and CBP agents are allegedly entering school campuses, pulling down their pants, and urinating on playgrounds,' Los Angeles county supervisor Janice Hahn said in a statement. 'It's a slap in the face to our communities – especially to our children. I join the El Rancho Unified School District in demanding a full federal investigation into this incident.' A homeland security spokesperson told the Guardian, 'This matter is being investigated.'

‘Perv' teacher Christina Formella accused of raping boy 50 times claims she's being targeted because of good looks

A TEACHER accused of raping her 15-year-old student 50 times has moaned she is being targeted because of her good looks. Christina Formella, 30, claimed she is the victim of misogynistic "sexist scrutiny" and complained about being depicted as a "predator". 8 8 8 A spokesperson for her family told the New York Post: 'It's a spectacle — a public ritual that punishes women not for what they've done, but for how they're perceived." They added: 'When men face accusations, we discuss evidence and procedure. "When women face accusations, we attack their character, their choices, and their worth as human beings. 'This isn't justice — it's gender-based persecution disguised as accountability.' Formella, from Illinois, was arrested after the student approached cops alongside his mother to report that she had sexually abused him in a classroom session in December 2023. After further investigation, she is now accused of grooming him when he was 14 and having sex with him around 50 times after he turned 15 when she was 28. The majority of the abuse is said to have taken place at Downers Grove South High School, where Formella taught the teen. Prosecutors say the boy's mom discovered texts on his phone which revealed the alleged abuse and prompted her to contact the police. The teacher allegedly told the boy: "I love having sex with you." Formella has denied all the charges and insisted from the start that her appearance draws unfair treatment. Watch 'perv' teacher Christina Formella arrive at court with husband by her side…as she's accused of molesting teen boy During her initial police interview, she pleaded her innocence and claimed she is a 'good person' but said 'everybody' targets her because of her good looks, according to documents obtained by WGN9. She also claimed to be the victim of a "blackmail" plot, according to court docs. The document reads: "She claimed that one day, [the boy] had grabbed her phone unattended, had entered her passcode [...] had sent the message to his phone, had then deleted the message from her phone, and had saved it to his phone as blackmail." Her support base complained that media and content creators are fixating on specific details and making assumptions about her character. 8 The statement said: 'Instead of discussing facts or law, public discourse fixates on Christina's appearance, her private life, even her lipstick — as if those details bear on guilt or innocence. 'Christina has been splintered into internet caricatures — 'predator,' 'unfaithful wife,' 'hypocrite'.' They also claimed Formella had been "stalked" by people obsessed with the case, and said she has even been followed into church. "Christina's case isn't being 'covered' - she's being hunted," the family said. Police footage shows the educator being pulled over and cuffed by cops in front of her husband. She was originally charged during her first court appearance with two counts of sexual abuse and one count of sexual assault. But last month, DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin levelled a further 52 counts at the teacher for a load more alleged sexual encounters with the same student. She was indicted on another 20 counts of sexual assault, 20 of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, six counts of indecent solicitation of a child and six counts of grooming. 8 8 An investigation following the initial report found that Formella allegedly had sex with the boy around 50 times between January 2023 and August of 2024, the court heard. During that time period, Berlin's office said, Formella allegedly sent the boy multiple text messages that were "grooming in nature." At least 45 of those occasions are believed the have taken place on the school grounds - and some in the marital home Formella shared with her husband. The abuse is said to have begun in 2023 and run throughout the engagement - only coming to an end when the student called it off in September 2024. Her husband, Michael Formella, has stuck by his wife's side and attended court with her.
