Lizzo reveals dramatic weight loss after revealing she cut out three things

Lizzo has showcased her impressive weight loss transformation after the singer revealed she had lost around 16 percent of her body fat from dieting and intense workouts
Lizzo has been praised following a string of new snaps which have showcased her impressive weight loss journey. The singer recently opened up about her transformation and admits that she now keeps a close eye on what she eats. Previously, she had hit out at claims that she had used medication for her journey.
Now, the 37-year-old has stunned fans in new pictures as she posed alongside Paris Hilton, who she was joined on stage by at an A-list party. Posing alongside the businesswoman and socialite, the Good as Hell hitmaker looked sensational as she wore a tiny pink dress which featured a plunging neckline.

The singer showcased her slimmed-down frame in her outfit, which left very little to the imagination, as the pair posed for a series of pictures throughout the night. Lizzo, who has been very open with fans about her journey, oozed natural beauty as she proudly showcased the results of her transformation.

"The prettiest too," said one fan. A second gushed: "My gwurl @lizzobeeating!! She looks gorg!!" Her outing with Paris comes just days after she surprised fans by joining Paris on stage at Stagecoach country music festival last week.
The 44-year-old brought Lizzo out during her DJ set at Diplo's Honky Tonk and the singer again displayed the results of her journey as she slipped into a very revealing sheer bodysuit which she completed with a netted maxi skirt.
Although Lizzie has been hit with claims she used the diabetes drug Ozempic, she has always denied this and last week revealed to fans how she managed to lose 60lbs. Now, she keeps a constant eye on what she eats but urged fans to "find out what works" for them.
During a TikTok live, she explained she now avoids any "sugary stuff" and, instead, prefers "super savoury." But that's not all – she's even cut down on the number of Starbucks she has every day. Previously, she had "two to three" large drinks from the global coffee chain on a daily basis.

Speaking to fans on the video-sharing platform, she said: "I do something sweet. It's gotta be with some sort of like carb. I'll have like almond butter and toast. So, everybody's body is different. Find out what works for you," before explaining that the only thing that works for everybody is calories in versus calories out.
"That's just how the human body works," she explained. After discovering how many calories she was drinking with her Starbucks coffees – estimated to be around 1,200 – she completely stopped and this also played a part in helping to "regulate" her nervous system.
The singer explained she found herself applying a calorie deficit, explaining: "I was prone to binging." Lizzo's anxiety had also played a part in her decision to transform her life. "I'm ready to stop waiting to be myself like fully and be happy," she said.

She added: "And I meditated. I calmed myself down. And I isolated a little bit, but not like made myself lonely, not the way I used to when I was depressed. I isolated myself in a mindful way where I had no distractions.
"I loved to distract myself with people. I loved to distract myself with food. I loved to distract myself with drinking. I loved to distract myself with problems that I would create. I would love to do that. And I stopped doing that," before adding that she now focuses on herself.
Earlier this year, she revealed that she had reduced her body mass by 10.5 and had lost a staggering 16 per cent of her body fat. "Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal," she told fans in January. The proud star commented: "I haven't seen this number since 2014! Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!"

How Happy Gilmore 2 has been received by fans and critics

The film received middling reviews from critics, scoring 65 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes, but was better received by viewers with a 72 per cent score. Adam Sandler reprises his role as Happy Gilmore, with Christopher McDonald, Julie Bowen, Ben Stiller, and Dennis Dugan also returning, alongside new cameos from Travis Kelce, Bad Bunny, and Eminem. The plot sees Happy return to golf to fund his daughter's attendance at a Parisian ballet school. The film's opening scene, which kills off Julie Bowen's character Virginia Venit, has proven divisive among fans, though the director defended the decision as a key driving force for the plot.

My Worst Enemy review – Iranian exile recreates torture and interrogation in study of regime power

Film-maker Mehran Tamadon is preoccupied with the question of conscience, especially in contexts of extreme power imbalance. An Iranian exiled in France, he has made documentaries about the most fervent supporters of the Islamic regime, starting with Bassidji in 2009. In 2012, Tamadon was detained by Iranian authorities for hours of questioning, and though he was subsequently released, he became persona non grata in his home country. Now the director has turned to the tools of film-making to try to lay out a path for a return. He gathered a group of fellow exiles, with whom he re-created the lengthy interrogation sessions they once endured. His hope was that that final film would stir introspection, and even empathy, in the hearts of their former tormenters. This idea was, in truth, a naive one – as is his directorial approach. In the beginning, we see Iranian refugees take turns cross-examining Tamadon in various abandoned buildings in Paris. These role-playing scenarios, however, pale in comparison to the testimony of exiles, who speak of harrowing abduction and torture that unfolded over months, if not years. In contrast, there are no real stakes to the reenactment, which wraps up in a matter of hours. Tamadon's film only gains political heft when Zar Amir Ebrahimi, the acclaimed star of Holy Spider, joins the experiment. Her probing questions, delivered in character as an intelligence officer, expose the various ethical issues surrounding Tamadon's practice. Not only does role-playing reveal little about methods of autocratic control, such exercises may well re-traumatise victims of state violence. Framed in intimate, handheld cinematography, the tense two-day session between Tamadon and Ebrahimi bristles with a taut energy and Tamadon commendably builds the bulk of the film on these critiques, turning My Worst Enemy into an act of self-interrogation. It becomes a work about failure, and ultimately the limitations of cinematic techniques in dissecting and analysing systematic abuse. My Worst Enemy is on True Story from 1 August.
